The food is quite expensive and rather bland. The restaurant itself is uninviting.

The portions were generous and the food was delicious. The staff was very friendly, but they only spoke English. Otherwise, it's good for a quick bite. The restaurant is small but nice. Two tables outside.

We really enjoy going here, especially because of the delicious gluten-free burgers! It's also nice that it's on a relatively quiet street, where you can sit outside. The service is also friendly!

The dough is crispy, the sauce is just the right consistency and the ingredients are fresh. The taste lingers on my palate. I will definitely try it again, I recommend it to everyone!

We’ve ordered Fries to go and we’ve noticed that they changed the packaging. Now they use a small box instead of a paper corn and the portion was really really small and the price stayed the same. In conclusion, expensive small portions of fries. Too bad…

Simply a super delicious burger with a great coleslaw. A small shop with a small menu, but everything is just perfect. Highly recommended!

For me one of the best burgers in town. Not only because they have gluten free buns but also their flavors and quality of meats is really good. Not cheap but good quality and ok quantity for what you pay. Also their home made sauces are a nice treat that match perfectly with their sweet potato fries.

I believe the situation they described — which I also experienced — raises serious concerns about discrimination and deserves to be followed up and formally addressed. I was also stopped at boarding pass control for no clear reason, redirected multiple times, and only let through after the gate was closed, even though I was on time and had checked in online. We had two delicious vegetarian burgers for lunch. Good value for money

They have great gluten free burgers and are super nice!

The citizens are freshly made up and you can watch them, which my granddaughter always finds interesting. Therefore, we always clean them up on the spot.

The delivery was 45 minutes late. The food was cold, the fries were soggy, and the burgers were no better than McDonald's.

The fries for 7 euros are definitely too few and flabby! Never again!

I was nearby and wanted to have lunch when I happened upon the shop. I was pleasantly surprised! The cheeseburger and fries tasted really good. Ketchup and mayo are available for self-service at no additional charge. Card payment is also possible. 👌🏼 I would definitely like to come back!

I ordered a chili cheese burger for a little extra taste. Sadly, I did not like it very much. Service and atmosphere are also not great. Sorry, but I have to adjust my rating from 3 to 1 star. I had real stomach problems after the burger and also think 10,50€ is overpriced.

I have now ordered several times from Brgrs Brgrs in Friedrichshain and each time I have been absolutely satisfied with the quality and taste. The burger is a welcome change from the many smash burgers in Berlin. The fries always taste delicious despite delivery. One of the best mayos.

I tried the Bacon cheeseburger and I was totally satisfied with the quality. The portion of the fries was also very good and the staff were nice. There are a few seats inside and it’s not suitable for big groups but totally recommend for take away.

I had symptoms of food poisoning (vomiting, high fever, etc.) after the burger I purchased.

A completely loveless, boring burger joint that used to be really good a few years ago. It is now one of the run-of-the-mill burger joints. The food was delivered and arrived cold, even though it was only one kilometer away as the crow flies (ordered during the week. 10 minute delivery time by car!) The bun was far too big in relation to the patty meat. There was no tomato on it. And as you can see in the picture, the fries were lying around, and then I'm not surprised if the food is cold. 16 euros, completely thrown out, not recommended.

Burgers are tasty but clearly too expensive. And by that I really mean way too expensive for the size and no fries. The rest is ok.

Unfortunately, you can now completely forget about the store. I wanted to order burger, fries and sauce. It wasn't possible to place an order in German and they didn't even know their own range, so they couldn't tell me whether there was sour cream with the fries. Then I left and definitely won't be coming back...

I've known the shop since it opened and I have to say that, sadly, it has gone into extreme decline... Citizens used to taste really good and you still had the delicious taste in your mouth for a good hour after eating and you were full and satisfied Now you get smaller burgers that feel kind of mushy when you chew and have hardly any taste... They're not really filling either Overall, the store seems soulless and the wait staff hardly understands or speaks a word of German TLDR: overpriced McDonald's

The place is designed for takeaway so it was not very comfortable to dine in. We got the classic burger and it was quite a small portion, tasted ok and nothing more, we were a bit disappointed. But the brioche bun was nice and sweet. Maybe the other burgers pack more of a punch

It used to be by far the best burger shop in the neighborhood. In addition, back then they relied on absolute quality and organic products and advertised them highly. Unfortunately there isn't much left of it. The service used to be very motivated and friendly, but today it was in a rather bad mood (of course this could be because the day was very gray). At least he pointed out to us that our menu would be significantly more expensive because we didn't choose the classic burger for this menu... About the food: The burger was solid, but €10.50 was a bit much for the size and taste. The fries were okay, unfortunately a little very greasy. All in all the restaurant is okay, okay for this one but very expensive. You also felt kind of strange in the store because it seemed kind of sad compared to what it used to be.

It was my favorite burger in the neighborhood for a long time. Unfortunately, the quality has decreased massively with the new staff. Completely incompetent & unhygienic, so I definitely don't want to eat here anymore. A pity. I recently ordered a burguer and fries through Wolt. I was very disappointed. Both the burguer and fried were very tasteless. It was difficult to eat and I was very close to throwing it away. Delivery through wolt was fast and the food arrived warm.

Order via Wolt: Burger was really tasty, so nothing to complain about in terms of taste! However, quite small for the price. Was expecting something more. Unfortunately, the fries were cold because they were just thrown loosely into the bag and completely unsalted. Maybe not the best choice to order.

We made the best choice coming to Brgrs Brgrs. You definitely have to try the Dark Beer Honey Boom Brgr, the taste of caramelised apple on the burger is amazing, we definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were super friendly, especially Sushma, who kindly greeted us with a smile.

Super teuer geworden und die Qualität ist komplett weg. 14,40€ fürn leicht gepimpten Bacon Egg Burger (ohne Rindfleisch, 3 Spiegelei, 4 Bacon Strips). Kleine Portion Fritten 5,50€, Coleslaw 5€ Buns werden nich frisch getoastet. Entsprechend matschig und Sesam ohne Röstnoten / fad im Geschmack

Top quality organic burgers. The real deal.

Used to be so good, but now not worth the slightly higher price. Cold chips, items forgotten, delivery taking 30-60 minutes longer than declared, and why bother asking if I want my burger medium if you are just going to cook it well-done?

Wir haben hier immer gern bestellt und den höheren Preis für die gute Qualität in Kauf genommen. Leider waren unsere letzten 3 Bestellungen nicht mehr zufriedenstellend. Heute gab es kalte ungewürzte Pommes, die leider so schmecken als wären sie vor ner kleinen Ewigkeit hergestellt und auch unsere Burger waren kalt. Das finde ich für 40 Euro, die man sich nicht immer gönnt, leider extrem schade und bedeutet für mich auch ich bestelle hier erstmal nicht mehr.

Ich hatte mich mit einer freundin für 20.30 uhr zum zocken verabredet sie meinte sie geht noch kurz ihr essen abholen und dann kommt sie. Das ende vom lied ist sie ist um 21.45 uhr erst am essen und ich hab wie ein loser gewartet. Keine ahnung wies schmeckt find das nur assozial >:(

Sehr leckere Bürger und große Auswahl. Frische Zutaten und Bio-Rindfleisch, sowie vegetarische Burger. Freundliches Personal und für die Qualität und Burgergröße faire Preise. Im Innenraum sind nur wenig Sitzplätze, derzeit gibt es vor dem Laden noch zwei Tische.

The burgers are mediocre at best. The bread wasn't fresh and the meat had a slightly weird taste to it.

Ich habe immer sehr gerne hier bestellt und war zum ersten Mal vor Ort. Das Lokal ist sehr sehr klein und es riecht stark nach Essen (man sitzt quasi direkt neben der Küche). Es gibt auch zwei Vierertische draußen. Das Team ist sehr nett und das Essen schmeckt wie immer super. Ich komme gerne wieder, würde aber eher draußen sitzen, oder bestelle so wie bisher. Bestellt haben wir: Chili Cheese Burger und Pommes sowie Double Cheeseburger mit Süßkartoffelpommes. Beides sehr zu empfehlen! Auch der Bacon Burger schmeckt sehr gut.

Essen sehr lecker, aber Personal sehr unsympathisch

Ist ja schön, wenn das Fleisch leckeres Biofleisch aus der näheren Umgebung ist. Blöd nur, wenn trotzdem auf so furchtbares Zeug wie Gewürzsalz gesetzt und das nicht deklariert wird. Der Patty war lecker und auch frei von Geschmacksverstärkern...aber die Pommes dann nicht. Darauf angesprochen war die einzige Lösung, die den Mitarbeitern einfiel, die Pommes nochmal ins Öl zu kippen und vor Fett triefend erneut zu servieren. Auch so wussten die Mitarbeiter nicht gut genug über Geschmacksverstärker und Co in ihren Produkten Bescheid, die Zutatenliste wurde aber nach verwirrten Blicken (den Unterschied zwischen Gluten und Glutamat kannte keiner der Mitarbeiter) herausgegeben. Als wir bestellen wollten, war die Musik im Laden noch so laut, dass erst zweimal angemerkt werden musste, dass man das Gegenüber nicht versteht, bevor leiser gemacht wurde. So wurde aus einer vielversprechenden Burger-Mahlzeit eine eher frustrierende Erfahrung. Für den Preis nicht nochmal.

Leider wohne ich nicht mehr um die Ecke. Es war mein GoTo Burgerladen. Burger und Pommes waren immer lecker und die Mitarbeiter immer nett. Preise sind in Ordnung, nur manchmal hats etwas gedauert, weil sie so viele Bestellungen (teilweise 6 woltfahrer vor dem kleinen Laden) hatten. Aber spricht ja an sich für sie.

As an Australian I’ve eaten my fair share of burgers!!! I’ve eaten the best and worst. I can tell you right now for free, without a shadow of a doubt this place will be the best burger you’ve ever eaten. If it’s not the best it will be in your top 5! Quality bun, not greasy, don’t feel bad after eating it and great flavours and selection! Thanks again!!!

Our customer service experience was amazing! Our server was friendly, funny, and interested in our experience in Berlin as tourists. If you’re looking for a good veggie burger (or any burger) in Berlin, this is the place to go; the food was amazing, both in taste and appearance! Kommunikation sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch schwierig (kommt drauf an, wer an der Kasse steht). Burger bestenfalls durchschnittlich, Bun zerfällt sobald man ihn in die Hand nimmt. Geschmacklich nicht der Kracher. Gibt weitaus bessere Alternativen in Berlin. Wäre auch schön, wenn die Ketchup- und Mayonnaise-Flaschen aufgefüllt würden.

Einer der besten Burger, die ich je gegessen habe. Preislich heftig aber ist auch Bio und alle anderen Burger wie Burgermeister, Smash Burger etc. können da echt nicht mithalten. Einzige Kritik: eventuell minimal weniger salzen. Dennoch: bin begeistert.

Ich bin schon so oft hier gewesen und war immer zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer gut drauf und freundlich. Die Burger sind saftig und auf Wunsch wird das Bio Patty medium gebraten. Beilagen wie Pommes, Süßkartoffelpommes oder die hausgemachten Zwiebelringe sind immer knusprig. Mit Abstand die besten Burger in der Gegend

Good prices for an organic patty and it's quite tasty

With all respect to the staff and the good burger selection, our order disappointed us. We had a vegan and a bacon burger to go. The vegan burger turned out to be dry and unlike the great menu description did not look appealing. The bacon burger turned out to have no bacon and the patty was way to rare (even though we did not as for rare specifically). The fries and Cole slaw were good.

One of the best burgers in town. Unbelievably tasty. The patty was amazing and I’m happy it’s from organic regional sources too! (Taste is obviously best when you dine in!)
