The biggest garbage store! They make people wait for over an hour (for delivery) and then there's a delay. And when you complain, they say, "Never order here again." Wow, you don't sell gold. Chill, the burgers at McDonald's are even better than yours. Above all, they don't even accommodate you. No apologies, nothing!

This has little to do with fast food. The food all tastes good, but waiting two hours for food?! A 10-minute walk turns the NH into a trip around the world.

The chili cheese hot dog at Caesars is truly delicious! The sausage is juicy, the bun is nice and fresh and fluffy, and the chili cheese combination has just the right amount of spice—not too hot, but really flavorful. Perfect when you're craving something savory. I highly recommend it!

Crispy enjoyment at Caesar's! I tried the Crispy Chicken Burger menu – and was absolutely thrilled! The chicken was super crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The burger was topped with fresh ingredients and the flavors were perfectly balanced. It came with crispy fries and a drink – great value for money! The service was also friendly and fast, and the atmosphere at Caesar's is modern and cozy. Small but perfectly formed. You can tell the food is cooked with love. For me, this is definitely one of the best burger restaurants in the area – I'd love to come back!

I don't understand this: I order food at 7 p.m., and it's delivered at 9 p.m. Who needs that? According to the delivery time, it should arrive within 20-60 minutes. No more hunger.

Delivery times are a disaster. I've been waiting for my food for two hours and nothing has arrived.

The burgers tasted solid and were okay, even if they weren't anything special. The fries, on the other hand, weren't entirely convincing - they were edible, but I've definitely had better ones. The biggest point of criticism, however, is the delivery time: more than two hours of waiting time is simply not acceptable. Unfortunately, this significantly spoils the overall experience.

I ordered at 6:05 p.m. through Lieferando and it said 59 minutes until it was delivered. After 40 minutes I looked at the app again and it said 23 minutes then it became 33 minutes. Then I called them and someone answered who didn't even know about his job. He was disrespectful to the point of not being able to do it anymore and he simply passed me on to someone else who was just as disrespectful and didn't let me finish, he said yours is at 7:05 p.m Order from you I didn't get my order until 7:35 p.m. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my order the food arrived ice cold the citizens had burnt rolls I don't recommend anyone ordering because it's a disaster.

Beautiful, clean shop that smells of perfume instead of grease. It's probably because of the boss that it's so great. Burgers were delicious for me, the best shop that also has real customers and doesn't need advertising after demand.

The food was OKAY, but after 2 1/2 hours the order arrives and the delivery person complains why we pay for the order separately. He gives us too much money back and we point him out and he is still overwhelmed because of it. He even delivered the delivery to the wrong address.

The store is very bad, I ordered through Wolt, the order only came after 2 hours, 1 hour late than it was supposed to, the food was completely cold. When I called, I was then hung up on and no action was taken. Very bad

I am absolutely appalled by this store. The service is unfriendly, disorganized and lacks any form of professionalism. The employees seem annoyed and disinterested, as if they were being bothered with a simple question. My concerns were not addressed at all, instead I was sent from one person to the next - with no result. The quality of the goods was also disappointing. Several items were damaged and when I tried to complain about this I was brushed off. It seems like customer satisfaction is a foreign word in this store. The prices are also completely excessive for what is on offer here. The store is chaotic and dirty, there is no overview whatsoever, and the entire shopping experience was just frustrating. I will never shop here again and I strongly advise everyone not to. It really doesn't get any worse. Disgust…

And if you talk to the employees about it, you will be portrayed as a liar even though you had everything confirmed in the email, and we didn't get the money back either. Super delicious food with fantastic burgers which are really cheap and also delicious mozzarella sticks and milkshakes. The critics about the wait only concern the delivery and it's completely okay on site. The atmosphere also looks nice and the people are very nice. We will come back Devenetiv.

We waited 50 minutes for our order, on site. After asking how long the food would take, an unnecessary discussion arose with the lady at the counter. After the food finally came, the order wasn't as ordered and the fries were cold and hard, which I could have used for my dowels.

The burger is solid but the delivery service is funny! If it takes longer than 2 1/2 hours you shouldn't accept any further orders.... And if it's 1 hour after the delivery time you won't even get any compensation :(

Was our last order. Although we have noticed in the last few months that the quality has deteriorated extremely, we still order here regularly because we think the burgers taste quite good. Today was the cherry on the cake, we had to wait 2 hours for the food, then something was missing and my burger and the lettuce leaves (which are usually not fresh anyway) were full of dirt. Just a lump of mud on the burger and I took a bite. I've never experienced anything like that, if I wanted to get into mud I'd go into the garden or something.

This is simply the best store. 😍👌 So far it has always tasted great and the fries have always been crispy. I think that’s really important when it comes to finger food☺️. All the burgers I've tried so far are top and the staff and delivery service are always very friendly and fast.👌😊

The burgers there are very good, but the 1.5 hour delivery time is really crazy. Sure, there may be a lot going on, etc., but the delivery time should be displayed accordingly in Lieferando. The store is ten minutes away by car, so this long delivery time is actually not okay.

Delivery time of just over an hour on a Sunday is completely okay. The food was really tasty and the fries weren't wobbly either. Unfortunately, the drinks (2x Sprite) were forgotten when ordering (including 2 menus).

Food ordered 5 burgers in total 3 double chili cheeseburgers and 1 crispy chicken and cheeseburger, burgers are good and snails are delicious but the delivery time just really bothered me otherwise I'm happy to pay a tip but at the point when you see a waiting time of 40-59 minutes If you get it and then it just takes over half an hour, you'll get mad at some point and then you won't even say sorry for the delay or anything else, that's why it's good 3 stars, but you have to do something about your delivery times.

3 citizens ordered menus and it didn't arrive until 3 hours later. When I called after 2 hours, I was told it would be in 20 Minutes delivered. Even though it was 20 minutes, I had to wait a whole hour and I wasn't told that it was busy and that it might take a while. I completely respect that there are too many orders, but don't think it will take a whole 3 hours. There was no problem with the supplier, just the waiting time. That's why if I were you I would tell people that it takes 3 hours.

I ordered here through “Liferando”. It said you should wait a maximum of 55 minutes to order. After an hour and twenty minutes, I called the company directly and was told that my order was almost ready and would soon be handed over to the driver. I complained about the waiting time and said that I would also report this to Lieferando. So my order was canceled by the company after so much waiting. There wasn't even an apology. The employee on the phone spoke rudely, even brazenly. I reported the incident to the Lieferando, but have not received a response for two days. Next time we'll cook something ourselves so as not to ruin the evening!!!

We often order from Caeser's. The food was always delicious and arrived warm. Aaaabut what we unfortunately have to complain about is that the delivery has always taken longer than stated. Maybe. Would more drivers possibly solve the problem?

Essen ist lecker, haltet euch den Abend aber frei. Anstatt wie am Telefon 15 Minuten versichert, hat es ganze 45 Minuten gedauert. Selbst im Laden wurde dann gesagt, dauert nicht mehr lange.

Das Essen bei Caesars ist immer gut. Ich bestelle hier öfter von der Arbeit aus. Was garnicht funktioniert sind die Lieferungen. Zwar hatte ich nie zustellungszeiten von 1 Stunden , aber ich habe eine halbe Stunde Pause und bestelle mein Essen zum Start dieser als zustellungsziel , dies liegt dem Restaurant 2 Stunden vorher vor. Und trotzdem kommt es vor das ich kaum Zeit zum Essen habe , da die Lieferung erst 20 Minuten macht geplanter Zeit ankommt.

Bester Burgerladen in Bremen. Habe schon mehrfach mit Freundinnen am Telefon das Essen vorbestellt und als wir angekommen sind war es auch pünktlich fertig. Sowohl die Pommes als auch die Burger schmecken extrem lecker und noch dazu ist es für ein Menü verhältnismäßig günstig. Personal ist sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort sehr freundlich, niemals aufdringlich, aber dennoch aufmerksam. Endlich ein leckerer Burgerladen in der Nähe, der immer zuverlässig und nicht überteuert ist. Bin Stammkundin seit ca. einem Jahr und es bleibt ganz sicher dabei. Nachtrag: Leider hatte ich vor ein paar Wochen eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gehabt. Wir mussten 90 Minuten auf das bestellte Essen Zuhause warten. In der langen Wartezeit habe ich im Laden mal angerufen und da war eine sehr unfreundliche Dame am Telefon. Als der Lieferant endlich mal kam wurden beide Getränke zu den Menüs vergessen und als Entschuldigung für die lange Wartezeit gab es einen Milka Donut. Noch dazu waren im Menü sehr wenig Curly Fries. Die Burger waren zwar wie immer sehr lecker, aber all die anderen Umstände katastrophal. Nochmal bestelle ich nicht dort, sondern suche den Laden nur noch persönlich auf.
