Our waitress Charly was very nice and attentive.

Good food with a tasty burger and plenty of fries. Jeevithan's friendly service rounded off the great visit.

I was there on a Tuesday and we had our own seating. The atmosphere was very nice, and I felt very comfortable. There was the option to order using a QR code, but I'm old school in that regard and appreciate the service. Although the wait time to order was reasonable, they still apologized for the almost nonexistent wait, which I found very thoughtful. The drinks were really good, you can see directly onto the counter, and everything was prepared very hygienically. The food and drinks were very good, and I would definitely come back. I would like to give a special mention to the server, Mia, who did a great job, and I was very pleasant with her team.

I recently visited PETER PANE Burger Grill & Bar, and it was a truly amazing experience! The waitress, Mia, was super sweet, attentive, and immediately put us at ease. You could tell she enjoys her job—that makes a huge difference. The food was also top-notch: the burgers were truly delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The sides were also delicious. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere and definitely worth a visit—I'd love to come back!

I ate there for the first time and was absolutely thrilled. Delicious burgers, and the cocktail of the day was amazing. The only downside was that the ingredients that weren't supposed to be on the burger (my daughter hates tomatoes) were still on it, and the orders were jumbled together.

The food was great as always, we didn't have to wait long for the drinks or the food! The service was also top-notch, we were served directly by our waitress Charly, who was very accommodating! It was my birthday, which she overheard, and she immediately asked what they could give me on the house. You rarely get that kind of thing, super friendly, accurate and interested. She came back several times to ask if everything was tasty and if it sounded right, wow! The only thing I didn't like was that there was no air conditioning on in the summer heat. Unfortunately, the branch doesn't have any, so you couldn't enjoy the ambience. A shame, both for guests and staff, more than necessary in this heat.

Peter Pane in Weserpark is highly recommended. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious, and the service team does a great job. I'd especially like to single out Sylvia for special mention; she's very friendly and accommodating! We often visit the restaurant on Fridays during our lunch break and always feel very comfortable.

We've been regulars on Fridays over the years and are particularly happy with Sylvia as our server. The food is always delicious. If there are minor issues, like a mix-up, she's always happy to help :)

Sorry, but that wasn't good. The fries were cold and tasted like they'd been fried twice. The burger was very dry and needed to be dressed up with mayo and ketchup. The patty was never smashed and was fried to perfection. Plus, everything took forever. For those exorbitant prices, we expected much, much more.

Unlike other restaurants in this chain, the noise level is unobtrusive and appropriate. The food is of the usual good Peter Pane standard. The staff is extremely attentive; Sylvia served us excellently and was extremely kind. We can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

The ambiance in the restaurant is also truly outstanding: modern, cozy, and decorated with loving details. One small drawback, however, is the price; we found it quite high compared to the portion and the overall quality. However, if you're willing to spend a little more, you'll definitely get quality and a pleasant atmosphere here. In conclusion: A great experience with excellent service from Sylvia and her colleagues, delicious food, and a lovely atmosphere, but the price is not exactly cheap.

I ate with my wife and two children yesterday and I have to say that the young waiter in the evening gave us great advice about the menu and drinks and also lovingly prepared our children's food and whenever we had questions he was helpful and courteous. We haven't had such great service for a long time.

As for the food: the burgers, fries, sauces, and slate taste pretty good. However, that's to be expected given the exorbitant prices. A Coke costs €4.50, and fried onion rings are a mere €7. That quickly adds up to €60, even for a lunch menu. For that, I get four "M" meals at McDonald's. The place has become pretty empty due to the very high prices. It was really busy here at lunch, but now at 1:00 PM, there are only three tables occupied. Important: check your receipt! We've been charged incorrectly several times.

Incompetent staff + incredibly unpleasant and humiliating comments that are disgusting, throw out the glasses-wearing people with the checked shirts.

Normally, we're okay with it, just a bit pricey for the meal! The waitress was too pushy and overly nice, which was really intrusive. When we wanted to pay, she tried to say "No coffee, cappuccino, nothing else?" That was too pushy. They should pay more attention; not everyone likes it.
