Excellent burgers and extremely friendly service. The high-quality buns are particularly noteworthy, but the rest of the burgers are also delicious across the board. We discovered this place quite by chance and were pleasantly surprised. We'd be happy to return.

Very disappointed. We ordered regularly and were always satisfied. One day our food arrived incomplete, so I called Burger Syndicate and asked if there was a way to complete the order. On the phone, they told me to write in the description of my next order that I would then receive it. Today we ordered again, and I wrote it in the description, but unfortunately, it wasn't included. As far as I'm concerned, it wouldn't have been a problem if they had told me directly on the phone that it wasn't possible. I don't think this is a good idea.

Food arrived after 20 minutes even though the app said 45 minutes, the suppliers are always nice and cool and everything from burgers to fries to coleslaw tastes exactly the way it should be. Please stay like this and keep it up. You gave me back hope in humanity.

Apparently it's now called 1Burger, & it tastes like it's been half thrown away. So really very unloving. I have no idea why you renamed yourself, but that doesn't mean that your burger promotions are served like the last snot. Slice of cheese was then too much of a good thing. This isn't a burger, it's more of a homogeneous mass, more like bites. It's really disrespectful to offer something like that for almost a tenner. In addition, the burgers are much smaller than before. You might think that if you change your name, you'll at least deliver better than before. Your concept now seems just as silly as MC's. Underground, you can't order anything good for your money anymore.
