Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht und wir bekamen die beiden letzten Plätze. Das Sashimi und die georderten Rolls waren gut. Leider war das alkoholfreie Bier nicht ausreichend gekühlt. Die Luft im Restaurant war unangenehm stickig. Die Klimaanlage war angeblich nicht zu regulieren. Daher nur die zufriedenstellende Bewertung.

The staff was very unfriendly. They didn’t speak German nor English very well, so we didn’t really understand them, and they didn’t really understand our orders - they brought out the wrong food twice and even talked about us (like how dare these ppl order something veggie only and laughed) because we ordered a veggie starter plate. We ordered it for 3 people but had to pay for 4. it was 65€, for a small veggie starter plate. That’s insane and brings me to the prices and food quality. In my opinion it was nothing special, tasted like every other restaurant that is 1/3 of the price. 26€ for a veggie Wok, wtf?! 100% not worth the price. For prices like this I expect way better service. I am not coming again, that’s for sure. One last thing: be careful with reservations for a group of people. It’s 35€ per person that’s not coming. Saw that the first time ever on a Munich restaurant and I think it’s hilarious in general but even more for a bad restaurant like this.

Absolute Frechheit. Ich habe bestellt wie immer Asiaessen mit Hähnchen ohne Reis, da ich keinen Reis vertrage. Das Essen hatte gar kein Fleisch nur Gemüse mit Soße. Ich war im Schock zu Hause. Ich habe den Laden kontaktiert und meinen Fall geschildert. Der Mann meinte nur mit gebrochenem Deutsch, ich hab es angeblich ohne Fleisch bestellt. Am Telefon kann man angeblich nicht alles richtig verstehen. Ich solle zum Bestellen direkt vorbeikommen. Zero Entschulding. Zero Entgegenkommen für den Fehler. Die Frau sollte richtig Deutsch sprechen können bzw. er hat möglicherweise die Bestellung falsch verstanden. Ich weiß ja nicht wie der Fehler bei der Bestellung zustandekam. Als ich meinte, ich bin sauer. Ich hab ja 2x wiederholend mit Fleisch bestellt wieso verneint er das, hat er aufgelegt. Beim nochmaligem Anruf, um nachzufragen ob er tatsächlich aufgelegt hat. Wollten wir bereits fetlegen, dass die Bestellung schwarz auf weiß über Whatsapp laufen könnte. I'd like to find out more about it, but I'd like to know if it's true or not. Hat er plötzlich nur vorgeschlagen....ich soll doch wonders gehen. Es gibt so viele Asia-Läden in Berg am Laim. Das ist am besten. Ich war die ganze Zeit ruhig am Telefon, nur habe ich natürlich meinen Unmut zu dem Fehler geäußert, aber immer noch im normalen Ton. Es ist super traurig, dass er aus einer Mücke einen Riesenelephanten machte. Kurze Entschuldigung und einen Vorschlag, ob er mit einer Kleinigkeit den Fehler wieder gut machen kann - z.B. einer übriggebliebenen Suppe - schafft er nicht. Dann wäre die Sache aus der Welt gewesen. Fehler passieren nun mal. Ist ja nicht schlimm. Ich habe lediglich angerufen, um festzustellen, wie der Fehler zustande kam. Stattdessen wurde ich als Kunde verbannt, nur weil es zum Missverständnis bei der Bestellung kam. Absolute shamelessness. As always, I ordered an Asian dish with chicken without rice because I can't eat rice. The meal has no meat, just vegetables with sauce. I stayed home and was shocked. I contacted the store and explained my situation. The man just said in broken German that I was supposed to have ordered a dish without meat. It seems like you can't get everything right on your phone. I should come directly to order. There are no excuses. There is no room for error. The woman had to speak German correctly or he might have misunderstood the order. Don't know what the error was when ordering. Having said that, I was angry. I kept ordering meat twice, why did he say no? When I called back to ask if he really hung up. We would like to clarify that orders can be made in black and white via WhatsApp. I just briefly mentioned that I'd like to avoid such incorrect orders - that would be great. He suddenly just suggested... We should go to wonder. There are many Asian stores in Berg am Laim. This is the best. I was silent the entire time we were on the phone, except of course for expressing my displeasure about the mistake, but still in a normal tone. It's sad that he created a giant elephant from a mosquito. He can't offer a quick apology or a hint about whether he can make up for the mistake with something small — leftover soup, for example. Then the problem will end. Mistakes happen. It's not bad. I just called to find out what caused the error. Instead, I was banned from being a customer simply because there was a misunderstanding when placing an order.

Little Asian with super delicious food! Price-performance is top, clear recommendation. At To-Go there are “plates” and not these mini boxes, which I find much more pleasant Find food.

Had baked banana and fresh mango with sticky rice to pick up. The boss is very, very nice and gave us more vanilla ice cream. It was incredibly tasty and beautifully decorated. We will come here next time to eat there. See you then

Food is very tasty! And quite large portions for a good price. We ordered once and ate once on site. It's better to order as it's more of a to-go restaurant. The employees are very nice and friendly. We'd love to come back. The ambience inside could be designed better.
