First to eat - the burger. The highlight of the burger was the bread, probably homemade or from a bakery and a good mix of fluffy and crispy. The patty felt significantly less for the advertised 140g and tasted ok. Lettuce, onions and cheese were basic. The sauce was way too light and very sparse for my taste. All in all, the burger was ok, a bit bland in taste and too dry… absolutely not a highlight for me. The sweet potato fries were good. The drink was served by the bottle. Now the service - the woman in service was very friendly, open and gave us a free choice of seats. When we took our order we were asked quite aggressively whether we wanted two patties or more meat as a starter. So well trained, but obviously with a clear concept when looking through all the comments. We were also asked the obligatory question about a shared picture. About the ambience - we sat behind the house. Inside and outside it was quite manageable, furnished as you would expect from a burger shop and seemed well maintained. The overall conclusion - The reason why there are only two stars overall is the price-performance ratio. Understandably, €26.90 per menu creates very high expectations that were not met. I was missing the corresponding WOW effect. The price is very high even for fresh produce. Anyone with a little talent can conjure up significantly better and more burgers at home for this price. The ambience and friendly service don't change anything. The average rating of 4.8* seems quite deceptive to me and misled us a bit. We were there with a 2:1 voucher, so the bottom line was that it was ok, but there was no need to repeat it. Questions arose about the billing, because despite 2 for 1 the bill suddenly came to €31.** instead of €26.90 per burger menu(?). But we didn't care, given the prices the store probably needs it more than we do... 😅

In any other honest restaurant I would pay a maximum of €50 and here it was €133.00 The funny thing is you can eat better citizens at Burger King or McDonald's. Parking instead of for customers ... The lamb chops here are simply amazing! I tried the lamb chops and loved the fresh ingredients and the sauce and the flavorful meat. The menu offers a diverse selection of dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Particularly noteworthy are the chef's creative and perfectly flavored creations. I tried the herb-crusted beef fillet, which was cooked to perfection and, combined with the side dishes, offered a real taste experience. The starters and desserts were also a delight for the senses. The price-performance ratio at Kobes Restaurant is excellent. The prices are absolutely justified for the quality of the food and service. All in all, my visit to Kobes Restaurant in Ulm was an unforgettable experience. I can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who values ​​excellent food, first-class service and an atmospheric ambience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The owner of the restaurant is also a great guy who is easy to talk to about a variety of books!

Totale Enttäuschung. Getränke aus der Flasche aus dem Kühlschrank hinter uns. Kennt man normalerweise aus einem Imbiss. Steak, 100 Gramm, 22€, gibt es aber erst ab 300 Gramm. Hatten einen Cheeseburger mit Süßkartoffelpommes für stramme 25€. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht. Das sind Preise in guten Restaurants, aber nicht in Lokalitäten mit Imbisscharakter. Da tröstet auch die freundliche junge Dame im Service wenig. Würde ich keinem meiner Freunde und Bekannten empfehlen

We came here through the Schlemmerblock, which is why we only had to pay for one of the two burgers. What unfortunately only became apparent on site was that the steaks are not listed as a main course on the menu, which is why only burgers can be ordered from the gourmet block. It's a shame because we were already looking forward to the steaks. The ambience is okay, you sit very close to the other tables, which we didn't like that much. The waitresses were very nice, but also a bit intrusive. My plate was cleared away while my girlfriend was still eating, which is something I don't know from a restaurant. When that was the case, I was always asked if it could be cleared away, which unfortunately wasn't there either. We were asked if we wanted to have a souvenir picture taken of us and if it could also be posted on Instagram. At the end there was free tea and a request to leave a 5 star rating on Google Maps. That probably explains the disproportionate 5 star ratings. The food was quite good, but in our opinion too expensive for the price. We've had better burgers for less money before. You can get the fries at every snack bar. I can't say much about the steaks because we wanted to avoid disappointment based on what we saw at the neighboring tables and the prices on the menu. The drinks are only available in bottles and the refrigerators are free in the room like in every kebab stall/snack bar Conclusion: it's a classier snack bar with expensive prices

This was perhaps my second time in Ulm, a small town. The shop is at the back on the corner, so there isn't much going on. In any case, I wanted to take a simple hamburger with me and then drive on. The shop was almost empty. THE PRICE OF A BURGER IS 25€ and SHOCKS!!! I said thank you and bought a burger and fries from another restaurant 30m away for a total of €14.

Four of us went out to eat today. After we were presented with the menu, we each ordered three 300g and one 400g (beef). The food was okay. I've eaten better steaks, but let's leave that alone. I initially thought it was a joke but the nice lady at the checkout was serious, the bill was paid and we started talking about the price 4 people 3x 300g 1x 400g steak 3x sweet potato fries 1x coleslaw 4 drinks the price on the menu is something between 22-25€ for 100g but it wasn't mentioned anywhere that you could For 300 or 400g you pay 3-4 times the price, it's understandable the multiplication but the price is very unreasonable. We were there for the gourmet block, but then you could only order burgers as the steaks were served as a starter/dessert. We then had a beef fillet and a burger. The food there was delicious. Big but, the steak prices are very confusing. The price for 100g is on the menu and in the small print at the bottom it says that you can only order at least 300g. Then we had a nasty surprise with the numbers. 90€ for 300g beef fillet and 3 soft drinks. This is how you can scare away customers.

Me and my husband ate here for our 3rd wedding anniversary. For us, this is the best steak and burger restaurant we have ever eaten at, even my husband, who is American, thought it was the best burger he had ever eaten outside of the United States. We will definitely come here more often now. We can recommend it to everyone.

According to the menu, the beef fillet costs €22.80 (100g), but the fillet only costs from 300g. The price for serving is €68. If this had already been on the menu, no one would have ordered it. Here is my request to the operators to correctly indicate the price of the dishes in the menu.
