Fine citizens. Friendly staff. It is ordering and picking up at the counter. Strange that a tip was already requested at checkout for providing service. We ran out of cups and had to ask for them. There was a strange smell in the restaurant. Decoration is nice. The food was tasty. The small burgers are actually small but tasty. It is possible to order a gluten-free burger. This one was tasty. The toilet was not very clean when we were there.

The vegan burger was very tasty. The truffle fries are made with truffle oil, so you should order a dip with them, otherwise it tastes too dry. It's strange that more and more restaurants want tips when paying, even though it's purely self-service - you pick up your food and clear everything away yourself.

A touch from my youth... Very cool location in the delicate style of the 80s/90s. The burgers 🍔 were very tasty, as were the side dishes… Round about - highly recommended. The only thing that would have been appropriate was a beer with the meal, the selection of drinks is consistently non-alcoholic 😉

Was here in the restaurant for the first time today. One of the best in the Ulm area. Pattie was juicy and flavorful. Fries and the dip are just amazing. WOW I'M EXCITED KEEP IT UP!!!

Price-performance ratio doesn't fit. Even though regional ingredients are advertised here, the preparation of the food is quite bland. Sweet potato fries are way too dark, burgers don't taste great either. Unfortunately, there was little interest on site in our critical feedback. Too bad.

Really cool furnishings. Food a little too expensive. Menu navigation a bit misleading. The sweet potato fries were hearty. 🍟 The burger is made from Black Angus beef. You could taste every facet of the burger. 🍔 Sour cream dip was also very tasty. Food was top. 🤗

I've been ordering here for years since using Uber Eats, it's just catastrophic! Every time the sauces are missing, every time the food takes hours to eat. Given the prices you could really expect better! 20€ for a cold burger with toppings like from the organic waste bin!

It's great here. The burgers are great, the sauces are delicious and the fries taste like potatoes and not like frying fat. Thanks to the friendly staff and the always good music, there is an atmosphere here in which I feel really comfortable and like to stay for a moment after eating. Prices are also fair. First of all, it should be said that this is certainly one of the best burgers in the city of Ulm. Regionality (yes, that costs money) and taste offer an absolute experience here and invite you to come back again. We were absolutely thrilled, also by the ambience, which was very authentically American. Service and friendliness were also highlighted. Only the size of the burgers, measured against the price, was something you couldn't/don't want to afford all the time. Only common sense stopped me from ordering a second burger, as the first three “normal burgers” and three drinks already cost over €50. That was really a lot of money for a midday snack, something you can't or don't want to afford all the time. Nevertheless, this shop is an absolute asset that is second to none.

Food is good, but unfortunately you quickly smell of grease if you sit indoors because the kitchen is in the same room. In summer you can sit outside nicely. Self-service only, no service.

Although Damn Burger offers an appealing selection of burgers, the long waiting times and extremely high prices are a major drawback. You expect quick service, especially given the prices you pay. Unfortunately, you are often disappointed when you have to wait for your food. Overall, the experience could be significantly improved with faster service times and more reasonable prices.

Everything's great... great burgers with sustainable and regional ingredients. I would also like to point out that there is a good opportunity to wash your hands and they even have small guest towels. I don't know that at all and I think it's very good.

I'm referring to the Damn Burger food truck at #Abendglimmen in Böfingen. Waiting time ok, service friendly, but poor value for money. €13 for the Cheese Chili Veggie Burger, which was relatively small, fairly predictable and quite dry. Sorry, I expect a little more for the money.

Really strong burger. Meat is of good quality and the burger tastes very fresh. The staff is friendly and the general vibe fits very well. However, I have to deduct a star because I find the burger sauce a bit strange (somehow reminiscent of a barbecue sauce/shish kebab sauce) and the size of the burger is rather in the lower middle range compared to other shops with similar prices and quality. Still recommended.

I've always really liked the burgers. Damn was actually always my favorite burger shop in Ulm. I am a customer from the very beginning. Was there for several birthdays and even took the team picture. The patties have also become smaller, although the prices have repeatedly increased. I've been a customer since the beginning and used to be there up to 4 times a week. Waiting time is relatively long for self-service. On Saturdays up to 90 minutes. The extra bacon I paid for is always forgotten 50% of the time. A thorough cleaning wouldn't do any harm to the place, unfortunately it has now become really disgusting.

Waiting times are absolutely underground because the guys are anything but well organized. Burger below average - a shame.

Always used to be our favorite go-to burger shop, unfortunately it's gotten worse and worse over the months, patties aren't fried properly, the extra note that the meat is so great that you can eat it raw doesn't help either; Often ingredients are forgotten when ordering, it's just not as tasty as it used to be, it's a shame :(

It's been my trusted burger shop for several years, the staff are very friendly, the restaurant is decorated in a cool way and the food always tastes extremely good (order a mix for me), by far my favorite shop in the city 👌😊

I've been eating here more or less regularly with friends and my wife for about 3 years now and every time it's a culinary delight. Ambience is great, good music, nice decor. The service is always friendly and personable. I can really recommend anyone who has never been here to visit the shop and if that happens then give the "Damn Mix mir was" a chance because it is always a creative culinary delight that you can't find anywhere else in burger shops.

Unfortunately not a good experience. When we ordered we were told it would take 30 minutes, nothing dramatic. After 50 minutes (20 minutes more than said) we got our burgers. All 5 rolls were dry and hard, the fries were cold as if they had been made 10 minutes ago, and the Garlic Fries even colder, really disappointing. If we hadn't already paid we would have left, but now we know where we would never go again.

I was particularly impressed by the comic wall and the VHS cassette shelf - absolutely a hit! The two of us had lunch here today. Had a mini cheeseburger and a mix, both in the menu, one with fries and one with coleslaw. The food was consistently very tasty. Fries are already crispy, burgers are juicy and well topped. There was horseradish in the coleslaw, which not everyone will like. A note would be appropriate here, but it didn't bother us. It is also positive that there are different citizen sizes and that has a reasonable influence on the price (not half size for €1 less). Staff were friendly, food came quickly. The ambience is not typical, but still great. Prices are a little higher, but the store advertises regional products and I'm happy to pay more for a good burger.

There were 4 parties who waited 45 minutes for burgers. Food came at completely different times. Burgers not good, fries not good either, atmosphere next to garbage cans and in the dirty backyard, clientele questionable, reasons for good reviews sought in vain.

So, the food is just bad, boring, most uninspired: I don't understand the high rating. And the worst part is that they don't have alcoholic beer to forget the bad food!!! What type of burger joint does not have beer?!!

The Quarter Pounder Spicey was definitely a taste sensation. Unfortunately, I couldn't say the same about the cheeseburger, which didn't quite live up to my expectations. Price wise it was acceptable. The ambience left a bit to be desired. However, the employees were very nice. Still, the space was a bit tight and the tables seemed oddly placed, which affected comfort.

If you're in the mood for milk rolls, you're welcome to go there. Coleslaw wasn't good either. Out of 3 people, all 3 were dissatisfied.

We really like the restaurant and the burgers. It's especially cool that you can design your burger according to your own wishes. What spoils the experience, however, is that ingredients that were specially ordered (e.g. cheese on a veggie burger/vegan burger) are often missing, even though they were also charged for. It's not about the few euros more, but also that the burger doesn't taste as good (without cheese, for example) Recently we have often been missing “normal” ingredients such as lettuce or tomatoes, even though nothing was “cancelled”.

I don't think self-service is such a good solution, in other stores you get a vibrating device when your food is ready, here an announcement is made with the number you have, which you quickly don't notice. Unfortunately there are only non-alcoholic drinks, the shop is set up in “Berlin style”, so you could also offer beers in addition to countless sodas… In addition, the online map via QR code on the table does not work. At €57.50 for two meals and one onion ring, it's not exactly cheap, but the burgers were absolutely delicious, fresh and large, so you can definitely say it's good value for money. The guys at the checkout were friendly and the food came quickly.

Burgers are really great, really great quality for the price and not too busy because it's a bit hidden. Unfortunately the fries were a bit dry and not that fresh. Therefore unfortunately there is a deduction. Maybe it'll be better next time.

Damn Burger is really hip and the burgers are always delicious! Self-service is cool because you can customize your burger however you like. Simply a must for burger lovers!
