Tolles Restaurant! Maria, unsere Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hatte uns immer im Blick. Das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Gerne wieder.

Incorrect prices on notice. And even McDonald's has better staff. NEVER AGAIN!

Very good burger! Dear Michael, I promised you I'd try your burger and also rate it! (When we were stuck at Munich Airport last year 😉) I'm very critical, but this really satisfied me. Thanks to the nice chef, and I'd love to come again! P.S.: The walls could use a new coat of paint (maybe something lighter).

The burgers are great! The ambiance is a bit plain but acceptable; the service is good. It won't be the last time :)

I have to be honest the citizens were really good I had the cheeseburger and the crispy chicken. Both burgers are very tasty and the bread is great. I can only recommend it, the staff was very nice and the food came quickly

Hygienically questionable. When I came in to pick it up my food wasn't ready yet. In principle no problem. While waiting, however, one of the drivers came into the store coughing and first blowing his nose. That's not a bad thing either, but it is questionable that he neither washes nor disinfects his hands afterwards. While he was finishing some orders, he had to cough repeatedly, but he didn't put his hand (which would have been disgusting, but oh well) or the crook of his elbow in front of his mouth and coughed cheerfully over the prepared food. The food is always really good and I have often been a very satisfied customer, but today was the last time I ordered there.

The burgers tasted solid and were okay, even if they weren't anything special. The fries, on the other hand, weren't entirely convincing - they were edible, but I've definitely had better ones. The biggest point of criticism, however, is the delivery time: more than two hours of waiting time is simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, this significantly spoils the overall experience.

Not recommended. Homemade burgers at home are much better. Frozen industrial goods. The cheese wasn't even melted, it was just put on top. Fries were ok
