I don't normally write reviews but in this case I was blown away. The burger was the best I've eaten in years. It may not be possible every week, but the money is more than worth it. Had a Moscow double beef I ordered via Lieferando.

Tried different burgers. Always great. Portions are really big. Meat is mashed. Unfortunately no card payment possible, therefore only 4 stars.

The employees were friendly and the store was equipped with what was needed. Fries were good. The burger was way too “bready” and not balanced at all. Too much bread, too much sauce and hardly any cheese. You didn't taste any of the meat at all. The barbecue sauce tasted sour. There are definitely better burgers for the money!

Really delicious.💖💖💖 The size of the burger was crazy and the portion was generous, so I was happy the whole time I was eating it. Food is food, but the owner explained the burger, told us to taste the sauce, and gave us a taste of the sauce (the homemade sauce was delicious), so he was full of pride in the burger. (It's worth it, it's really tasty and good value for money) It was my first time so I ordered the Berlin Burger and it was so delicious that I will come again next time ㅠㅠ!!! Today we spontaneously went to the burger house for a meal and they were really great burgers - super juicy and freshly made. The employees were very friendly and you immediately felt at home. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who likes a good burger!

Coming from Frankfurt during a bike tour with two friends, I was hungry and came across the burger shop by chance through Google. Our conclusion back then was sensational! Whether the quality of the buns, patties, sauces, fries and burger variants are all top notch! About 6 weeks later I was back in the house on a bike ride with ten friends. The gentlemen are still raving about it now. Big praise to the super friendly boss who conjured up the burgers for us in the shop. I recently came back to the place by bike from Bad Kreuznach and was just thrilled. Absolute recommendation and always worth a (cycling) trip. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Burgers are made "Smash Style" being thinner with a good crunch. Absolutely fantastic, and understand how a burger should be made. A lot of German places that make "American" style burgers miss the mark. These guys get it and are crushing it

"Best burger place in town!" I've been to many burger joints, but this one really blew me away! The burgers are simply great - juicy meat, perfectly seasoned and the buns are fresh and fluffy. The side dishes such as the crispy fries and the homemade sauces are also highly recommended. The service was friendly and quick. You can tell that the cooking here is made with love. An absolutely delicious smash burger. Not the usual hockey puck of overly compressed meat cooked until destruction. Fresh ingredients with a nice bun trying to hold all the contents together. My one complaint is you need to be a basketball player to have hands large enough to handle the double. And it's reasonably priced. Treat yourself and try it.

The burger at Haus des Burgers is simply huge and incredibly tasty – perfectly juicy and with great ingredients! The onion rings and mozzarella sticks are also an absolute delight: crispy and excellent in taste.

Best burger shop in the Wiesbaden Mainz area. I never had such a good burger in New York. I have ordered several times and the quality has always been the same.

Very good atmosphere there, order on site within 10 minutes, card payment possible I have to say the Smashburger Berlin was extremely good for the fact that it was “just” the classic burger and it was also very inexpensive with the EM Special menu but also highly recommended without a menu!! Only the fries weren't the best but they were okay too, just not quite in the price/performance ratio, they were a bit too crispy but the burger was an absolute 10/10

Fantastic smashed burger! Perfectly crispy beef, melted cheddar and fresh ingredients - this burger was a taste sensation. The boss is super nice and actively asks for feedback to improve. Highly Recommended!

We had Berlinburgers delivered to Hochheim yesterday and we were thrilled. Ordered via Lieferando and booked by appointment (the boys had 1 1/2 hours) and the driver was there straight away and brought the food, which was still warm. The burgers were packed in thick cardboard boxes, which kept the temperature very well. !!! The best citizen biskang so far!!! I had the double Berlinburger and curly fries. The bun was awesome and the meat was fried nice and crispy and everything was fresh and perfect. My son had the chicken version and really loved it too. Keep it up, will order again.

Haus des Burgers in Mainz-Kastel impressed me for the second time and I can only recommend it to all of you! The Burger Nizza creation in particular is an absolute highlight. The taste is simply unique: a slightly spicy sauce, combined with fresh cucumbers and rocket salad, and to top it off with Parmesan cheese - WOW! This taste explosion definitely has to be on the menu! Every bite is a pleasure and shows that the cooking here is done with love and passion. Haus des Burgers, you have gained a new regular guest!

Unfortunately disappointing! It was my first time there and I read at the entrance that there was a full-price menu. When I wanted to order it it just said: "This is no longer available since January 31st, 2024". Then why not cover up the offer??? So I ordered a burger, fries and a drink separately (18 euros!) and took a seat outside. After a while the food was served in the typical burger basket. Unfortunately without napkins :-( The sweet potato fries were delicious (frozen goods) but the burger patty was an impertinence! Far too flat and therefore too big, it protruded far out of the burger all around. In addition, one side was almost completely burnt and therefore black and bitter in taste. Sorry guys, but I would have expected more from a burger manufacturer and at these prices!

So I've been to a lot of burger shops and if I have to classify Haus des Burgers, it's one of the top shops. Top 3 in the Rhine-Main area. For comparison, if you rated Hans im Glück with a 10/10, this store would be at least 20/10, twice as good. The atmosphere and service (the boss) were top and were able to give a very good insight into the menu. Food-wise we had the “Denver” and the “Bogota” burgers and the Cajun Fries. What stood out here, apart from the already good quality of the food, was the barbecue sauce and the Cajun fries. The barbecue sauce on the “Denver” burger was the best I have ever eaten and the Cajun fries were really hot and extremely seasoned. All in all, it was a top meal that I would happily repeat! The only thing I would say as feedback is that I found the portions of the fries to be too big. Maybe a smaller portion for 1/2€ less would be an idea because I had the 170g patty and couldn't manage the fries. And I'm 1.90 m tall and usually eat wild boar for breakfast.

Here you will experience a real taste explosion. The burgers taste great and the service was super friendly. A must for burger lovers!

Update on May 10, 2024 consumed locally. Super friendly staff and boss who respond to the guest. The shop is small but nice. We had a Denver and a Moscow burger. The burgers were again very tasty and the egg on the “Moscow” was perfect. Thank you for the great food and the nice contact! We will definitely come back or order from you again! Keep it up!

Was there for the first time with my family for my birthday. The boss is absolutely customer-oriented and friendly, he spoke to us directly and gave us the best advice about all the options and which combinations would be best. Quality and taste were a 1++ with stars. Absolutely recommended!!
