Delicious burger. I think it's better than Goldie's. The atmosphere on Badstrasse is just Badstrasse. 😂

It's absolutely fine. It didn't blow me away, and it wasn't cheap either. The marketing is definitely good.

We smack it here regularly because it's just so smacky. I have no idea what the guys and girls put on and in their burgers, but it's incredibly smacky! My friends get the double cheeseburger, I get the veggie. And if we feel like it, we'll get a second burger!

The presentation was excellent. However, the taste was okay. My main complain: onions were too sweet, almost every bite I felt like I was eating a dessert. Also very little cheese and no sauce.

All three of our burgers were very tasty. Food was prepared quickly. The chicken cheese fries were ok, I prefer the sweet potato fries.

The food was really good, I had the chicken burger. Drinks are unfortunately very expensive and I recommend taking something with you as there is no table service anyway. Atmosphere a bit uncomfortable but great for a short stop

Hello, I don't really understand the hype surrounding the product if I'm honest and I'm already fine with the conventional product, but well, it's just the trend. All the best to the company, it has obviously managed to establish itself permanently and not close down again like other competitors in the surrounding area, as the concept was apparently not sustainable.

So delicious, it's worth a visit.

I opted for the melts and upon request, mine was vegetarian. It was exactly what I expect from a smash buger, juicy, soft, lots of sauce and the bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside 10€ isn't cheap, but it's worth it for me

Burger was good, chicken melt was more toast bread than chicken and unfortunately the cold cola was in the same bag with the food, which was cold food and warm cola as a result. very unfortunate. So if you order here it's better without drinks.

At 7:00 p.m. I placed an order for my kids (3 burgers). The order was confirmed with a delivery time of 40 minutes. After waiting for over 70 minutes, the order was canceled by Smack Burger. We were pissed off. What kind of business philosophy do you have? If you had canceled the order in advance, we would have found something else. A bottomless impudence. NOGO!!!

Easily one of the best chicken burgers in all of Berlin. Very simple menu not too much on it but everything you’d expect from a smash burgers place. Very good cheese sauce and the staff are always lovely even tho the place is fairly busy. Cool design so atmosphere wise place is chilling.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it was at the beginning. Taste burgers. That much is certain. Unfortunately the burgers have become much smaller. Unfortunately the taste has changed. Other ingredients maybe. And the freshness leaves a bit to be desired. Sometimes unfortunately there are too many onions in the melt, which quickly makes the taste unappetizing. If you do things the way they used to be, I would be very happy to order from you again

Excellent burgers, we took some to go. These were still extremely tasty even after 10 minutes of running.

Definitely good on site, but rather unsuitable for delivery as the food was very soggy. The order was also incomplete, which meant we were on hold on the phone for ages. The restaurant referred us to Wolt. At least Wolt helped us quickly with a refund. However, one of us remained hungry.

The best burger place we've ever been to! The food was incredibly tasty, really a taste explosion! But what impressed us most was the staff. Super nice and friendly! We accidentally dropped a burger, and both an employee who saw it from inside and a female employee who just came in immediately brought us a new burger without hesitation. We were totally speechless. It's really rare to experience such service A huge thank you to the entire team. If you are looking for a place where you can not only have great food, but also receive a warm welcome, then you have come to the right place. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely come back

It's a typical burger joint, but the food tastes very good. The burgers are also halal, which I attach great importance to.

Everything is good, but for my taste a bit salty meat.

But the burgers don't taste good enough for the price of over 10 euros. There are better and cheaper ones out there. All in all, rather expensive average.

It wasn't my best burger but that doesn't matter. I think the burger should be made more grippy but otherwise it's great!

2 hours of waiting time and no one answered the service phone for probably more than 40 minutes. The food was completely cold when it arrived and it was suddenly delivered by another delivery service

You were good at the beginning, but recently you've really slacked off

Ordered on Tuesday evening (via Lieferando). After waiting for over an hour, we called Smack Burger to find out where our order was because the app said it had already been delivered. The gentleman on the phone told us that the driver didn't want to drive the "long way" from Wedding to Blankenburg (despite attempts at persuasion) and that he had tried to contact us beforehand and that wouldn't have worked, even though we had provided the correct number . In the end he said the order would be canceled. We were very disappointed

Food was very good, special requests were no problem. Only the musical accompaniment on site is not my thing and the tables could have been wiped down more often, so one point deducted :)

The best burger I have eaten in Berlin! The Paty Melt is amazing and huge lol, the fries so crispy. And the staff is also very friendly too. Too impressed for the standards of Berlin. It does look nice, but I would suggest to reduce de amount of paper waste. :)

The Double Cheeseburger is a very good street burger (no surprises, but stable - in keeping with the trend). Delicious. The patty melt is… a patty melt. Very cheesy, the meat and the flavor of the brioche are lost - which is a shame because the beef works well on its own. A patty melt should also be balanced. So rather one-dimensional (fry a piece of toast in butter and bake it with two slices of American cheese and you know the taste). Addendum: The vegan (mini) burger is a joke. Half the size of the normal cheeseburger, dry and for €8.50. If you offer vegan food, do it decently and fairly. It's just completely overpriced. Update 2024: points deducted. Since the last three orders, the size of the fries has always been half the size it used to be, and the sauces are regularly forgotten. Still price increase in the deal. Overall deliveries are no longer reliable. Too bad.

Food was delicious, but the restaurant was very dirty. The tables were wiped with an old rag. When the table was still wet, we rubbed it dry with white napkins. Nobody wants to see the result. Napkins were almost black afterwards. That spoils the joy a little. As a tip: friendliness doesn't cost anything either.

Burger is a bit heavy on the stomach. The bun, cheese and sauce dominate so much that you can hardly taste the meat.

Already ordered twice online and both times the order was wrong. Today was the last time we ordered here.

The burgers here are delicious! Very flavorful. The ingredients are fresh, and the meat is good quality. The quality-to-price ratio is also good. I would definitely come back for a quick meal.

Now the burgers are not bad. Try them for sure. Given the size and the way they are prepared, I was underwhelmed though. They are pricy. Also the card reader put 15% tip on my bill without asking and the woman behind the cashier just said "sorry, there is nothing I can do about it", which I found not so nice.

I was really excited to try this viral place in Berlin where they suppose to have this awesome and unique burgers but i was really dissapointed. I had their Chicken sandwich and it was actually one of the worst Chicken sandwiches i ever had. The bun was to big and really nohting special at all Just a regular Bread and the chicken inside was dry and there were no sauces or vegatables inside. This place is way overrated.

Cheeseburger + Chilli Fries + Cola Zero all for €19.50. What a price!! Burger was ok, BUT too greasy, was super heavy on the stomach and €9.90 for the burger? It wasn't worth it. Absolutely not. Same with the fries. The cheese sauce didn't taste good, very artificial couldn't eat it. So value for money is very poor. It was super cold in the shop (Turmstr.). Conclusion: Mega hype for nothing. There are much better burgers for cheaper prices even than the menu e.g. Burger City 👍🏻
