Very disappointed. We ordered regularly and were always satisfied. One day our food arrived incomplete, so I called Burger Syndicate and asked if there was a way to complete the order. On the phone, they told me to write in the description of my next order that I would then receive it. Today we ordered again, and I wrote it in the description, but unfortunately, it wasn't included. As far as I'm concerned, it wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me directly on the phone that it wasn't possible. I don't think this is a good idea.

At first glance we didn't have too high expectations, also because the store was very empty when we came. However, we were quickly proven wrong: the burger tasted really good and the prices were fair. Bonus: during our short wait there was a free coffee from the very nice employee.
