Listless staff, burgers nothing special, fries like from McDonald's and Co., only Fritz drinks and Capri Sun and fully lubricated unisex toilets. You can do that, but the burger has certainly not been reinvented here.

Very tasty, it was just stupid that we couldn't pay in cash, that's not possible with them, unfortunately only card payment is possible!

Unfortunately, the food was very bland, some of the fries were cold and not cooked through in places, and the patty was tasteless. I struggled with gastrointestinal problems after eating. Unfortunately, the price is far too expensive. The staff is at least very friendly. Addendum: The owner has bad reviews deleted. Don't fall for the good reviews. As proof, a picture that we were there.

Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing visit. We had reserved a table on Mother's Day evening. Since my mother is gluten intolerant, it was a great idea because they advertised gluten-free burgers. To be on the safe side, I also wrote this in the online reservation, which was confirmed shortly afterwards by email. When we drove to Ulm that evening, we were told when we ordered that they hadn't had any gluten-free rolls for two weeks (so nothing that had been spontaneously sold out). That was very disappointing, not only because it ruined Mother's Day in a way, but also because the gluten-free rolls were still being actively advertised with a display. When you specifically write it in the reservation request and then someone with celiac disease is advised to simply have a roll with gluten as an alternative, that is just completely unprofessional.
