My new #1 burger spot in Ulm! Five stars for the burger, the sides, the very friendly service staff, and the lovely atmosphere.

The music is a bit loud, which is okay if you want to eat something before a night out, but rather uncomfortable if you want to have an important conversation.

Because they have the best burgers in Ulm, I decided to celebrate my birthday at this fantastic place. Despite the rain, we were able to sit under a large umbrella in the courtyard. The ambiance was unique, and the food was once again impressive. Of course, a few delicious drinks were also a must. To complement the evening, there was a great selection of music. The service was unbeatable—we received very warm welcome and we lacked nothing. Highly recommended! 😊

Highly recommended. I can't understand how anyone could find fault here. The burgers are great, the sweet potato fries are crispy, and the coriander and jalapeño sauce is a bit more creative than the old mayo. The service was also very attentive. Maybe you should leave the house every now and then to eat. It's warmer then.

Disappointing. I was a very satisfied customer who enjoyed eating or ordering from you. Today I saw that you are now on Lieferando and I ordered straight away. The food came quite quickly and the delivery person was very friendly. But unfortunately the food was inedible. The fries were not really cooked and no longer warm. The burger was cold (cold is still okay, after all you COULD still eat it), and the burger was completely soaked in oil. My biggest problem, which is why I unfortunately had to throw it away, was that the burger stank and it was so unpleasant that the smell made me feel sick. The Coke was the highlight of the order because it was very good. Very sad, I was a very satisfied customer but something went terribly wrong.

If I serve a burger medium, I ask the customer beforehand if they want it that way. Otherwise, I cook the mince more thoroughly. The atmosphere has gone rancid. There must have been a change of ownership.

We celebrated my girlfriend's birthday here – and it was absolutely perfect! From the first contact to the end of the party, everything was perfect. The team was super friendly, attentive, and fulfilled our every wish. The venue was beautifully decorated, the food was truly delicious, and there were fantastic drinks – just the thing for a successful celebration! A special highlight was the lovingly prepared chocolate cake for the birthday girl – a wonderful gesture that we were thrilled about. When you arrive at the table, there are food scraps all over the paper mat, which also serves as the menu, just like in other restaurants, and you have to say twice that there are crumbs on it. Then the greasy paper mat isn't replaced, but rather wiped over. The staff doesn't even notice that my friends/the entire table next to me also had crumbs. The burger was really bad. Hardly any ingredients on it. In the end, I still paid €25 for a bit of burger and fries that wasn't filling. I'll never come back. It used to be really, really good and delicious here. Back in the day!

Yesterday, I ordered a beef hamburger and a chicken S/M burger from Ronnie Biggs for the first time (via Lieferando), and I have to honestly say we're completely disappointed and will never order there again. - A chicken burger for €18 without a side dish and the meat was simply burnt and inedible. A hamburger for €14 without a side dish Unfortunately, the meat wasn't cooked all the way through, and the buns were generally really bad. When you bite into them, you can't really bite off the bread because it's really weird, and while you're biting into them, you shift the whole burger, which is hard to explain. I ordered avocado fries, and the amount for €8 is also ridiculous, and unfortunately, they were completely soggy. The avocado sauce was okay. So if you want something good and want to be full, you'd better order somewhere else. These were by far the worst burgers we've ever eaten.

The burgers and side dishes taste very good. Unfortunately, one of the two burgers we ordered came to the table lukewarm. The ambience is nice and cozy. The service staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the lilet wild berry I ordered had hardly any carbonation and there was still lipstick on the glass from the guest in front of me. I assume this is an exception. We would like to try it again in a few weeks and still had a nice evening. Maybe next time the review will make it to 5 stars :-)

The food was quite okay. Good burgers, but nothing earth-shattering either. Unfortunately the service was really poor. Empty, it was hard to get a second drink because the waiter was the opposite of motivated. When we finally managed to make eye contact, the waiter didn't come to us, but just made a sign with his hands asking if we wanted to pay. Actually, we would have ordered something else, but we were told that the waiter didn't feel like it and would like to get off work or something similar.

The two of us ate there and absolutely loved it! The avocado fries were super tasty and something different. Nice and crunchy and the avocado dip went great with it. The BBQ burger was really juicy, had great toppings and tasted just right. We had barely ordered when the food was served, which I thought was super quick. The atmosphere was also relaxed and the service was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back!

Our visit to Ronnie Biggs - Burger & Drinks in Ulm was unfortunately disappointing. Here are some points that struck us negatively: - Food: Overall, the food didn't taste particularly good. The burger patty was strange and had an odd texture. The chicken wings were extremely oily and unappetizing. - Drinks: There was more ice in our drink than lemonade, which significantly affected the enjoyment. - Fries: The side dishes presented as "fries" were actually potato dippers, which were also dry and tasteless. - Service: The waitress wasn't very friendly, which made the whole experience even worse. Overall, we unfortunately cannot recommend Ronnie Biggs - Burger & Drinks. There are certainly better options for a successful burger evening in Ulm.

The bar staff are wonderful, always up for a laugh. The atmosphere is great and the beer is more than drinkable. Four-in-a-row games of all sizes round off a wonderful evening.

I was a regular at Biggs for years. For me it was also one of the best burgers in the city. I know that the tenant has changed, which isn't a big deal for me, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it for just under €100. Today's order was my last. I would like to discuss the reasons for this: As you can see in the pictures, I ordered sweet potato fries from Lieferando for €8.13. Well, what can I say - I took this picture BEFORE I started eating... I don't think there were twenty strips - extremely outrageous for the price! Now don't say that it was the packaging, since the burger boxes were bigger... Another point was the burger bun. Full throttle dried up... Thanks for delivering bread that other people use to feed ducks. When you're a guest in your restaurant you always get a burger bun with your bean pan (at least that's how it used to be), but you don't get anything delivered. I am extremely disappointed by this absurdly poor price/performance ratio. I will give you a wide berth in Ulm in the future!

It's unbelievable how bad Ronnie Biggs has become. The former L'Etage restaurant doesn't fit the burger concept at all and has been in need of renovation for a long time. The service is sloppy and the food is overpriced. Never again. Our jackets had to be left out on the balcony for days to air out because they smelled so bad of food. .....

Once the best burger in the city. Back then, Ronnie Biggs was a shop where you could not only eat burgers, but also party and have fun and so on. I don't know what happened. Ok the owner has changed or the whole team. But my last visits there were unfortunately less pleasant. During our last visit, the group decided not to go to the store anymore. The waiter says before you order that you can only take half of it, otherwise the kitchen won't be able to keep up. I'm sorry, what ?!? How bold and unprofessional is that? In addition, the drinks were only brought to the table after 25 minutes. The shots, since no shot glasses were complete, were filled into plastic cups. Unfortunately, the burger bun turned out to be completely hard and somewhat burnt. Meat way too done. Burger was cold rather than warm. And that wasn't an isolated case. It's a shame... we really enjoyed being there back then.

The burgers are really recommended, I only ate the vegetarian beyond meat version, which was excellent. There was a little too much mayonnaise on the sweet potato fries for my taste, which made them soft. Nevertheless, highly recommended.

I've never had such an underground restaurant visit. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and couldn't place our order until 8 p.m. The burgers were brought to us at 9:15 p.m. without the side dishes (fries). During this time, some guests came after us and got their food before us. The waiter apologized for the delay and had the fries on the house. The fries came after about 25 minutes and were lukewarm and no longer tasty. When paying, the waiter kept his word, but I pointed out that the fries hadn't been eaten. So something was on the house that I wouldn't have paid either way. It was the first and at the same time the last visit for me. P. S. The burgers don't taste bad, but there are better ones.

If I could give zero stars I would. A completely crammed guest room in which the hopelessly overwhelmed wait staff can hardly move. The neighboring table feels like it's already sitting at their own table. A menu that is completely blurry and barely readable are the first impressions you get while waiting for the unstructured staff. After you finally receive the drinks you ordered after an eternity, the endless waiting continues. We ordered two burgers and a salad, what can I say, the circle has come full circle here too. The salad really wasn't a highlight, a burger was initially delivered incorrectly and the correction took time again. There is no patty on the burger but a small meatball that you have to look for. Burger two was ok but no reason to come back. Our tip as fellow restaurateurs is to focus on quality rather than quantity. You have to give credit to the fact that at least the burger wasn't charged for at the end. But if you look at the incorrect orders at all tables throughout the evening, you should really give this a serious thought.

Unfortunately the meat was quite thick and gristly. This makes the burger very unwieldy and difficult to eat. The coleslaw wasn't really good either. When we served a portion at the table, we had the feeling that the salad was no longer good because it tingled on the tongue. We were told it was because of the vinegar. Unfortunately the salad was still charged! I found that very unfortunate.

Most unsympathetic owner I have ever seen. The food is good but you can forget the rest. The music is way too loud to have a conversation. They probably couldn't quite decide whether they wanted to be a club or a restaurant.

None of us liked the burger, neither the vegetarian nor the meat one. The cola tasted like syrupy water. Fries and coleslaw were ok. The service was bad-tempered and unfriendly. It was also very loud, cramped and cold. I wouldn't go there again to eat.

I was here with a slightly larger group. Unfortunately the service wasn't that great. Many orders were mixed up and two were not delivered. However, the waitresses were always very polite and friendly and took care of any problems. The food was good!

I like going to Biggs as the burgers are really good. The sides are also very tasty. I understand that something can happen sometimes. However, once again it's annoying because I was looking forward to the beans in advance. Especially since we didn't come late, but half an hour after opening. Then just took the fries. It would have been nice if these hadn't been forgotten and I could have eaten them with the burger. Unfortunately they only arrived when I had finished the burger. Still, they were tasty. Here too - it can happen, even if the store wasn't packed. A quick smoke. Wow, delicious cocktails advertised. Let's take it. Were also delicious. When the bill came, I was really pissed off. The amount wasn't right. Why - the cocktails, which were advertised for 8 euros, were on the bill for 10.90 euros each. Asked the waitress about it - still quiet. But instead of reacting in a solution-oriented manner, the focus was on discussion. Didn't feel like it. Amount paid. For us - disappointing evening that we were looking forward to in advance. Let's go again, probably not.

The burgers were really tasty. The fries were more of a children's portion - totally overpriced. The burgers are also at a higher price level. You can treat yourself once in a while, but in the long run it's too much financially. Delivery as stated, Lieferando supplier was very friendly.

Food was very tasty! I also felt very comfortable. But the service person with the short blonde hair doesn't work at all. I felt incredibly uncomfortable when she served me. I think the new owner definitely meant it to other customers when they asked about the old owner. Was very unfriendly, I usually really like this shop and I always like to go here, but since she is probably the new owner I don't want to come here anymore.

Normally I don't give a review, but I'm really disappointed with this burger place, the meat was completely cooked through and gristly, the taste just wasn't good, the pulled pork had no taste, you could only taste the BBQ sauce on top! Everything I ordered was really highly recommended. The White Russian Special was particularly outstanding. On the day we were at Ronnie Biggs there was a European Championship game going on, so it was very crowded and the waiting time was long. To my surprise, my food was not only exquisite, but the food was still hot when served, which I think is a great detail that is worth commenting on. Arriving without a reservation was not at all a problem, they managed to accommodate a table and they indicated that for that time it had to be vacated and so it was done, upon arrival, there were not many people, but suddenly, completely full, the bar area was also full of people, they have a large assortment of all types of alcoholic beverages and the location is great, the walk from the hotel was worth it, which was about a ten minute walk. The staff was very friendly and very fast both in taking the order and in bringing the food and also in bringing the bill to pay, which can be paid in cash or with a bank card.
