I ordered the Big Angus Truffle meal from Burger Me in Ulm and was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was extremely fast, the burger tasted fantastic, and the value for money was far superior to other chains. Highly recommended overall; if I ever come back to Ulm, I'll definitely eat here again.

The burgers are good. Unfortunately, when you order delivery, they sometimes arrive almost cold. Mistakes often happen; you get the wrong burger, or extra toppings that you paid for are simply forgotten.

I didn't have to wait long for my food and was served very kindly, therefore a clear recommendation.

I order from Burgerme Ulm regularly and am always completely satisfied! 🍔 The food always arrives quickly, hot, and super fresh—just the way you want it. The burgers are simply delicious, the meat is juicy, and the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. I was disappointed with the burgers. The vegetarian bun and patty were very average and tasteless. The website is very confusing, especially when searching for vegetarian/vegan options.

I left a bad review a while ago, which Burgerme immediately deleted. I don't like that. Everyone should know. My burger was completely charred, the bun completely black, and it was delivered to me. Things can always go wrong, of course. Then you just make a new burger. But not at this place. Delivering such obvious defects to customers is like spitting in their faces. ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL. SHAME ON YOURSELF.

The employee, who works both in the kitchen and takes customers' orders, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Such behavior is hardly acceptable for a customer. I ordered from there yesterday via Lieferando. They promised a delivery time of 25 to 30 minutes, but I actually waited 75 minutes for my food. The burgers were tasty, but the fries were pretty dry and tough. I have no idea how long they'd been in the warming box.

We ordered food and called five minutes later to add something to the order. We were told the order was already on its way and nothing could be changed. We then had to place a second order, pay the minimum order amount of €9.99, and pay another €1.99 delivery fee. Both orders arrived with the same delivery service.

Unfortunately, burgerme Ulm is absolutely not recommended. Our order was missing bacon from the Bacon Ranch Burger, and the cheeseburger from the cheeseburger. It probably doesn't need much explanation that the burger experience is truly bland when the two ingredients that give it its name are missing! Furthermore, the burger boxes were incorrectly labeled, which made the whole thing even more confusing. After calling to complain, I was told that burgerme wanted to apologize for the inconvenience with a voucher...the voucher value: €2! (On an order value of €35!) Of course, things can go wrong with an order...but I find a €2 credit for an incorrect €35 order that's missing the most important ingredients absolutely inappropriate and, in my opinion, pretty poor customer service! And @burgerme, I'd gladly forgo another "we apologize for the negative experience" comment! I simply recommend to other burger-hungry customers at this point: Order from another good burger joint in Ulm!

The burgers have completely gone downhill. I've ordered before and been satisfied... but today was a shame. The patties aren't as tasty, the texture isn't good, and I ordered a bacon BBQ burger and got one without bacon... Please, people, this isn't a bacon BBQ anymore. The fries are top-notch, top-notch! The nuggets are solid.

The worst burger I've ever eaten After waiting almost two hours for it to be shipped home, my burger had nothing of what I ordered: bacon ranch without a hint of bacon, no sauce, no double cheese, and topped with tomato that I can't eat. A disaster. I will never order it again, let alone recommend it.

Very good burgers, I highly recommend it. They come out quickly if you order in. And even if you order from home, the food doesn't take too long. The staff is also very friendly. All in all, I can only say that this is a really good burger place.

We ordered today, June 15, 2025, around 3 p.m. Delivery was fast, and the food arrived warm. So much for one star. The rest was unfortunately very disappointing. Since we ordered through Lieferando and had to specify different sauces for our burgers, we were initially disappointed because, for some reason, my burger had mayo on it. (I had selected burger sauce.) Along with the burgers (crunchy chicken), we also had a 12-piece finger food box with cheese wedges, onion rings, and nuggets. Unfortunately, all of the fried items (including the chicken fingers on the burger) were fried for far too long or significantly too hot, as the color of the items didn't match the pictures at all, and they also tasted burnt. Yes, the prices are reasonable, but burnt is burnt. Hopefully, this was just an exception and we were having a bad day with the chef.

Ordered there for the first time. I had the cheese and chilli brioche bun, the cheese sauce, and the burger sauce, as well as the rest of the ingredients on the burger, were very good. The burger patty was just a run-of-the-mill patty. Still, it tasted really good.

Listless staff, burgers nothing special, fries like from McDonald's and Co., only Fritz drinks and Capri Sun and fully lubricated unisex toilets. You can do that, but the burger has certainly not been reinvented here.

Unfortunately, the place smelled of fried oil, and the patty and fries tasted the same. The oil is probably changed less often. The sweet potato fries were also a pile of mush, not well fried at all. I also had stomach pains afterwards. The tables were slightly sticky. The rating here does not match the service quality of the store at all.

Great burger restaurant in the center of Ulm. I had a cheeseburger with their fritz kola and fritz kola, and it was delicious. It's been a while since I've tried one this delicious. The service, attentive and fast. Totally recommended if you visit Ulm.

I came here spontaneously. I ordered a burger. Unfortunately not mine here and I can't rate all products. A burger Chrispie Chicken. It struck me as similar to a fast food chain with yellow letters. I expected more. You can still improve. Unfortunately the burger fell apart and with every bite my face was full of food. If that's the case with the other burgers, something should be improved quickly. What was in the picture didn't match what I had. Unfortunately the tables are not clean Unfortunately, money was handed over with gloves, which raises questions. I would say points that can be improved easily and quickly. Price performance wasn't right for the Chrispie Chicken.

I always order Big Angus and finger food...👍 Of course with a drink. I get it delivered in a maximum of 20 minutes. We went there for dinner with my wife a few times. Was good too. Friendly, fast, tastes good. The ambience is not for enjoying but we go there to have a quick bite to eat, not to be amused. So always happy. To be recommended.

Burger wie immer toll, schmeckt sehr gut. Pommes wohl vom selben Lieferanten wie bei Mc-die Nuggets gehen leider gar nicht. Die Konsistenz ist zu labberig und die Pannade wie Schnitzel. Die Milkshakes waren leider sowie die Fritz-Limos leider auch nix. Aber für die Burger 🍔 lohnt es sich und man ist tatsächlich mit einem davon gut satt-anders als anderswo. Sollten expandieren und einen besseren Standort wählen-dann würde der Laden brummen!

New Yorker vegan hat für mich nicht nach Essen geschmeckt irgendwie. Keine Ahnung, irgendwas stimmt für mich nicht mit den Zutaten. Darreichungsform im Straßencafé in Karton auch schlimm. Pommes hatten keinerlei Integrität, brachen in der sauce. Sorry leider keine Empfehlung

Die Lieferung kam pünktlich. Der Crunchy Vegan ist ein solider Burger, ich muss unbedingt noch die anderen vegetarischen Burger probieren. Auf einem Burger hatte ich Guacamole. Die Guacamole hat auf mich einen frisch zubereiteten Eindruck gemacht. Der Shake me Macadamia war sehr lecker.

Wir haben hier schon oft nach Hause bestellt und sind sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung kam zügig und das Essen war immer warm. Auch im Restaurant waren wir schon essen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Essen super!

Die Burger, Pommes und Chicken Nuggets sind sehr heiß und sehr lecker. Bestellung ging schnell. Kleine Kritikpunkte habe ich dennoch: Die Lieferfahrer tragen beim Radfahren keinen Helm und beim Essen vor Ort bekommt man trotzdem alles in Pappschachteln. Der Umwelt zuliebe fände ich Geschirr besser.

Ich war letzte Woche da und muss ich ehrlich sagen, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin. Ich habe ein crunchy-chicken Menü bestellt und es war sehr lecker und größer als ich dachte. Mir ist gefallen, dass das Tablett sehr ordentlich kommt und man auch ein Einfrischungtuch bekommt. Getränke muss man selber holen, aber für mich ist es nicht ein Problem. Toilette war sehr sauber und das Service war sehr schnell und die Frau sehr nett. Eine kleine Sache ist, dass die Pommes für meinen Geschmack etwas salzig waren und das Getränk nicht frisch genug war, aber auf jeden Fall bleibt alles lecker und vielleicht liegt die Schuld daran, dass das Getränk nicht frisch genug war, bei mir, der es herausgenommen habe, während ich darauf wartete, serviert zu werden Ich werde sicher wiederkommen.

Zunächst einmal möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Vom Moment des Betretens der Filiale bis zum Verlassen wurde ich von den Mitarbeitern herzlich begrüßt und mit einem Lächeln bedient. Es war ein Vergnügen, mit ihnen zu sprechen und sie waren sehr hilfsbereit bei der Beantwortung meiner Fragen. Ich war auch sehr beeindruckt von der Sauberkeit der Toilette. Es ist selten, dass man eine öffentliche Toilette findet, die so gut gepflegt und sauber ist wie diese. Das hat definitiv meine Erfahrung in der Filiale noch angenehmer gemacht. Nun aber zum Wichtigsten: das Essen. Ich muss sagen, dass das Essen bei burgerme Ulm einfach fantastisch ist! Alles war sehr frisch und geschmackvoll zubereitet. Die Zutaten waren offensichtlich von hoher Qualität und das hat sich auch im Geschmack bemerkbar gemacht. Ich war von meinem Burger und meinen Pommes begeistert! Insgesamt hatte ich eine großartige Erfahrung bei burgerme Ulm und ich würde es jedem empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, die Toilette war sauber und das Essen war einfach lecker. Ich kann burgerme Ulm nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die Burger sind in Ordnung aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Der Preis ist dafür sehr hoch angesetzt. Die Lieferzeit ist immer sehr kurz und die Fingerfoodbox war sehr lecker
