I had one of the best burgers of my life at this place! So delicious, the meat was perfectly cooked, the fries crsipy and fresh. Service was great too! Very fast

Good vegan burgers. If you take the daily deal you get a surprisingly big discount and it's really cheap. The service was also extremely friendly.

Very tasty burgers and great fries at reasonable prices. You shouldn't have high expectations when it comes to the ambience of a snack bar. The outside seating is definitely nice in the summer.

We wanted to have a quick bite to eat on site, just a portion of fries, and had to wait half an hour (we were the only ones!). Then we had to leave without having accomplished anything because time was running out. It cost us €5 because no one showed up. NEVER AGAIN!

Going to Holzburger is like gambling; I can't count how many times I've gone there during opening hours only to find myself standing in front of a closed shop. I won't go there anymore, really ridiculous

It wasn't my best burger but that doesn't matter. I think the burger should be made more grippy but otherwise it's great!

We had made reservations for a Christmas party for 30 people. After 2 hours we were asked to vacate the large table because it was still reserved for someone else. In response we were also told that we were lucky anyway because they don't actually make such large reservations. So 30 people, who would certainly have made a lot of sales from drinks, left the store at 9 p.m. for a reservation for two adults and 4 teenagers. I would be interested to hear what the boss says about this. We were pissed and will definitely tell anyone who asks us how our Christmas party was.

Super tasty burgers. The chili cheeseburger burger is the best.

The selection is large, including vegan and vegetarian. We had the vegetarian Oranienburger. That was okay. The fries were very greasy and salty, but were replaced upon request. The salad came with the wrong dressing (yogurt instead of balsamic). The mozzarella sticks were really good though. The store is solid, the food is average, the service is okay.

The store looks very stylish from the outside. Nicely decorated inside too. The inside area is not particularly large, 4 large tables, each of which can accommodate around 4-5 people. The outdoor area is larger, but cannot be used in rain and cold. At least it wasn't too warm inside, so I didn't have to take off my thick down jacket. The three men in the kitchen/reception had their hands full, primarily with pick-ups and delivery services. When, after about 25 minutes of waiting, there were no burgers in sight for us and I asked if we had been forgotten (no one else in the store had received burgers at that time), a lady who had approx. 6 minutes after us, your large order arrived. I expressed my anger about this (but still in a friendly way). The man I spoke to didn't apologize, but argued that the woman wasn't really late. Shortly afterwards our burgers were apparently ready. In any case, there were three burgers on a tray, which were pushed over the counter without a word, in a visibly bad mood. I asked really politely which burger was which. The short answer was: “You can see that.” Apparently the gentleman was upset about my comment about the waiting time. That was too much for me at that moment and I loudly vented my anger that one could expect to be told which burger was which. This happened visibly reluctantly. We didn't think the three burgers we had were particularly bad or particularly good. We found them average, a bit dry unfortunately. But still better than the Golden M. I still wouldn't come here again, especially because of the "service", the burgers don't completely make up for it either. But the burgers aren't bad. But the waiting time in general seems really long in the store, as we saw from those who came after us. You should plan around 30 minutes.
