BurgerCity Flughsfenstr in Berlin

Es hieß, sie hätten bis 4 Uhr morgens geöffnet. Das stimmte nicht. Wir waren gegen 2:45 Uhr dort, und der Laden war geschlossen. Wir sind den ganzen Weg bei eisiger Kälte gelaufen.

Bestellung wurde nicht geliefert. Man lässt einen einfach nur warten. Auf Anrufe und Nachrichten wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Schade. Vor paar Jahren lief das alles noch reibungslos

Nach drei Stunden warten wo anders bestellt . Essen wurde nie geliefert telefonisch keiner erreichbar . Absolute Katastrophe sollte Läden gehören geschlossen

Mein bestelltes Essen ist nicht gekommen!!!!!! Kein Anruf und nix! Stattdessen auf Lieferando, dass geliefert wurde! BETRUG! Mein Geld hol ich mir eh wieder.

Die erste Bestellung war gut. Die zweite Bestellung dagegen eine Katastrophe. Essen kam nie an, der Status wurde aber WÄHREND des "Gesprächs" mit dem Chatbot nach 2 Stunden rückwirkend auf geliefert geändert. Telefonisch ist keiner erreichbar.

The order was delivered incorrectly; potato wedges were sent instead of fries, and the free hot dog was missing. The employee denied the mistake over the phone and simply hung up. No compensation was offered.

Absolutely delicious! I had the cheeseburger and it tasted fantastic. It's freshly prepared, and you can tell. I've never had fries like this before. Really great!

The decor looks nice and tempting at first glance, but the staff is unfriendly. We asked for cutlery so we could eat our burgers more easily, and they said they didn't have any. The third time we asked, we saw they did have cutlery, and he initially wanted to give us a USED, dirty knife. He was probably lying so he wouldn't have to wash it... We then asked him to wash it, but everything here seems very unhygienic, and the meat tasted strange and not fresh. The tables were also dirty, and they weren't even wiped down. Not recommended at all!

Burger City – really tasty! Had the Tex Mex Burger menu and the Crispy Chicken menu – both really great! Great taste and fair price. Only the Tex Mex roll was a bit too dark on top, but everything else was delicious. I would definitely recommend it. 4 to 5 stars from me!

I ordered through uber eats and nothing arrived. I hadn't cooked anything specifically so that I could eat burgers at Iftar. Restaurant doesn't even answer the phone. I would prefer not to give a star and never order from them again.

Food was inedible and fries and coke were missing. There is also no way to contact them by phone and it is not possible via Lieferando either.

Order placed via Uber Eats, restaurant canceled over the phone because it wasn't open yet, Uber still collects and refuses to pay back. Just criminal

I ordered through Wolt, the app said that my food was about to be delivered and I still had to wait more than an hour even though the store wasn't far from my home. The food was so late that I was already hungry because of the wait.

Delicious burgers and friendly service! The ingredients were fresh, the meat was juicy and the fries were crispy. The atmosphere in the store is cozy and the service was quick and attentive. I particularly liked the large selection of sauces. Price-performance ratio is absolutely fair. I'd love to come back!

Unfortunately very bad and carelessly prepared burgers. We ordered and it arrived 2 hours late, cold and missing 3 orders that we had already paid for! Even though this may be partly due to the delivery service, BurgerCity has VERY poor customer service - neither available by phone nor email and the complaint was ignored.

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed every time I order from Burger City. When ordering online, no attention is paid to what you write about it. I also love the sucuk burger with the SUCUKPETTY, but the sucuk only ever comes as a side dish, very disappointing! If the ads were at least correct, then I would have ordered something else, but now it was just a waste of money with 3 burgers for just under €40 It's a real shame that it isn't changed at Lieferando... This will probably be the last time I order from Burgercity. At least it arrived very quickly, but that doesn't change my opinion...

No matter where in Berlin, Burger City always delivers in terms of quality and taste. I think the store is awesome. Always delicious. Good luck with continued success.

Great burger shop if you're looking for a corner in Neukölln to eat burgers. I particularly liked the extremely professional service from the young man. I can definitely recommend this burger place.

I ordered from you and the food came so quickly and was still warm. It tasted very tasty and the man who delivered for me is called Suleiman. He was really nice and personable and you really can't change things with him. So I'm happy that you have delivery options like this and whoever is happy to deliver it for me too. So really he was 100 out of ten 👍

Terrible!!! After calling several times, the order came an hour late. The order was cold and the sauce I ordered was not included. The taste was bad too! Never again!

Very tasty burgers and the employees are very friendly. I ordered a burger menu for around €16. With the burger there was a fairly large portion of fries (special shape, not as you know it) which were very tasty and crispy, a drink was also included.

The fries are harder than metal and hotter than sound, and with that much salt in the fries I could start a factory. The citizens taste like a lump of stone, extremely hard and dry the breading is also hard. You don't even notice the meat in your mouth, like I'm biting on stones. I haven't had an appetite for half a day, the worst thing I've ever eaten, not even a laxative helped and I can't sleep either. Not recommended 👎👎👎 Supplier can't speak German or math, unfortunately food has to end up in the trash, it's a shame

If I could I would give 0 stars. After 1:30 hours they said my food would be here soon. After 2 hours they told me my food would arrive in 10 minutes. My food still hasn't arrived after 2:30 hours and no one is answering the phone anymore.

I ordered at 12:20 a.m. and was told 10 minutes every hour and a half. I ended up standing there at 4:30 a.m. without eating. Unbelievable, never again in my life. Apparently no worker knows anything either.

Crispy burgers ordered on site, friendly guys at the grill and at the checkout, open kitchen, you can watch them prepare them if you want. Burgers and fries really hot and really tasty, really recommended. Prices are okay for what is on offer. Interior also nice, good choice of music, toilet available. Free mayonnaise and ketchup. The only point of criticism is that employees (probably delivery drivers) sometimes talk on the phone quite loudly in the store or watch YouTube/Insta videos at high volume, at least during this visit, could be solved better. Burgers 5* All in all 4*

Food is catastrophic I've been sitting on the toilet for ages I wish I hadn't ordered it I even had to wait an hour late even at the iftar I will never order there again the first and last time I'm starving all day waiting for that Food is going on and then I'm lied to that the driver has already left it's really sickening. Unfortunately it's way too overpriced for the frozen stuff they offer. If I'm just going to pay for the frying process, then I at least want the fries to be crispy. In terms of organization, things went very poorly yesterday, unfortunately. And unfortunately half of it was forgotten. Not particularly good and but they charge a hefty price.

This store is a failure. Unfriendly and snooty. It wasn't that special the first time, but I thought maybe I had a bad day and not everything went well. But the second time it was the same, only this time it wasn't enough to eat. No "hello" when you come in and after ordering the statement: "I don't have any change, just pay as appropriate." Yes, if you treat customers kindly, then there will be money in the till, I would say. This store is definitely not recommended. Now I know why the store was empty.

Ordered 2x burger menu, came pretty quickly and both were amazed that a decent portion was served for the price. Both burgers tasted super delicious. Also the curly fries and sweet potatoes! Unfortunately no EC payment was made. But it wasn't a problem as we were able to get some cash. There are clearly 5 stars for the good service and delicious food!

The meat smelled wierdly and it was not well cooked. This is unacceptable for a shop that specialises in burger. The bread was not fresh either.
