Ich liebe Burger und habe auch schon viele in verschiedene Restaurants gegessen aber im „1885 Die Burger“ der *Hammer*. Ausreichende Portion, tolle Atmosphäre und super freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder

Alles war super! Burger 1a Service Top, Bier sehr gut Cooles Ambiente Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt Gerne wieder!

We had two smashburgers that were very good. Next time I would check whether they are also available with double beef, because the onion rings were crispy, but quite bland in taste and, like the sweet potato fries, were significantly overpriced for me at €6.40. We were served by Kathi, who did a very good and friendly job. We'd love to come back, but we'll focus more on the excellent burgers

Fantastic burger shop. Top service, super fast and super friendly. The burgers are great, everything is homemade, unique sauces, the meat is super juicy.

Genuinely available, Jenny brought us to our table and assisted us in english for every step, with a smile on her face. The food was so good that we were so fast eating it and didn’t take a picture. Highly recommended.

It was our first time in Bremen and we came to this shop. Despite the fact that we didn't have a reservation at rush hour, we got a spot. The conditions were extremely great - very friendly and attentive. The burgers were very tasty. The cocktails (mojitos) were a bit strong, but were subsequently improved. The atmosphere was great, I could have spent many hours there. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Bremen!

Friendly place with a friendly stuff

What a great shop in Bremen. The burgers were super tasty and since we had someone with celiac disease, eating gluten-free was also important to us. It was explained to us in detail that they have separate deep fryers and that the spices are only added to the meat later. I would particularly like to highlight the commitment of the waitress Jenny. Rarely have I seen such attentive and funny service as that afternoon. We can only recommend the restaurant

In a nutshell: The food was great, the service and the ambience were very harmonious, the crowning glory was the Moscow Mule...you definitely have to try it.

I've never had my food so quickly

We ate as a group of 17 people. It was absolutely beautiful. We also know other restaurants and not all of them are suitable for groups. It is often too loud (room acoustics) or there is a lack of service. This restaurant was really great. Great location / great service and really tasty burgers 😋.

It was just great. We are really big burger fans and have eaten so many. But this burger was by far the best we have ever eaten. We received great advice and service from Kathi and felt really comfortable. Location is incredibly suitable and cozy. Everything is clean and we would definitely recommend anyone who is nearby to eat there.

We found this restaurant via Google Maps and went there. Mega burgers, good meat and a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also very friendly and attentive. Great...keep it up.

In addition to the usual very good menu, there is currently the forest mushroom burger, highly recommended. The various fries and sauces were also very tasty. Great service and a nice atmosphere! The great milkshakes were also very well received!

There were four of us at 1885 and we ordered two crispy chicken burgers and a homemade vegetarian burger with a falafel patty. The burgers and fries were super tasty! With the sauces ordered with the fries, it would have been nice if the small bowls had been completely filled for the price. Unfortunately ours were only half full. I think it's very good that you can put together your own burgers and reordering burgers from the menu wasn't a problem, they were greeted kindly by the waitress and everything was carried out flawlessly. What was very pleasant was that it wasn't overly loud in the restaurant, despite the fact that several tables were occupied.

The food was delivered quickly. The chili cheewe burger we ordered was, as requested, not a bit over well done, but almost completely raw. Unfortunately it was nothing special and had a mature flavor profile. The service was great and very nice. Ambiance was fine and in line with the targeted style.

Half the shop was empty and everything was reserved.

Everything was very good, only the meat would have been much better if it had been cooked a little more. Service, speed and atmosphere are 5 stars. I recommend.

The food was quite ok. The fries come out of the bag, but €5 for that is outrageous. When it came time to pay, the surprise came: tipping is not voluntary but mandatory. At least 10% are viewed here. Weird business practices…

The food was simply outstanding! I ordered a chicken burger, chicken wings and fries with hot sauce. The chicken was incredibly juicy, the sauces were incomparably delicious, and the spiciness of the hot sauce was just right, just perfect. My burger was forgotten when I ordered, but it was delivered within just 5 minutes. As an apology, my coke was paid for by the house, a really great service. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. This restaurant will definitely see us again on our next visit to Bremen!

coeliac here most of their options are or can be made GF, (I'll take a hash brown over a bread bun any day)I had a rack of ribs proper pork,chips and coleslaw ....and a glass of red for under€30... The gentlemen that looked after me Tyrese was even concerned the tortillas and salsa were GF so he went and checked and the lady u greeted me at the door and gave me english menu not a necessity but welcome for a tired hungry man Please highlight your gluten free range

Nice place - wonderful service - cozy atmosphere

We had an absolute best time here in this place. Everything was AMAZING! The drinks were really delicious. AND the Burgers me and my partner had were the most DELICIOUS burgers we ever had. We loved the atmosphere just everything was so fantastic. And of course a HUGE thank you to Tyrees, man you are the best. We will definitely be coming back to this place and most importanly I absolutely recommend it to anyone else who wants to come here!!!

Delicious burgers and good atmosphere.

Best burger in Bremen! I've been looking for good, modern burgers in Bremen for a long time. Of all places, I found what I was looking for in a shop called 1885. Both the smashed burgers and the regular burgers (medium!) are hard to recommend. The staff is also super friendly and accommodating. The ambience is totally convincing. A blessing and a curse of a central location, but the outdoor spaces don't offer a good view of the countryside.

One of the tastiest burgers I've eaten. It's also very good that you can put together your own burger if you don't like the burgers on the menu. The service was also very friendly and quick, even though the restaurant was full. However, I have one comment about the seating. Unfortunately, the tables are a bit low for tall people, so I could barely get my legs under the table, even though I'm "only" 193cm tall. It's definitely not just me. But that shouldn't stop you from visiting!

I was a guest at “1885 Die Burger” in Bremen on October 5th, 2024. Very appealing Ambience and super tasty burgers. Anyone who puts together their own burger If you want, you should take your time. There are a variety of ingredients and combinations. Particularly noteworthy is the service, which would get 10 points from me. For Sophie was in charge of my table, I can say with certainty that I have never been like that The service was friendly and courteous. THANKS

Luckily we spontaneously got a table for two (Friday evening, without reservation). The food was fantastic and vegan requests and questions were answered very helpfully. Our service person Jenny was extremely personable and friendly!

Simply a great local! The burgers are awesome. The meat is so incredibly tender. The dessert is great and the condition is great. We were lucky to be served by Jenny. She gave us great advice, especially with the truffle mayo, and had a smile on her face the whole time, which made a really nice impression. I was there with my fiancé and a friend and we always like to come back. Tipping doesn't hurt either, because it's even shared with the kitchen, which you don't see often.

Definitely one of the best burger restaurants I've been to so far. The smash burger was a delight and the hash fries were worth every euro!

Great service, good food, nice restaurant! The dog-friendliness is particularly noteworthy! We made a reservation with a dog and when we arrived there was already a water bowl in the extra quiet place. We were offered an unseasoned snack for the dog and the service (especially Jenny) was more than friendly. Highly recommended!

We went to 1885 – Die Burger Bremen for the first time this afternoon. Really perfect burgers and crispy fries with delicious sauces - a true experience for burger lovers. The meat was juicy and cooked to perfection. A nice, cozy atmosphere. Thanks to the Bisschen Bremen app we also saved some money; The second burger was therefore free. Absolutely recommended!

Everything was really almost perfect. Super tasty burgers, but the ribs were also highly recommended. The prices are not exceptional, but if you want to experience a taste explosion with Wagyu, for example, then it can of course be a little more expensive. The ambience was appropriate and the service was generally appropriate. A recommendation for everyone in Bremen.

We booked a table here for today, before going to the theater. The very nice and competent Jenny served us. She gave us very good advice on how to put together our burgers. For the fries, she recommended we order a large bowl for everyone. This was a very good choice as there were no leftover fries and there was enough for the four of us. Our burgers were delicious and big enough. We were able to spend a lovely time here in a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you for that.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to drop by here spontaneously. The two of us were there spontaneously today (end of September 2024, Saturday) around 5:30 p.m. We would have loved to eat burgers here in the beautiful atmosphere. Unfortunately there was no possibility of offering us places. There were still a few tables available. When we asked if we had a chance in 30 minutes, we were told that the places were all reserved for 6 p.m. Seating us at a table that was already occupied was refused. It's a shame when you don't have the chance to be spontaneous on vacation. To be fair, I have to say that we were offered seats outside the house. Due to the low temperatures, this wasn't an option for us. Why 3 stars now: diplomatic middle between 1 and 5 stars...

I had Cheesy Cheeseburger, and it tasted pretty good. The Forest Fruit Iced Tea was refreshing and paired well with the meal. The staff were friendly The only downside was the overpowering scent in the restroom, which was a bit distracting while enjoying the burger.

We had very good experience. Ate The 1885 and Buffalo B. Had hash brown, delicious. Highly reccomend the 1885 burger. Jenny was waiting our table. She was gorgeous on recommendations.

We wanted to eat a burger at 8 p.m. yesterday. The burger joint was almost empty. We wanted to accept a seat when the waitress told us that all the seats were reserved. When I pointed out that the store was empty, the service person replied that it was not possible. We then went to the neighboring restaurant. I will no longer go to the 1885 Die Burger Bremen restaurant.

I can really recommend this burger restaurant. The service and the food were first class - a big thank you again to Jenny for the great recommendations when choosing the dishes and the great handling of comments regarding allergies!
