The citizen selection is really good. Something for everyone. Really good in terms of taste.

All I can tell everyone is that the food is super delicious. The burgers are very, very tasty and fresh. Very friendly staff. A really big recommendation

Price completely ok with the mega delicious potatoes and the drink as a menu. Rarely have I had such a delicious burger. I had the Turkish Deluxe and my son had the Chicago Burger and they were totally satisfied and so full. Thank you and we are happy to recommend it.

We ordered meat today and the employees didn't speak any German or Turkish. They told us that the meat wasn't cooked through and the two Fritz apple spritzers were spoiled like last time and they had to throw it out

Poor hygiene, employees at the grill have to sneeze, of course into their hands. No hand washing, nothing. Each driver enters the kitchen area. Meat very tough, small puny lettuce leaf, hardly any sauce. For 14 euros you can expect more.

The burger madness - the bun is great, as is the patty. Fries are homemade. There is a lot of veggie selection. I'd love to come back when I'm in the area. Ambiance is ok, but you could do more with it. The location in front of the shop - well, it's Mariendorf in a mixed area, there are nicer corners in Berlin.

The food came over an hour late. When it arrived the orders were incorrect and in addition the meat was undercooked. I called again and said I waited over an hour for the order even though it said 20-35 minutes. After 50 minutes another burger was delivered to me, but the meat was again undercooked.

A little expensive, but tasty. A skylight was broken and flickering. The selection is simple but delicious 👍🏻

The food is great, but I recommend only eating the food on site, the delivery is a disaster. The suppliers are rude, arrive in a bad mood, don't speak German or English (I'm assuming so because they always complain in Turkish or something). They always don't like something and then they don't even have the balls to complain in a language you understand, they just talk to you in a bad mood in Turkish. Strong shop, the service on site is also great, but one of their drivers always cries to the point of making me sick with his bad mood.

I bought there at a discount with 2x1 sucuk citizen ice cream and fries, I got 3x2 through misleading information and the driver was right and checked it with me. So everything went wrong and the additional citizen reluctantly paid. When eating the citizens, it was immediately noticeable that all 3 citizens were normal hamburgers and not with a sucuk patty as described, furthermore, the patties were homemade and not like the tough padded cell. Then the fries, which weren't fries but just potato slices, were completely soggy and not at all crispy. Unfortunately, we've noticed negative things twice now, which is why we're changing now. (A phone call to the operator didn't help either. The driver, on the other hand, was very friendly.)

Was here for lunch with work colleagues. Burgers are good and tasty, but the prices are quite high.

The food was really good and the opening times saved me whether I was eating at night or during the day 👍🏼

If you eat there, it was delicious, the fries, curly fries, the burger meat and the bread were really really good, good salad, matching sauce. In my opinion this was the best burger joint in the area. at least a few months ago... We ordered burgers and hot dogs today and were disappointed. The meat wasn't cooked through, a very small lettuce leaf was lost in the sauce and overall it tasted rather poor. The hot dog consisted of a mountain of fried onions and sauce. The sausage tasted of nothing and was gray. Now we have a stomach ache... NAAAA YAAAA

I would rather give no star than one star! I ordered the 2 for 1 chicken burger action and fries twice through Lieferando. The wait time was 1 hour. After another almost half an hour delay, only 2 instead of 4 burgers and fries arrived. I had already paid and tipped the delivery person 10% before it was noticed. I then made a friendly call to the store, where I was insulted on the phone. It doesn't matter how many times I ordered the action. I only get a burger. I told the man that I had already paid and that this action was finally included in Lieferando. He said that was the Lieferando's mistake and not the store's. When I couldn't accept it, he said "khales, I'll send you another burger" but even that is unacceptable! Me and my husband have now given up eating and of course let my children eat and told the gentleman on the phone that I was giving up the one burger. I come from the catering industry myself and mistakes happen, but that's a disgrace!!!! Unfriendly to the point of not being possible anymore! Would never leave money in this store again. *addition A nice young man, completely overwhelmed by the situation, just rang my doorbell and wanted to bring me a burger. I try to explain to him that I don't want the burger because I'm afraid someone spit on it or something, with this unfriendly attitude you never know! The poor guy was very desperate and asked me to take the burger, otherwise he would get in trouble with the boss because the burger wasn't delivered.

Small burger shop, everything looks fresh and tastes delicious. All Halal. The fries are great. The guys there are always busy when we're there. You have to plan for waiting time. You can also sit there, not particularly inviting, but completely functional and adequately furnished.

Burgers are good, but the webshop is catastrophic, it gives you the impression that your order has been successful, confirmation by email and then nothing happens. Called and discovered that they already knew the problem! Why don't they deactivate the online shop or put a warning banner? Only order with Lieferando!

I imagined the hot dog to be bigger. And unfortunately the sauerkraut wasn't fried. I really miss UNCLE SAM's!!! I would have driven miles for his hot dog or burger. Nobody can get there yet!!!

I like fries, I think the shape is funny, but I think there's something wrong with the burger patties. Have a strange aftertaste and is slightly rubbery.

There are really tasty burgers here and very friendly advice/service. There are also good options for vegetarians. Fries were just right too. We'd love to come back again.

Would come here from time to time to grab a food after bouldering session around the corner. Super big tasty burgers! Love those. If you are a lover of spicy food, just ask. They have tex-mex burger or just a nicely spicy souce for any other one. Extremely friendly two staff reps. Place is alcohol-free.

There is a lot going on locally with orders via Lieferando, Uber eats... Tens of drivers come in and out. Therefore it is not comfortable to eat on site. You also have to expect a longer waiting time. The halloumi burger was good, but the meat burgers were unfortunately still a bit raw! What a shame!

Burgers from different branches simply taste different. I live in the south of Berlin. I've eaten from different ones, but clearly the worst burger is the one on Grossbeerenstr. in Berlin Mariendorf!. On the contrary the best is in Spandau!!! Yesterday we ordered the menu from the Grossberen branch again and it was a total disappointment. Sorry from MC Donald, I think it tastes better!!! And the hefty price for the menu. 1 cheeseburger xl, fries and drink for 18.20 euros???? The XL is also not that big to justify the price. No, I won't buy any more. Sorry people, don't be surprised that you're going bankrupt in a short time, with the prices and the miserable quality on Grossbeerenstr you'll lose customers. If I'm in Spandauu again, maybe I'll buy something there, but only there, although I don't think so at these prices!!!

Mittlerweile mein Lieblingsburgerladen geworden. Angestellten alle sehr nett, Essen wird auch fix zubereitet. Burger und Chili Cheese Pommes sehr lecker. Ich bin gerne hier.

Bin total begeistert von Burger City Geschmacklich top Service top. Ja das Ambiente gibt es nur einen einzigen Stern Abzug da im Sommer man nicht im Außenbereich essen kann, man will das vielleicht auch nicht an dieser viel befahrenen Straße. Jedoch eine Hecke würde das schon ändern aber wie beschrieben Essen und Service sind sehr gut

Wir bestellen unsere Burger nur dort und das sonst auch wirklich sehr gerne und immer mit voller Zufriedenheit. Leider ist dies heute nicht der Fall. Da auf die Bestellung per Whatsapp keine Reaktion folgte, haben wir nach einer Stunde mal angerufen, dann hieß es 20-25 Minuten. Es kam nichts. Nach dem 2 Anruf (nach 2 Std) und dem Verweis darauf, dass man dann immerhin einen Burger umsonst bekommen könnte, wollten sie eine Cola mitschicken. Der Mbw würde bei einem kostenlosem Burger sonst nicht erreicht werden. Na ja, Essen kam dann noch mal ne Stunde später (insgesamt knapp 3 Std), aber es gab kostenlose Süßkartoffelpommes dazu ( schmeckten heute aufjedenfall auch kostenlos, im Gegensatz zu sonst 😅). Burger waren gut und der Fahrer war nett, wie immer eigentlich:). Wirklich sehr schade, da sind wir wirklich deutlich besseres von dem Laden und dem Service gewohnt, und das nun schon eine ganze Weile (und einigen Hunderten Euros und weiter Empfehlungen an Bekannte)😅 Update 25.11: 1 Stern wieder ausgeglichen . Essen war Top, Lieferung gut und der Fahrer der Beste 💪 falls du das siehst : sorry, hab dich falsch verstanden, daher hast du kein Trinkgeld bekommen 😅

Essen super. Pommes und Burger schmecken sehr gut. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an 'kreativen' und ebenso 'normalen' Burgern. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Super jedzonko mięso smaczne i soczyste bułka mięciutka i chrupionca bardzo dobry burger!! Chipsy ziemniaczane także idealnie zrobione mieciutke w środku z zewnątrz chrupionce. Wszystko ładnie podane i szybko. Obsługa expresowa super!! Polecam !!

Bestellung war sehr schnell da und unendlich lecker. Burger sind massiv, aber breit statt hoch, so dass man gerade noch bequem abbeißen kann.

Echt eine geile Einrichtung. Die Burger schmecken echt hammer und so ein Burger Menü kriegt man nirgendwo anders. Eine pure Empfehlung🤌🏻

Ich nehme immer veganer Burger und es ist einfach sehr lecker. Wer braucht schon McDonalds.

Mein Sohn hat schon häufiger bestellt. Ich jetzt zum ersten Mal und ich muss sagen, die Burger sind wirklich geschmacklich super lecker. Auch die Kartoffelspalten sind lecker. Eine tolle Alternative zu den Fastfoodketten. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass das bestellte Essen weit vor der Zeit geliefert wurde, die angegeben war. Essen war heiß, Getränke kalt. Mein Fazit: gerne wieder.

Super leckere Burger und Pommes, die immer kross sind. Selbst große Bestellungen kann man schon nach 15 - 20 Minuten abholen.
