The restaurant was recommended by a relative who used to live in Karlsruhe, but the drive from southern Bavaria was worth it! Delicious burgers with homemade sauces and fries—you can even watch them being made. Fries are available for refills with the menus, so nothing goes to waste! The deli burger was too salty for me personally, which was probably due to the bacon—I'd order it without next time. Otherwise, it's really great—a cheeseburger to die for! Unfortunately, it's a bit cramped, so it's not ideal for sitting for long—but it's perfectly adequate for a quick and good dinner. We would come back!

Very good service and very tasty food. Price-performance in particular is unbeatable. Perfect student pub, but also recommended for others!

There were three of us in the restaurant today. The service was attentive but made a mistake with the drinks and when we ordered food she forgot to put a receipt on one of the dishes. We had to wait 45 minutes for two salads and the burger wasn't on the receipt. We didn't have any time as everything took so long. The three of us shared the two poultry salads which were totally tasteless. The restaurant is much better in other cities. The service was really friendly but with three tables they were already overwhelmed. The long wait is probably due to Lieferando. The guests in the restaurant just have to wait when the delivery service comes. Bad concept.

We really like this place, but it seems a bit dingy now. The (women's) toilets are in a dilapidated state, it is unhygienic and smells extremely. Forms a strong contrast to the delicious food.

I've eaten at burgerme several times, in the restaurant, for pickup or for delivery. The burgers are super tasty, as are the vegan options. A big plus is that the burgers are actually as big as the packaging. The place is small and cute and pleasant to eat there. Pick-up has always worked without any problems and there were no problems with delivery, except that the delivery people never found the back building (the food arrived, the delivery person was usually in the front building and waited/called). Employees and delivery people are always friendly!

Five Guys definitely delivers if you're craving a really juicy burger. The meat is fresh and flavorful, but sometimes it's almost too juicy and a bit too fatty. The atmosphere is rather understated, reminiscent of a fast-food joint rather than a cozy burger restaurant—but that's precisely what makes it so appealing. It's not a burger I'd eat every week, but you can certainly treat yourself to one every week or two. A solid choice for a quick, hearty burger craving.
