Burger is a bit heavy on the stomach. The bun, cheese and sauce dominate so much that you can hardly taste the meat.

Already ordered twice online and both times the order was wrong. Today was the last time we ordered here.

The burgers here are delicious! Very flavorful. The ingredients are fresh, and the meat is good quality. The quality-to-price ratio is also good. I would definitely come back for a quick meal.

Now the burgers are not bad. Try them for sure. Given the size and the way they are prepared, I was underwhelmed though. They are pricy. Also the card reader put 15% tip on my bill without asking and the woman behind the cashier just said "sorry, there is nothing I can do about it", which I found not so nice.

Very good! Exceptional taste. I also celebrate the big pickles and onions (on the cheeseburger).

Quality has decreased significantly. Not what it was anymore. Too little for the money. Lower league in terms of taste.

Everything looked fantastic. Prices seem ok too. Unfortunately I didn't get anything to eat. After 15 minutes of waiting and being consistently ignored and the totally overwhelmed lady behind the counter, I got tired of it and left. IF it takes so long to order, how long should you wait for the food...let's see if I try it again.

I was really excited to try this viral place in Berlin where they suppose to have this awesome and unique burgers but i was really dissapointed. I had their Chicken sandwich and it was actually one of the worst Chicken sandwiches i ever had. The bun was to big and really nohting special at all Just a regular Bread and the chicken inside was dry and there were no sauces or vegatables inside. This place is way overrated.

Cheeseburger + Chilli Fries + Cola Zero all for €19.50. What a price!! Burger was ok, BUT too greasy, was super heavy on the stomach and €9.90 for the burger? It wasn't worth it. Absolutely not. Same with the fries. The cheese sauce didn't taste good, very artificial couldn't eat it. So value for money is very poor. It was super cold in the shop (Turmstr.). Conclusion: Mega hype for nothing. There are much better burgers for cheaper prices even than the menu e.g. Burger City 👍🏻

Industrial atmosphere. Operation limited to the bare essentials. Burgers are really tasty, but the amount of packaging on the melt is out of proportion.

One of the best American restaurants in Berlin. Burgers, patty melts and fries are very well prepared.

I had a smashburger that I would consider a “competent” implementation of the concept. Unfortunately the cheese choice really hurts it. The biggest disappointment was the loaded fries, which are simultaneously overpriced and underwhelming. Even kind of gross. Come for the burger and drink, don’t get anything with cheese and you are in for a treat.

Patty melt was very good, not as juicy and crispy as at the burger festival, but still tasty. Unfortunately, the cheese sauce on the fries was dry and the taste was not exciting. Chicken dry and fried for too long.

The burger was pretty tasty, I'd be happy to come back for that, I found the fries to be rather average, but all in all worth a visit. Unfortunately the service is not that friendly.

Expensive, there's hardly anything green in the hamburger, how much does a slice of tomato and some iceberg lettuce cost? 10 cents? There's no end to saving money... It's sickening...

The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. It is a self-service restaurant where you place your order at the cash register and pick up the food there. I found that the tables are not cleaned very often.

I've been a regular at Smack Burger for a long time and I would usually give it a 10/10. Recently there were some problems with deliveries, however an employee contacted me within a day and was generous in accommodating me. I really appreciate that. I would also like to say that the burgers here generally always have decent portions and the fries are not skimpy either. The sauces are very tasty and when you are there, the atmosphere is really great. The service is excellent, good communication is important. And most importantly - the food tastes great and looks great too. Thanks for the service. i

Very good little burger shop. The great thing is: a manageable menu and burgers and the side dish was really good. The store has a manageable number of seats (inside and outside) and in our case was very well attended. Everything speaks for a good restaurant.

I've tried a lot of burgers, it tastes best here, unfortunately there are no menus. What I also think is very good is that they don't sell Coca Cola.

The double cheeseburger was one of the best I've eaten so far. I can only recommend. The restaurant is small and it is almost always full.

Our go-to restaurant at Gesundbrunnen: no long waits, great smash burgers and if you like processed cheese, I can definitely recommend the Loaded Fries with Fried Chicken. The cheese sauce could be a little creamier, but for the price it's really just a small thing that I personally would like better. It doesn't stop me from coming back again and again. 🍔🍟

We tested them all and they were all so delicious. The chicken burger was particularly impressive and highly recommended!! By the way, the meat in everything is halal. There are also vegan Beyond Meat burgers. The fries were also very tasty.

Visiting the CampingOase in Berlin. Since Smack Burger is right around the corner, we went there for dinner! By far the BEST burger I have ever eaten. Super juicy and a real culinary delight. 🫠 Friendly staff and despite the big rush it went relatively quickly. It's a shame that you don't have them here in Bavaria, or good thing, otherwise I would be chubby because I would eat with you every day 🤣 Definitely come by again one day 😉

Highly recommended Smack Burgers. You should especially try the patty and chicken melts. For fries, we recommend Mexican and Chicken Cheese. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is also beautifully designed.

Well...the Birger was fresh and hot, but the taste wasn't my thing. Quite greasy, not very seasoned and somehow very sweet. That probably came from the sour cucumbers, which, with the best will in the world, can't be called sour. Ambiance with annoyingly loud music, American football on the screen and bright pink isn't really my thing either.

The food we ordered arrived cold and the drink warm. This is what happens when you pack warm and cold together. Not the best idea, right? In any case, it doesn't taste like it does locally. No more orders here.

Service was really good, friendly and helpful which created a relaxed atmosphere. It was clean and the toilet was hygienic and stylish. We ate the fries, sweet potato fries and the chicken burger. Unfortunately, these were absolutely inedible, soggy and tasteless. It looked appealing but was undemanding in terms of the palate experience. You can really do this better at home. Here, too, you only pay for the name, so unfortunately only 2 stars - after all, you pay for the pleasure on the palate and not for the eye.

We were here for the first time today even though we live right around the corner We ordered the double cheeseburgers with chili con carne fries to take away. Service and ambience: Super friendly and listened to our wishes regarding the flooring. The design of the shop was nice in itself, but the music was a bit too loud for us to eat: The burgers were nice and juicy and the bread was soft, the fries were well salted and the cheese sauce and the well-spiced con carne were packed in separate containers, which kept the fries crispy and everything together was super tasty. Totally normal fries, nothing special, I honestly didn't like the burger overall, it was very soggy - too much of a good thing! ... oh yes and the prices are extreme!!! Burger+fries+drink just under €20, I think that's a lot! Not worth recommending!

The burger was simply the worst I've eaten. Dry, greasy and no taste. Even a burger from McDonald's or Burger King would have been tastier.

I ordered Mexican chicken cheese I've been waiting for half an hour I didn't open the bag because I trusted the store, I went outside and I just got fries without chicken cheese. 8.99 for this amount of fries and without chicken cheese, super cheeky.

Ordered via Lieferando. Normally everything is always good. Food tastes very tasty, we ordered two chicken melts and sweet potato chips, delicious as always, but the meat in both of them was probably not cooked yet. Luckily a colleague noticed it early on, the other one now has food poisoning! I can understand that the preparation sometimes has to be quick because of the waiting time, but that's not possible.

The cheeseburger was one of the best I've eaten so far. The tomato also made it juicier than the Goldies cheeseburger! The one with the toast was also great and significantly larger. The fries were also crispy, great! The only thing is that the waitress initially overcharged me because there were two drinks on the bill that I hadn't even ordered. That's why there is a deduction in the service.

Taste great! You really can't complain. But charging €9.50 for 2 pieces of toast with a hamburger patty and cheese is outrageous! €3.50 for a small cola?! Next door there is a large kebab for €5.50. Large 0.5L beer for €2.50. 🤷‍♂️

It started out quite well, but unfortunately it really slowed down and became expensive. Pudding just half as much as before and the same price.

We come from Fulda and were visiting Berlin, saw the shop and thought it was Wonder Waffle, until we saw that it was a burger shop and thought why not. It was by far the best burger I have ever eaten. My wife isn't the biggest burger fan but even she was convinced here. If we come to Berlin again soon, we will definitely pay a visit here.

I ordered food, firstly the food arrived cold. Secondly, I paid €1 to choose a sauce for the fries. I chose mayonnaise and instead of mayonnaise I got ketchup three times. I can only advise against it, there are better burger shops in Berlin.

There were two of us and we ordered two burgers. Once the double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich. The double cheeseburger was super tasty and it was super soft when biting and chewing. But the chicken sandwich was a surprise. The bread is fluffy and the chicken was tender but juicy at the same time. The interaction of the ingredients was very, very good. Next time I'll eat a burger here again

Best burger in town! Unfortunately, I always find it quite disappointing to receive fries when I order a cheeseburger as "chilli cheese". I don't know how anyone could seriously misunderstand my request when I was definitely talking about a burger and no fries.

Went there at the beginning of June and I'm still raving about the Patty Melt. Craziness. This soft toast with the smashed patty, double cheese and caramelized onions...🥰 Concentrated on the essentials, without much babedibubi, a bun that blows your mind and everything is to the point. In short, the best piece of meat between dough that I have ever come across. And there was already a lot. Otherwise... fries were good. Fresh chilli on top is exactly my thing and the ambience is also great for us bored Dresdeners. This is Berlin.🥰 A little tip for all first-time consumers. Better go with an empty stomach. ☺️

The Melt Burger is a toast burger where the meat, the toast and the cheese become one. Super good, not easy to eat 😂 You get a buzzer and when it's ready you pick it up. Melt burger with drink around 13-14 euros. Cool store with Black Hip Hop and German rap, exactly my thing - but of course it's a matter of taste. Sufficient seating available.

I love the double cheeseburger from Smack Burger. This also tastes very good here. Unfortunately I have to make small deductions for the location here on Badstrasse. due to the size and therefore very few seats. In addition, the atmosphere when eating on site is not particularly pleasant. On the one hand, this is due to the fact that a lot of delivery services are standing directly in front of the store or are constantly marching in and out, and the overall impression in the store doesn't give me the optimal atmosphere. However, for many who order something to take away, in my opinion this makes no difference to the other branch on Turmstrasse. Conclusion: Burger = delicious like in the other branch in Moabit. Atmosphere not so great though. Therefore, if you prefer to take it with you!

It's one of my favourite take outs .... watch out for 2 for 1 offer on uber/wolt.

The brioche burgers are damn good. The regular ones are solid as well but nothing I'd go out of my way for.
