Food was delicious and the staff were brilliant.

Burgers were fantastic. They tasted great. Nice place, too. I ate outside and the atmosphere was enjoyable.

The service was first class and the burgers including sides were super tasty. We didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Special requests were no problem and were implemented without any problems. Clear recommendation from a group of 6 hungry people.

The burgers were tasty and juicy. The only thing missing was some flavor in the form of sauce on the burgers. Unfortunately the ambience didn't match the prices. The armchairs were stained and dirty. The table was dirty, there was a construction sheet in the middle of the restaurant and the ceilings in the toilets were open and they hadn't been cleaned for a very long time.

Friendly welcoming staff. And the food was top notch. I would definitely recommend.

Came here fresh off the plane for a first night of holiday. The burgers were great, a really good veggie and vegan selection as well as well as wings and steaks. Utkarsh our server was really friendly, attentive and spoke great English. Great for couples, friends, travellers and more!

Nice place for Burgers and beer. The burgers are good, but just good. Not the best I tried and if You are Into burgers I belive there is better places.

Coloque en la comida con papas fritas triples. La hamburguesa estaba súper sabrosa y se derritió en nuestras bocas. Fuimos durante un día de semana y había una oferta para una comida de hamburguesa específica a un precio establecido. La relación calidad-precio es muy buena. Las escaleras, hasta el baño del sótano, son empinadas pero la decoración de allí es realmente genial! Lo recomendaría.

We were there to eat on a Friday around 4 p.m., it was very empty. We were able to place the order relatively quickly. Unfortunately, it took almost 40 minutes for the food to arrive. I thought it was a long time considering it was so empty. We each ordered burgers with sweet potato fries. They were good, even if they were a little too greasy. Service was ok. But the shop was way too cold (probably no heating on?) That's very uncomfortable when it's -2 degrees outside. Especially when the door opens and the cold air comes in from outside.

Dear Supreme Team, Unfortunately I have to give a bad review here like last time. As always, the food was very good, but unfortunately the service was poor. I had ordered a drink with strawberries and received the wrong one after I thought I had ordered something different, she briefly explained to me that I had ordered it wrong and left without any accomodation. Then we had the burgers, we had two cheeseburgers and one had bacon on it, When we brought this up she said she would ask in the kitchen and came with the bill and said no, there were two cheeseburgers but unfortunately it was definitely bacon unfortunately without an apology since my partner doesn't eat pork we had at least expected a decent apology. The fries are homemade and very tasty! (Sweet potato fries just like the normal ones), the burgers are very fluffy but also very juicy and delicious! The inside of the shop looks a bit like a living room, very nice and relaxed. The staff is also very attentive. I can only recommend it! 👍🏽

The food was quite good, the interior seemed a bit thrown together and the sink in the men's toilet was broken, but our waitress was probably the most dedicated waitress I've ever had.

Remove the veggie burger from your menu. Bc it is just a sandwich.

Were here today Burgers are excellent I ordered the caesar salad which was great I noticed a slightly shabby interior, I didn’t like the toilet a bit, if it weren’t for the food, I would have given it a big minus. Because of the food and service, I give it 4+

We were guests here today and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. Nice service, food and the burger and fries were great. The lemonades were also perfect. You can safely eat a burger here if you feel like it.

The first citizen was burned, the second was cold and the third had a hair on his head. My order was then canceled! You haven't eaten anything for a whole day and then the meal is canceled and you leave in the middle of the night feeling very hungry. So disappointed and angry! 0 out of 5 stars! Never again.

Super tasty, nice waiters, great atmosphere!

The atmosphere was cozy, but there was very sad and depressing music throughout. When we entered, right in front of the "Hello", we were confronted with having to sit down at a smaller table, even though there was hardly anything going on in the store. A bit questionable... The burgers were tasty, but very dry and that you had to fill it yourself, It's somehow not that practical and tastes great, but the prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were totally wobbly and short. It's a shame, unfortunately we won't be back.

The burgers were decent, not great. I’d give three stars taste-wise, but can only give two for health reasons: My friend, whose burger was cooked medium, got violently ill. The meat must have been bad. More minus points because there were no gluten free buns available. The frieds were good. Service personnel was friendly but not the least bit attentive.

Great burgers and fries - unique style too

The food was delicious, the service was super nice and quick and the restaurant was also very comfortably furnished. I would have actually given it a full 5 stars, but apparently the heating had been out for a while because it was really freezing in the store and it was extremely drafty. The problem seems to have existed for a long time, as even the waitress had dressed very warmly and was cold. Here I would have wished that they had at least distributed blankets or offered tea on the house as a small compensation. Unfortunately, the food got cold very quickly. Like many others, we left immediately after dinner. We agreed that we would only meet here in the summer.

Card machine down, cash only, so didn't get to eat there, will change once I get to try it

This is an absolutely fantastic spot, offering mouthwatering food and exceptional service! The barbecue ribs with French fries are hearty enough for two, and the local draft beer is a true treat. A place I’d definitely return to!

My lemon iced tea was very tasty and the fries were also great. I was really positively surprised. My friend's cocktail was delicious, but perhaps a little too sweet.

It was so tasty and the service was super nice. Super comfortable on the armchairs and the chocolate cake with ice cream and cream rounded everything off perfectly ;) Absolute recommendation.

Real grilled meat, very good crispy fries. Apart from the quality of the meat which is excellent, the offerings are not ultra exotic and it works! we recommend!

sadly far from supreme. the fries were way too greasy, burger was just meh, not spiced enough. i could have better and cheaper meal at burger king

Very good hamburgers, well cooked and tasty, served with delicious, hot, crispy fries. The server was very friendly and attentive. A pleasant post-industrial setting with deep armchairs, original lamps and a vintage photo wall with a silver baroque frame. A very good address near the museum island and the synagogue.

We enjoyed our time in your restaurant, the cuisine was perfect and the service pleasant.

We had booked a table for 7 people for today. Unfortunately the reserved table was too small. When we ordered drinks, the waitress didn't even know if they were available. We then had to wait over an hour to be able to place a food order. The food was then cold, the meat was bloody despite being ordered medium and it was simply not good. No one asked if the food was good or if there was anything else they wanted. Service bad and food even worse. A disaster for the location and the prices. Unfortunately never again

All around good burgers and French fries. We were the first table to be sat on a Monday lunch so unable to really tell about the atmosphere- there were some unfinished parts of the dining room floor covered up by throw rugs and the bathroom ceiling being unfinished (and a giant crack in the sink) that could’ve been better addressed. But the food was fresh and filling and the host was very kind and polite.

Food was delicious. But would warn against thieves. Staff pay attention to jackets hanging over the chair and are super friendly if they hang a little askew on the chair. The super nice gentleman “helped” me twice. After leaving, I had no money in my wallet.

The Burger was good quality, although the meat was rare, not medium. The fries forgettable. The service was really good, the waiter was really kind and observant. Location is great, but the prices pretty high.

Burger was ok, the waiter asked whether it was medium or rare. If you order medium, you get a patty that resembles a stone in terms of doneness. Fries weren't great either. The toilets look like a bomb had been thrown in, I had to use the women's toilet.

Exciting restaurant with a nice atmosphere... you sit in armchairs at the table. Had a burger with sweet potato fries and homemade lemonade. Delicious. The service was very courteous and friendly. I can highly recommend the restaurant and will definitely go there again on my next visit to Berlin.

I've never eaten such a tasteless burger before. There are beautiful photos on the site, I immediately wanted to try it. I do not recommend anyone to order food at this restaurant. Burgers and salads were completely without sauces, very dry.

The food (ribs and burgers) was very tasty, shakes were good, cocktails too. The armchairs are a great idea, but some were too low for eating and the music was a bit too loud.

The customer is not king here. First we were asked to move because the table was reserved. But there was no sign on the table. So either mark the table in good time or pick up guests at the door and seat them. The toilets are currently a construction site - only there was no sign pointing to this and nothing was cordoned off. This resulted in me locking myself up and having to make noise to get free. There was no soap or towels either. I was sent to the men's room to wash my hands - where a man was standing at the urinal. The waiter acknowledged that I didn't think it was that great either: "Why, it was just an employee." Meanwhile, my lemonade had arrived - with ice cream, which wasn't on the menu. It was a very cold day and it wasn't very cozy in the dining room either. So after the toilet disaster I asked for a soda without ice. “It doesn’t work,” said the waiter. I pointed out to the waiter that he had a very unhappy guest in front of him. There's nothing he can do about it, maybe it would have to be clarified with the manager. So we asked for the manager. "It's not there." In short, I was offered absolutely nothing as a gesture of goodwill and there was no apology. The burger was okay, but only lukewarm, the fries were very good. I don't understand what the point of serving in a wooden box is. Cutting with a knife and fork is difficult, and fishing out with your hands is also difficult, especially since you have to put your citizen together yourself. Should you do this with your fingers too? Never again.

Was there for the first time today, it was TOP! Didn't have to wait long for a table. The service was so nice, quick, attentive and accommodating. The food was very, very tasty! And the absolute plus, the wet wipes for your hands.

Great burgers. What was unfortunate was that the toilets in the basement were currently being renovated. The burgers were very good.

Not a single thing was positive about the experience. We came to dine on a Sunday the place was almost empty. We asked for a boot so my dad who is disabled does not have to sit on the low chairs and that my baby stroller can be next to me. They rudely refused overall the service was very bad. Then the food came and it was just as sauerkraut as the service, the honey mustard wings tasted like soap and I had to spit them out. The burgers were tasteless and well done when we asked for a medium rare. The fries did not have a single grain of salt. Overall combined if I could give minus stars I would.

Our first port of call for burgers in Berlin. We have been coming here regularly for years and have never been disappointed. Great quality from the burger, to the side dishes, to the drinks. Price-performance is simply top. The shop is already designed and invites you to linger. Absolute recommendation!

A small suggestion for improvement: Unfortunately, the cucumber in the burger wasn't to my taste, perhaps an alternative could be offered. An absolute no go for Landen. The prices are exorbitant, e.g. a wine spritzer costs as much as a wine even though half of a wine spritzer is water... The fries would have to be covered with gold leaf for that price... The service also leaves something to be desired. Once and never again.

The service friendly. — What caused me to downgrade the service and deduct it from the overall rating was the fact that women had to use the men's toilet (“broken”) and that unfortunately there was no toilet paper in the toilets.

First visit based on reviews. Ordered a cheddar cheeseburger🍔 and lemonade. It's medium, but the meat is tough and there isn't much juice. What's more, the buns are dry. I don't know if it was a coincidence, but it's been a long time since I ate a burger in Europe that didn't taste good.　Japanese food is still more delicious. The lemonade is unique because it contains ginger🫚.
