It's now over €10 for the 125g burger and €13 for the Big. Sorry, but it feels like there's a 25% price increase every three months, with untrained and sometimes unfriendly staff. No thanks, in the future.

A small burger (125 grams) for €10.40 – that's outrageous for such a dump. The burger tasted like rancid grease.

The food and staff are good! But the management is absolutely unsupportable. I don't support people who mistreat their employees!

Delicious burgers and very friendly service. It was my first time there, and it was cold and dry. So it wasn't the best time to sit there. But it was great nonetheless. In the summer, it must be really great to sit by the Gafen and enjoy the weather.

They've drastically increased their prices. The balance isn't right anymore. It's a shame, it was tasty, but I won't be back.

The name says it all. They serve delicious smashburgers. The selection is focused on them, along with fries. There are vegetarian and vegan options, although I haven't tried them yet. In keeping with the menu, there's a charming, rustic outdoor area if you want to eat the burgers on site. It certainly won't be my last visit.

Simply a lovely place to sit by the water in the evening. The burgers are really tasty and the portions are generous. Mayo and ketchup come in sachets – we all know how little there is. You have to pay for refills. Price-wise, it's a bit overpriced for me. The atmosphere is simply lovely, though. However, the floor could use a cleaning – there are cigarette butts and ketchup packets littering the place. But we still enjoy coming here.

The burgers are good. I specifically ordered one without ketchup because I suffer from a histamine intolerance, which I also specifically mentioned. In the end, I was served a burger with ketchup anyway. So, logically, I returned it. The tables were very dirty, so I had to wipe them down myself. Still, a nice location and friendly staff. 3/5

Great food! Service and staff were unfortunately rather poor. I ordered several dishes without onions, and each time they were onions! The wait time was horrible. Customers arrived later but got their food earlier. The atmosphere was okay, but the cleanliness left something to be desired. I think incompetent staff would have been better.

Something's always missing (last time a French fry, this time the entire mayo), but even worse: in 2 of the last 3 orders, at least 2 burger patties were pretty burnt. It used to be a real local institution, but currently it's simply not worth 3 stars. 4 burgers, 2 "small" fries, and 2 drinks are already a steep price at €53. I expect more quality and reliability. It's a shame.

The glory of bygone years is barely visible. The pallet furniture is falling apart, and trash is scattered everywhere. At night, when the barbecue shack closes, rats take over and colonize the area in large numbers.

Only conditionally recommended. Every time I've been here, something on the menu hasn't been available. The food is good, but not outstanding. The staff and purchasing are very poorly organized. I had to re-describe half the products to the staff. Last time, an employee obviously played dumb and tried to tell me he didn't know what an Alster, a Radler, or a beer with Sprite were. In the end, it turned out that the Alster was one of those things that was on the menu, but they forgot to buy it. For the money, I expect better organization. Furthermore, the outdoor area is poorly maintained, with broken seat cushions, dirty and soaking wet, etc. But what you get is tasty.

Unfortunately, it's become very expensive. If you charge restaurant prices, you have to deliver, and unfortunately, this store isn't doing that anymore. It's a shame.

I am absolutely thrilled with Simpleböger! From the first moment everything was professional, friendly and super pleasant. The service was excellent, the quality of the work was at the highest level and you can just tell that the work here is done with passion and experience. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the honest advice. I can fully recommend Simpleböger – you just feel like you’re in good hands here!

Unfortunately, the garbage situation is still as described in previous reviews. The staff is attentive and friendly, but often seems overwhelmed. Unfortunately, 10 euros for a single plant-based burger is also very close to my personal pain threshold.

Quite tasty, but a bit expensive, but still ok for what's on offer. The garbage situation is really bad! The only trash can is directly on the order cart. In the half hour we were there, at least 10 plastic mayo/ketchup sachets blew into the Weser. These small individual packages are really stupid, even WITH a trash can, but that's a reason for us not to visit this store anymore. There are also a lot of smokers, but no ashtrays on the tables, so everything ends up on the floor.

Today I was there with my work colleague and the first point I said clearly was please only meat with ketchup and your white sauce and it was normal for my colleague When everything was ready we wanted to pick it up and I saw my burger with everything on it plus cheese Then I reminded the chef of my order and said no problem, I'll give him my friend, please make me two of mine, one that's on the menu and one that I'm still paying for Since it wasn't my fault and I definitely don't eat a burger with cheese scraped off. Now then I have paid for the menu plus 2 citizens after yesterday's great evening directly on site the store took me without a dress cream I will only visit the boys from Sunday

Super tasty. Unfortunately, the ground is overlooked by butts, bottle caps and ketchup bags, which in turn end up in the Weser due to the wind. More trash cans, ketchup from dispensers... that would certainly alleviate the problem.

Wanted to order online. But you can only pay with Paypal or credit card. Since I don't have either and therefore won't buy one, there's something different for dinner. It's a shame, I was looking forward to it... The next burger will only be available when I pass a location where I can pay with a debit card or cash.

Delicious burgers and delicious fries

I really like the burgers and fries. But it's a matter of taste anyway. Depending on the cashier, the tone can be a bit harsh. Probably not on purpose but not particularly pleasant either. The atmosphere at the harbor is great. Although the seating can be expanded. Sitting on pallets is part of the atmosphere. OK. But it feels like a narrow wooden beam is definitely not comfortable. At least there are chairs here and there now.

I ate at Simple Burger today and can really recommend it. Very nice people who work there and you get a friendly welcome at the checkout. You definitely have to try the burgers - they are incredibly tasty :)

The white guy seems close to burnout. His communication with customers and his own employees/colleagues was not clear at all! When you have a person like that in service, you don't like a burger.

The burger was delicious, but the blond employee first insulted his colleagues in a completely disrespectful tone and then reprimanded two customers in front of the entire store for picking up the wrong burger. In his fit of rage, he was obviously unable to carry out his regular orders. Kudos to the two guys with black hair who, as loyal employees, did damage control despite being reprimanded in advance.

Unfortunately my visit was a disappointment. The burger I ordered was absolutely not recommended - dry, tasteless and far from what you would expect from a good burger. But that wasn't the worst of it. The service was really disastrous! A burger was simply forgotten. When we stood at the checkout, it felt more like a kindergarten. The employees there were extremely young and not very professional. It was unpleasant and disorganized. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend simple-Burger under this line-up.”

A very good burger shop, even if it looks rather rustic from the outside, the smash burgers here are really good. The price is reasonable for the quality, but you shouldn't order without looking at the menu. If you order for two, you can get a late fries because the large bag is easily enough for two. If you're in the mood for a burger in Bremen, you have to go here

I've known about this burger place for a while, but never got around to it. But now it was on the way after the free market parade and I wasn't promised too much. Mega great burger with an extremely tasty patty. Well topped and an unusual burger bun... The fries were also really tasty. I'm totally thrilled and will definitely be back soon!!

The burgers are always delicious and the slightly thicker fries stay crispy for a long time and are also highly recommended. Service has always been quick and the staff has been super friendly. You can pay by card and even pre-order online. The location is rustic and unique in its own way.

Super simple, alternative way to comfortably eat a delicious burger or drink an after-work drink. When we were there it was very quiet. There is a cultural center next door where there are events every now and then. The vegetarian and vegan menu is just as long as the animal menu.

The food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long. The fries are crispy, everything is great👍🏻

It is the same as its name in terms of location, taste and presentation, that is, it is simple. I didn't have high expectations, but eating the most delicious french fries of recent times here shocked me. The price and performance are a bit expensive, but it's worth a try. I paid 13.90 for the Simpleburger menu. The burger is above average, the fries are amazing, and the cola is already cola. Go for a different experience. Would I go again, no. But you go and try it.

Impossible! We ordered food at the counter and paid straight away and when the food was ready they claimed SEVERAL TIMES LOUDLY that we hadn't paid, outrageous! And it wasn't even that busy. When we got home we discovered that some of the burgers were wrong. Money gone. Thanks for nothing! We're going to the competition from now on. Have your shop and employees under control. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.

The best and tastiest burgers in Bremen at good prices. Whether meat, vegetarian or vegan, there is something for everyone. Various burgers are offered. The map isn't big, but it's absolutely sufficient.

We brought citizens there for the first time today, which we really enjoyed - great. The fries were relatively salty and unfortunately only deserve an ok rating. Otherwise great service and the packaging was based entirely on paper and not plastic. Highly recommended on hot days, the cool Weser air can be endured under the awning.

Food: I had the chili cheese burger. Overall really tasty, in my opinion it would be 5 stars if the jalapenos were crunchy and not so soft from being pickled and I definitely miss the cheese sauce in a chili cheese burger, not this mayo. But otherwise really delicious! Meat was great, that's more or less the heart of it (at least for me as a carnivore). The fries were also great, unfortunately there was little ketchup and mayo, I'm generally not a fan of these small packets, they're enough for 5 fries for me. I'll try the other burgers when I get the chance :)

Perfect place for a good meal. View by the river and quiet yet accessible place. Food was prepared really quick, was absolutely amazing. Very kind people.

After I was denied the currywurst (which goes without saying for a burger box - anyone who can read has a clear advantage) I was pleasantly surprised. The staff didn't promise too much! Really very good burgers! Plus a nice atmosphere, something retro, chabby chic and pallet furniture. It's like a vacation. For me as a random guest, it's a pearl with insider qualities. I'd love to come back...

My friend and I drove past there spontaneously. The spot is pretty inconspicuous, but again something unique. It is quite quiet, you have a good view of the water and it is partly protected. The burgers were good, nothing special, just a typical smash burger. Fries were tasty, crispy and potato-like on the inside. The seating options may be a bit uncomfortable if you don't have a seat cushion 😉.

After I had almost completely given up the habit of eating burgers outside the home - since everything ranges between loveless monotony and over-the-top knick-knacks - a simple smashed burger taught me better with just one bite.
