Crazy service 20/10 burgers and drinks, a real culinary delight! I don't know when was the last time I ate such great burgers!!!! Love goes out to the team

Very nice service and great concept! Lots of choice, including vegan and vegetarian dishes. Peter Pane's lemonades are super delicious and I always order them. The staff can also make very good recommendations!

The burger and fries were delicious and our waitress was very attentive. The visit was really worth it.

We had to organize our own tickets. Starter came after 40 minutes, was lukewarm and the sauce and cutlery were missing. Then came together with the main course. The waiter was unmotivated. It hasn't been this bad here for a long time.

Yesterday I had dinner at Peter Pane with my family and we were really amazed at how nice and dedicated the waiters were. We were offered a delicious aperitif, great advice about the food and the waiters were very attentive. Despite the busy shop, our food came quickly and was delicious. The dessert is also highly recommended! We'd love to come back, thank you very much! :-)

We waited over an hour for our order (French fries with citizen). Then the citizen was cold. New citizen warm and lukewarm fries. One-time visit.

During the week, there wasn't much going on. We stood in front of the shop for about 5 minutes until the bartender waved us in because he noticed us. As we sat at the table, a waitress quickly came to take our order. After about 10 minutes the drinks arrived and another 30 minutes later the food. My beef and cheese fries were made with older fries, my friend's burger was simply the veggie version even though he wanted the normal version. After 5 minutes he got a new one. At the table behind a couple also got a burger that was half cooked. When we wanted to pay, the waitress was abrupt and "snapped" because there was no tip. It's a shame, we used to enjoy going to Peter Pane, those days are now over.

We were there on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. The service, when it came, was friendly and nice. The tables are sloppily wiped with the sticky sets and the remains are spread on the benches (which are rock hard). We waited 45 minutes for food, which is definitely too long. The food wasn't particularly warm either. The prices for the burgers are incredibly high. Yes, they are something special and delicious, but the price-performance ratio is not right for me. We won't come back.

Unfortunately not customer oriented. We were there at lunchtime and there was a lot of space in the restaurant. I politely asked for a table against a wall (backrest). This couldn't be made possible despite a lot of free places, only for one person (there were three of us). Never again, service is different.

I like eating at Peter Pane... It was only here in your store that I was dissatisfied for the first time. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to enjoy my salad in the slightest because I was busy sorting through the wilted and slightly rotten leaves. Maybe there is a way to keep the salad fresh in your kitchen??? Things are working pretty well at your other branches. The service can definitely be improved. Our waitress, even though she wasn't at the table much, was very personable and friendly. Hence the 4 stars 😉

We've eaten there several times now and the burgers are simply delicious. The meat is always juicy and perfect, and I think it's great to have a selection of rolls. The salads are super fresh and very tasty. The fries are well seasoned but not too much and the sauces that should never be missing are the fiery CHEDDAR JALAPEÑO CREAM and GUACAMOLE. The whole thing is topped by the always very attentive and very friendly service. :)

Basically, I'm a big fan of Peter Pane, but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience here. We had to ask for the order several times; which was sometimes not possible because the person in question had taken a smoking break and the colleague was not allowed/should not take the order despite asking. Since we sat by the window, we were able to watch the employees chatting and smoking while we waited for the order to be taken. When it was finally possible, my breadless burger arrived with wilted lettuce. 17€ (burger price only) for some salad and beef and a few mini goat cheese “thalers” is a lot to ask. We then waited an hour for our ice cream, which was then served incorrectly and only when we asked (vanilla ice cream instead of frozen yoghurt). Too bad.

Even though it was very full, we got a seat quickly and the food arrived very quickly. The service was very friendly.

We spontaneously went to Peter Pane today and are unfortunately disappointed with the experience. The welcome was very friendly and we were able to choose a table. It's not particularly comfortable to sit on the benches, but you know that. The food came quickly and the service staff was nice. It was immediately apparent that the order didn't fit, one burger was wrong, we pointed this out and we were offered to swap or take this into account in the bill. There were no sauces on the table; although they were brought later, they were only a third full. The burgers only had a dollop of sauce on them and little cheese for a cheeseburger. One burger had wilted lettuce. When we got the bill we were amazed at €80 for three low-priced burgers as a lunch menu with fries and a drink and onion rings. We were not given a receipt. When we requested the receipt, we saw that they had been overcharged by almost €10. There were little things listed that we hadn't even ordered. There are around €72 left over - unfortunately the price-performance ratio is not right at all. The bill took a long time to clear. We had to follow up several times. Even if the employees were friendly, things like that are just annoying. We won't come back, it's too expensive for too average food.

Super nice and bright service from Roy, beautiful setting and the food (2 burgers + fries) as well as the drinks ("Peter's Passion") were delicious and we were well fed. Music was well selected (modern). Generally a pleasant stay again. Recommendation from my friend and I! ;)

Peter Pane – A real highlight for burger fans Peter Pane is not just a burger joint, but an experience in itself. I was particularly impressed by the variety of vegan options - the creative and delicious variations offer something for every taste. Particularly noteworthy is the homemade lemonade, which goes perfectly with the fresh burgers. The sauces are also an absolute highlight and round off the taste experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant is pleasant and inviting. Despite the good business, the drinks arrived very quickly and the burgers didn't take long to arrive either. You immediately notice that the emphasis here is on quality and fresh preparation - simply homemade and incredibly tasty. A special plus: Peter Pane is extremely dog-friendly. I was able to bring my dog ​​with me without any problem and no one bothered me. On the contrary, the staff was extremely accommodating and even brought a bowl of water for my four-legged friend. A wonderful service! The restaurant is also ideal for families. Children are entertained with great coloring books, and the children's meals are just as thoughtful as those for adults. The desserts are the icing on the cake of a thoroughly successful visit. Overall, I give it full marks - Peter Pane impresses in every respect and is definitely worth a visit!

Very tasty burgers. There are various sauces on the table. Price-performance ratio ok. There is an offer at lunchtime. For €8.90 you get fries + a drink + a frozen yoghurt. Plus you pay the burger price. Rustic decor. Lots of free parking spaces in front of the door. The employee (who was there the first day) was overwhelmed. He tried hard. It would have been better if someone had always come with him that he could ask. He told us not to be angry with him if he brought the wrong food. A lady with more experience then came to us. Everyone has had their first day somewhere. But letting him take the order alone is not an option.

It was tasty and in the end the price was too, but we would still come back.

Die Ausweisung der Preise für die einzelnen Menüs war irreführend. Ich und meine zwei Kinder hatten uns für 1 x Mittagsmenü 8,90 € 2 x Abendmenü 12,90 € entschieden (Burger, Pommes, Softdrink 0,3 l bzw. Kindercocktail 0,5 l). Überschlägig also rund 35,- €. Als ich mir dann die Rechnung geben ließ, waren es insgesamt 80,40 €. Auf Nachfrage zeigte mir dann die Bedienung in der Speisekarte die genaue Zusammensetzung der Preise des jeweiligen Menüs. Er hatte natürlich recht aber es bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack. Ich kam mir ein wenig verarscht vor. Und wer noch die DM kennt, erkennt schnell, dass ich für 3 Burger mit Pommes und Getränk 160,- DM gezahlt habe ---> für 3 verkackte Burger, Pommes und Getränk, unfassbar. Ich gehe oft und gerne essen in guten Restaurants. Für das Geld bekomme ich dort besseres und schmackhafteres serviert. Meinen Kindern hat's gefallen, dass war mir wichtig. Ich für meine Person betrete diesen Laden nicht mehr.

The service was a bit unfocused: we had to wait until the order was taken and we could pay, and we also had to ask for cutlery. The price for a mini portion of coleslaw is unreasonable, almost cheeky.

At first it seemed difficult for us to understand the menu because there were menus that were available until a certain time. When the waitress served us, she offered us many things that were not on the menu, and we did not know, such as: black angus meat, the type of potatoes, choosing a sauce and being able to choose water as a drink. I don't mind paying extra for sauce or potatoes, but always knowing in advance. The waiter who charged us was a bit rude, and when we saw the bill it was much more than we had estimated. After paying and saying that we would write a review, the waitress who served us at the beginning came to tell us rudely that she did tell us that they were extras.

The restaurant is a little better than the food court - the food is nothing special - burgers, salads, I was outraged that we were cheated on the bill - I didn’t swear, but we won’t go there again!!!!

We were there for the first time today at lunchtime. We were promptly assigned a nice table. Everything clean, exclusively vegan condiments, very nice :). Our waitress was super nice, her recommendation, drink of the month cranberry spritzer with gin was super delicious. The food arrived hot and the portions were more than sufficient. I can only recommend the Caesarburgers. I would love to come back with my family. :)

One of two burgers and the sweet potato fries were not edible, apparently old fat was used. You pay 2.50 more for the fries for a declared 315 grams... if you weigh it out, it's just under 210g with packaging. It's a shame that you were so neglectful, we will definitely request a refund given the hefty price.

Peter Pane, always delicious. Large selection of hamburgers and related items. Great service and mostly nice. Unfortunately it's often a bit crowded and loud.

The waiting times for the food were a bit long at 45 minutes.

Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she has long blonde hair and had one Accent, very nice and we had a short chat at the end. I promised her I would write a review. Thanks for the nice service, it doesn't happen that often these days. I'll definitely come back with my friend.

I was your guest on Saturday July 27th, 2024 with my husband and my children, the restaurant is very child-friendly, for the children there was paper and crayons, a very good selection of children's dishes, and for me there was a herb boy black angos meat, for me it was a culinary experience, I can recommend Peter pane in Bremen to everyone.

The food was good, but unfortunately we were unlucky with the service because all the employees had completely ignored the other guests because of a theft. The entire service staff was busy just taking care of it. We were only able to pay our bill when the shift changed. (30 min. waiting time) It would have been enough to assign 2 employees to this and not the entire crew.

Whenever I eat with you I feel full, I like the design and the food is great. I would come to you again and again.

Very tasty burgers with great sauces. However, you should make a reservation at peak times. Despite the full house, we didn't wait too long. The vegan, very tasty sauces were positive. The price is a bit too high, in my opinion. Next time I will order drinks without ice, as there is a lot in it, which will increase the profit margin for 0.5L drinks. Because after drinking it, more than half of it was still full of ice, it felt like a 0.3L lemonade without ice.

Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at all. The waitress outside was extremely funny. We just wanted to eat burgers, but before we could get the menu we had to wait until the table was cleared and cleaned. Apparently you're not allowed to see anything beforehand and even then you have to listen to some daily recommendations that don't interest you at all. Instead of simply adding a piece of paper to the card. With guests who obviously know what they want and explicitly ask for the menu, you could deviate a little from your strict plan. We didn't even get to eat anymore; we felt too uncomfortable to even order. So I can't rate that. Unfortunately it ruined my day a bit.

We were in Bremen with our kids yesterday and ate at Peter Pane for the first time. We had great service who took great care of us. There was even a little activity for the kids! A big compliment to Sylwia (I hope I spelled her name correctly) but of course the food was great too! Without long waiting times and still very fresh, very loving and very tasty! Maybe I'm too old for such a place. The ambience is very nice, the seats are uncomfortable for people who don't have long legs. The food, a lot of vegan stuff. The burger went like this, I'll say. Not necessarily a blast, just like the fries. Plus proud prices. I would say next time I'd rather go to McDonald's.
