We were there for the first time today, and I have to say: These were truly the best burgers I've ever had. Please keep up the great taste and quality!

I arrived just before closing time and received a very warm welcome. The burger was very juicy, everything was very fresh. Definitely recommend it! I haven't had such a good burger in a long time; it was simply indescribably delicious! Thank you very much.

So, I can't understand all these positive comments. The bread is simply too big, the sweet potatoes are really not good. They simply don't taste good, the burger (beef) was completely dry. The sauces weren't good either.

One of the best burgers around, with top-notch ingredients from the bun to the salad to the meat, super-tasty homemade sauces, and huge portions (especially for the price). Anyone who likes a good smash burger will be very happy here.

We ordered on Sunday and received confirmation at 7:21 p.m. The delivery arrived at 9:08 p.m. We live 1 mile away. We called and asked where the delivery was. The man was so unbelievably rude. First he asked if we had any idea how busy he was and that Lieferando was having system problems today. That may all be true. But he was so rude that we were truly horrified. In the end, he shouted our COD several times and said there were enough people here who noticed it. We are truly stunned and will not order again. It's a shame that the conversation turned out this way. He also said that it was quite a distance to us. As mentioned above, we live practically around the corner.

Unfortunately, there's far too much bread, which spoils the patty, and everything lacks flavor. The frozen sweet potatoes are tasteless, as are the onion rings. Even the main dish, the burger, is tasteless. I had the Denver Burger, but the caramelized onions were unfortunately not caramelized, but rather burnt. Overall, the service was not friendly, and the burger was terrible. I wouldn't eat there again.

Very late delivery after about 2 hours, the call center agent said the delivery would be there in 5 minutes, the food was very cold and tasteless, I had food poisoning, possibly from the cold food

I went to Haus des Burgers with my partner because we saw the mostly positive reviews. First of all: The staff are very friendly, and so is the owner. I have to honestly say, though, that the burgers tasted rather bland. Yes, the burgers are quite large, but they don't resemble a Smash Burger, as advertised in the restaurant. The overall package of the burgers somehow didn't fit together. The sauces didn't match at all, and the fries were just frozen fries from a supermarket (at least, that's what they tasted like). I'll give the place another chance, but I think I'll have the same experience. Of course, it's possible that our taste buds are the ones that don't find the burgers tasty, since many others do. We would both give the burgers a 5.5/10 and a 10/10 for the service. Unfortunately, there's no toilet or sink.

I haven't had such a good burger in a long time. Friendly staff, food came quickly, the burger was hot, juicy, and well-topped with fresh ingredients. What more could you ask for! We'll definitely be back.

I spontaneously ate the Oslo Burger with fries today, and it was fantastic! The fries were deliciously crispy, the house sauce went perfectly with them, and the burger with jalapenos was nice and pleasantly spicy, but the freshness of the jalapenos and pickles still came through. All in all, a solid, honest burger that I would order again in a heartbeat! It's worth it!

Was here for the first time and had the Oslo Burger and wow, it really hit the spot! Juicy meat, hot chili sauce, crisp lettuce, jalapeños and red onions perfectly combined with Chester cheese. Spicy, but not too over the top. Exactly my thing! There were also Cajun fries that were super crispy and extremely seasoned. Everything is freshly made and halal, which I find really strong. Prices are absolutely fair for what you get. And let's be honest: Anyone who writes something bad here either has no idea, simply doesn't care, or is from the competition. I totally love the store and will definitely come back

There were three of us at Haus des Burgers and we were absolutely thrilled, both by the concept and the taste. The restaurant is lovingly based on the Netflix series Money Heist, with creative burger names like "Berlin", "Oslo" & Co. made very cool! The smashed burgers are completely homemade and really juicy, you can taste the quality! We had the 170g version, but if you're really hungry you can also get the 340g version. I would particularly like to highlight the conversation with the operators as positive: father-in-law and son were in the shop themselves, super friendly and open to feedback on the menu design. It's not every day that you see so much warmth and passion for good food. Clear recommendation – we will definitely come back! 🍔🔥

Had a pregnancy craving for burgers so came here on a Tuesday afternoon. OH my GOSH so good. I’m not normally a big fan of smash burgers but this may have changed my mind. large portions, obviously handmade. Will 100% be back soon

Pretty amazing burger and fries! Had to run to Bauhaus and saw that this place was close by. Decided to stop in for a try. The place is a small hole in the wall in not the nicest part of town, however, the food made up for it. I had the single Oslo burger with Cajun fries. The smash burger was massive on a big fresh brioche bun. It really hit the spot. No public washroom and on street parking.

The burger tastes incredible and wonderful...👍🏻 and the fries taste delicious too The burger is huge and rich, like I haven't seen in any other restaurant for only 10 euros. I recommend placing baking paper under the salad fries as the kitchen towels get wet from the sauce.

The burgers and fries taste great and the portion size will definitely make you happy here. Everything is within reasonable price. For a drink, a large burger, a large fries and two extra ketchups you can get away for under €20 per person. Anyone who enjoyed watching the series on Netflix will find many similarities in the map. I recommend Oslo and the sweet potato fries.

I don't normally write reviews but in this case I was blown away. The burger was the best I've eaten in years. It may not be possible every week, but the money is more than worth it. Had a Moscow double beef I ordered via Lieferando.

Tried different burgers. Always great. Portions are really big. Meat is mashed. Unfortunately no card payment possible, therefore only 4 stars.

The employees were friendly and the store was equipped with what was needed. Fries were good. The burger was way too “bready” and not balanced at all. Too much bread, too much sauce and hardly any cheese. You didn't taste any of the meat at all. The barbecue sauce tasted sour. There are definitely better burgers for the money!

Coming from Frankfurt during a bike tour with two friends, I was hungry and came across the burger shop by chance through Google. Our conclusion back then was sensational! Whether the quality of the buns, patties, sauces, fries and burger variants are all top notch! About 6 weeks later I was back in the house on a bike ride with ten friends. The gentlemen are still raving about it now. Big praise to the super friendly boss who conjured up the burgers for us in the shop. I recently came back to the place by bike from Bad Kreuznach and was just thrilled. Absolute recommendation and always worth a (cycling) trip. I'm already looking forward to the next time.

Burgers are made "Smash Style" being thinner with a good crunch. Absolutely fantastic, and understand how a burger should be made. A lot of German places that make "American" style burgers miss the mark. These guys get it and are crushing it

An absolutely delicious smash burger. Not the usual hockey puck of overly compressed meat cooked until destruction. Fresh ingredients with a nice bun trying to hold all the contents together. My one complaint is you need to be a basketball player to have hands large enough to handle the double. And it's reasonably priced. Treat yourself and try it.

Best burger shop in the Wiesbaden Mainz area. I never had such a good burger in New York. I have ordered several times and the quality has always been the same.

Very good atmosphere there, order on site within 10 minutes, card payment possible I have to say the Smashburger Berlin was extremely good for the fact that it was “just” the classic burger and it was also very inexpensive with the EM Special menu but also highly recommended without a menu!! Only the fries weren't the best but they were okay too, just not quite in the price/performance ratio, they were a bit too crispy but the burger was an absolute 10/10

Fantastic smashed burger! Perfectly crispy beef, melted cheddar and fresh ingredients - this burger was a taste sensation. The boss is super nice and actively asks for feedback to improve. Highly Recommended!
