Ordered from Smack Burger for the first time. At the beginning there were a few difficulties due to Wolt, but Smack Burger couldn't do anything about it. But how Smack Burger handled it: High praise. Especially to dear Volkan. He managed it very well and really gave more than just the standard service to get the whole thing straightened out. Food top! Service top. Thanks for the great experience and we will order again.

The food was really tasty, but even though it was very quiet, our table was apparently not cleaned after the last guest.

Wow. I can only warmly recommend the chicken melt. The homemade smack sauce combined with the aioli and Sriracha honey sauce and the cheese is a dream. A year later and still great! This time I had the chicken melt. We'll definitely be back. The patty melts are to die for. Perfectly coordinated in taste and kept purist. The chili cheese fries were also perfect. We'll be back. Bring the waiting time!

I expected more. Burger 4 stars… Fries Chilli Cheese 3… Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price and performance don’t match.

We weren't expecting much and were pleasantly surprised. The meat in the burgers is outstanding, with a real wow factor. The patty melt was also very tasty and filling. A no-nonsense burger joint, but highly recommended for its quality and taste! But the mayo isn't that great. If you're at home, you should bring your own.

The staff is lovely and sweet! The service is quick, and the food was piping hot. Although I wish the chicken was seasoned more, the quality of the food is fabulous. The burgers are definitely worth trying. They let us dine in even though they were closing! Will be visiting again!

Today we ordered via Lieferando but what we had to pick up ourselves (I ordered via Liferindo so that my food would be delivered) they can't be reached by phone, it's a real joke, so don't order via this app, I was really annoyed. What does Lieferando mean? Deliver and not collect

I'M STILL DREAMING OF THESE BURGERS TODAY 😭😭😭 I'm from North Rhine-Westphalia and discovered this shop by chance with friends and we sat down here without much expectation. I have no idea what they do in the kitchen there but seriously, the burgers and toast are next level 🔥 that was the hottest, juiciest, tastiest burger I was able to eat 😭😭

Let's smack it here regularly because it smacks so good. I have no idea what the boys and girls put on and in the burgers, but it's delicious! My buddies have the double cheeseburger, I have the veggie. And if we feel like it, we'll have a second burger!

All three of our burgers were very tasty. Food was prepared quickly. The chicken cheese fries were ok, I prefer the sweet potato fries.

The presentation was excellent. However, the taste was okay. My main complain: onions were too sweet, almost every bite I felt like I was eating a dessert. Also very little cheese and no sauce.

Hello, I don't really understand the hype surrounding the product if I'm honest and I'm already fine with the conventional product, but well, it's just the trend. All the best to the company, it has obviously managed to establish itself permanently and not close down again like other competitors in the surrounding area, as the concept was apparently not sustainable.

So delicious, it's worth a visit.

If you like eating meat! Delicious. I also like to eat meat sometimes, but I'm more of a vegetable aunt.

I opted for the melts and upon request, mine was vegetarian. It was exactly what I expect from a smash buger, juicy, soft, lots of sauce and the bread was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside 10€ isn't cheap, but it's worth it for me

Burger was good, chicken melt was more toast bread than chicken and unfortunately the cold cola was in the same bag with the food, which was cold food and warm cola as a result. very unfortunate. So if you order here it's better without drinks.

It's the first time I came across a place with heated seats :) We ordered paty melt, it was very successful. I recommend it to everyone :)

At 7:00 p.m. I placed an order for my kids (3 burgers). The order was confirmed with a delivery time of 40 minutes. After waiting for over 70 minutes, the order was canceled by Smack Burger. We were pissed off. What kind of business philosophy do you have? If you had canceled the order in advance, we would have found something else. A bottomless impudence. NOGO!!!

Easily one of the best chicken burgers in all of Berlin. Very simple menu not too much on it but everything you’d expect from a smash burgers place. Very good cheese sauce and the staff are always lovely even tho the place is fairly busy. Cool design so atmosphere wise place is chilling.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it was at the beginning. Taste burgers. That much is certain. Unfortunately the burgers have become much smaller. Unfortunately the taste has changed. Other ingredients maybe. And the freshness leaves a bit to be desired. Sometimes unfortunately there are too many onions in the melt, which quickly makes the taste unappetizing. If you do things the way they used to be, I would be very happy to order from you again

Definitely good on site, but rather unsuitable for delivery as the food was very soggy. The order was also incomplete, which meant we were on hold on the phone for ages. The restaurant referred us to Wolt. At least Wolt helped us quickly with a refund. However, one of us remained hungry.

The best burger place we've ever been to! The food was incredibly tasty, really a taste explosion! But what impressed us most was the staff. Super nice and friendly! We accidentally dropped a burger, and both an employee who saw it from inside and a female employee who just came in immediately brought us a new burger without hesitation. We were totally speechless. It's really rare to experience such service A huge thank you to the entire team. It's a typical burger joint, but the food tastes very good. The burgers are also halal, which I attach great importance to.

But the burgers don't taste good enough for the price of over 10 euros. There are better and cheaper ones out there. All in all, rather expensive average.

Ordered on Tuesday evening (via Lieferando). After waiting for over an hour, we called Smack Burger to find out where our order was because the app said it had already been delivered. The gentleman on the phone told us that the driver didn't want to drive the "long way" from Wedding to Blankenburg (despite attempts at persuasion) and that he had tried to contact us beforehand and that wouldn't have worked, even though we had provided the correct number . In the end he said the order would be canceled. We were very disappointed

The best burger I have eaten in Berlin! The Paty Melt is amazing and huge lol, the fries so crispy. And the staff is also very friendly too. Too impressed for the standards of Berlin. It does look nice, but I would suggest to reduce de amount of paper waste. :)

Ok burger, way too expensive and unfortunately rather uncomfortable

The Double Cheeseburger is a very good street burger (no surprises, but stable - in keeping with the trend). Delicious. The patty melt is… a patty melt. Very cheesy, the meat and the flavor of the brioche are lost - which is a shame because the beef works well on its own. A patty melt should also be balanced. So rather one-dimensional (fry a piece of toast in butter and bake it with two slices of American cheese and you know the taste). Addendum: The vegan (mini) burger is a joke. Half the size of the normal cheeseburger, dry and for €8.50. If you offer vegan food, do it decently and fairly. It's just completely overpriced. Update 2024: points deducted. Since the last three orders, the size of the fries has always been half the size it used to be, and the sauces are regularly forgotten. Still price increase in the deal. Overall deliveries are no longer reliable. Too bad.
