Extremely overpriced for a cheap taste; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

You go in, the place is empty, you think you'll get your food quickly, then you wait while 10 delivery services pick up their crap, people are totally being ripped off, everyone uses the same thermal bag from one delivery person who is waiting for an order, so the customers of the other delivery people probably get cold burgers.

The best burger in Germany – and for good reason. Juicy, delicious, and cooked to perfection. I'll be back.

The burgers at the restaurant are always very good! I don't know what you're doing differently with deliveries, but orders are always a flop, unfortunately.

The brioche was absolutely delicious – fluffy and buttery! I initially thought €8 for two tenders was too expensive, but they were simply enormous. The burgers were also very tasty and crisply smashed.

The burgers and other items taste very good. The price is a bit high. Otherwise, the location and atmosphere are good.

Everything tastes amazing, although a bit expensive, but it's definitely worth treating yourself to.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. I actually threw up. 🤮!!! After about two hours, I felt so nauseous that I brought the food back up. Old grease, or whatever it was, caused it. The food was awful. !!!! What a shame.

The vegan burger was great. The fries with truffle mayo were decent. The service at the self-service register was friendly. The ambiance is definitely a matter of taste. Fake wood paneling, mismatched tiles, neon lights—everything felt a bit generic and not very cozy to me personally. It wasn't exactly warm either (it was a cold December). What's really off is the price. Almost €20 for a burger, fries, and a drink. That's pretty steep for a burger joint.

It looks like your average fast-food joint, but wow! I probably never would have ended up here without a personal recommendation. Buns, patty, cheese – the recipe is incredibly simple, but when you really pay attention to quality with these basic ingredients, you experience a world of difference. And that's exactly the case here: even the ketchup has that certain something with a special fruity note, and the burger is simply divine. 🤤 The fries are great too, so definitely give it a try!

An average cheeseburger, unfortunately not worth the hype... It definitely lacked flavor... the fries were just okay too... for the price, we honestly expected more... the staff was very friendly, but the music was so loud that you had to strain to be able to talk to each other, even though the restaurant was empty...

I ate out for the first time today. I had this sandwich, my son had the cheeseburger. Both were incredibly delicious and super fresh, highly recommended!

I don't understand the reviews here at all. I can only comment on the delivery service, but: the bread was like a wet sponge, completely salted, and just generally awful. I really enjoy burgers, but this one was a no-go. If you like Burgermeister, Goldies, or even Burger King... steer clear. Peace be upon you.

This is truly the best smack burger place!!

Unfortunately, it was a complete failure. The burger was completely soggy and therefore not tasty at all. All the sauces I ordered were forgotten, and the food was cold – but the Coke was warm. The fries were also soggy, which I might have forgiven if it had been a delivery, but combined with everything else, it was just too much. Overall, a disappointing order – I definitely wouldn't order here again. I wouldn't recommend it.

Surrounded by kebab shops lined up one after the other in the district, you'll find a gem here whose delicious food is highly recommended. There were five of us and we had a variety of burgers, all of which were really good. Everything was delicious, so don't think twice and go there!

Smack Burger on Baderstraße is a place where you immediately feel at home – not least because of the exceptionally friendly staff, who impress with their genuine warmth and attentiveness. The service was definitely a highlight for me! The food was freshly prepared and of good quality – you can tell that attention is paid to good ingredients and clean preparation. The concept also seems well-thought-out and coherent. Unfortunately, the taste didn't quite match my personal preferences, but that has nothing to do with the quality of the food – it's simply because everyone has different tastes. In conclusion: Even though I personally probably won't return, I can recommend the place with a clear conscience. If you're looking for good burgers with great service in a relaxed atmosphere, Smack Burger is definitely the place for you.

The patty melt was good but the "loaded" fries are a joke. You pay 8 euro for a very small portion which tastes mediocre at best.

I've been interested in trying Smack Burger's Champions Burger for some time now. The shop on Badstraße is a chic, stylish fast-food restaurant where the staff were very friendly and helpful. I opted for the Patty Melt, Chicken Melt, and the Apple Cinnamon and Banana Nutella Pudding. I liked both puddings equally, and of the Melts, the chicken version was slightly better for me. I also really enjoyed the sweet potato fries. Everything was delicious! Thank you for everything! Best regards

The Party Melt was very tasty. My fries had a fried leaf in them, which was quite bitter. The atmosphere inside was okay, but outside it was just Badstr. If you order via delivery, it takes about twice as long as if you just order in, and the staff gets confused. But in the end, what matters is that the burger was really good.

I loved the chicken burger! It was delicious! The atmosphere was also very cool, both with its music and decor! It's a real shame. I went there for the surprise burger, assuming it was something special. Instead, today I got a classic cheeseburger. I would never have ordered that if I'd known you'd get so much more with a double cheeseburger for an extra €1. At least it would have included lettuce, double the meat, cheese, and tomato. I'm really unsatisfied, unfortunately. Because €8.50 is really bad for that size. It would have been more worthwhile with the double cheeseburger. And then marketing it as a surprise burger is pretty mean. The quality of the food is really great, and the taste is also very good. It's a real shame that a classic cheeseburger was considered for today's surprise burger. It tastes really excellent, but it's overpriced, doesn't fill you up, and if you want a second one, you'll be out €17. I find that pretty cheeky.

The food arrived late, the burger was cold, and my fries weren't delivered. At the end of the day, I paid €17.30 for a cold burger.

Those were soooo good burgers! I can only recommend them to everyone. Anyone who wants really good burgers will find what they're looking for here :) All the ingredients are perfectly balanced.

A small burger joint with excellent burgers at fair prices, which are also quite filling. During peak hours, you'll have to be a bit patient, as preparation can sometimes take 20-30 minutes, but that's a minor inconvenience considering how good the burgers are.

Really good food. Fries were cooked to perfection and the ketchup/mayo set was absolutely delicious. The chicken melt was stunning, the chicken was perfectly cooked, with lots of cheese and caramelised onion. Would 100% recommend.

Tastiest burger in the Gesundbrunnen area! Unfortunately, I always find it quite disappointing to receive fries when I order a cheeseburger with "chilli cheese." I don't know how anyone could seriously misunderstand my request when I definitely meant a burger and not fries.

I bought a single cheeseburger, chicken burger and sweet potatoes to go. However, I only received one burger and fries for that amount. By the way, they didn’t give me a receipt, just a beeping thing. But from the transaction (21.90euro), it is clear that this is not my order. After all the proof sent to the company, they asked google to delete my review but they decided not to return my burger or money.

The burgers here are an 11/10. I also tried the vegan burger, and it's definitely in my top 3. The fries were just average, and I didn't finish the puddings they sell here and would never order them again. All in all, a good burger place!

I loved all the forms with meat, I ordered chicken and it was not well cooked so the order was buttoned but the second time the chicken was hard to bite

This meal was simply unbelievably delicious. I highly recommend the chicken melt. Crispy, juicy, and delicious—there's nothing more to say. The chicken cheese fries were also incredibly delicious. The only thing I found a bit much was the cheese sauce. It felt like there was twice as much sauce as the fries and chicken. I have to say, though, that the cheese sauce was simply unbelievably delicious, but it was a bit much. I was full after just two or three bites, unfortunately. But all in all, a really good 10/10.

Waited forever on the phone to ask about gluten free options and then they hung up the phone! I ordered and left a note about not adding buns but of course it came with buns so we couldn’t wat the paddies.

It was simply disgusting. The food arrived cold and was completely inedible. The cheese jalapeño fries stank like old feet, and the sauce was hard, cold, and disgusting. I'm still feeling sick as I write this. The burgers themselves were barely better. Over-salted meat, with the sauce and vegetables on top, it was just an unappetizing (cold) mess between two buns. Conclusion: Absolutely outrageous for the price. Once and never again. And unfortunately, I have to agree with the previous reviewers: we feel sick too!

Overall, the burgers tasted good, but my wife felt sick afterward and I spent the whole day on the toilet, so I wouldn't recommend them.

Guys, I've been sitting here for THIRTY minutes twice in a row. Fast food? Funny. At my à la carte restaurant, the food comes faster. I pay 20 euros for a melt and fries with chili con carne. You can't be expensive AND slow. I know what you're doing. But you're doing it way too slowly for a fast food joint. Burgers used to be tasty, but if they sit there for 20 minutes while you fry fries (they take 90 seconds), they'll be wobbly. Make an effort or lower your prices.

The burger they sent me consisted only of thin meat and almost no lettuce. If you just want bread and thin meat, order here. The fries were almost as hard as wood and difficult to chew. Never again.

Top smash burger really delicious. But I was really let down by the fries at Smack Burger. They were way too dark in color, clearly cooked in oil that had been reused far too many times. You could really taste it — the fries had a bitter, almost burnt flavor that ruined the whole side. Definitely not fresh or appetizing. Won’t be ordering them again.

The food was excellent. But the blond-brown-haired girl who was at the cash register last night was very rude and listless. She rolled her eyes and was extremely unfriendly! The service was very poor, and customer service was not polite.

The winning burger – and rightly so! Smack Burger in Berlin delivers exactly what a true burger lover is looking for – and more. The buns? Freshly baked every morning – and you can taste it! Slightly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside – simply perfect. The meat is juicy, the ingredients are fresh, the combinations creative and spot on. Every burger is a blast – absolutely addictive. For me, one of the best burger joints in Berlin – if not in all of Germany. Quality, taste, and craftsmanship: 10/10! Once you've been, you're guaranteed to come back.

Awesome burgers! I've never had such a good, tasty burger! Respect! It's remarkable to see such a decline after a year. The burger tastes only of butter and melted cheese. The pickles are flavorless. Not as round as they were just 12 months ago.

We each had two double cheeseburgers for €10. They were delicious but extremely small and didn't come with any side dishes like fries, which cost extra. €10 for that is outrageous. Half a kebab for €10 would have been far more reasonable. It was eaten up super quickly in three bites, and you feel like you haven't eaten anything and €20 is gone.

Ordered twice and both times forgot something. A drink for €4 is pretty annoying.
