I ate in this branch for the first time with my son (5 years old) in January 2025. After we ate, he had to go to the toilet. When I asked the staff about a toilet, I was advised that toilets here were only available on weekends. But we were there on weekdays. Now we had to go into the shopping center and look for a toilet, which took a while. When we finally got to the toilets, they also had to be paid for. Up until this point I hadn't known or suspected that there wouldn't be a toilet available at McDonald's. And if toilets are physically available, then you should be allowed to use them as a guest of the restaurant.

Machine extremely sluggish and slow

The pizza I ordered was very limited in terms of toppings, and that's putting it kindly. Never again!

Ordered a McWrap scrambled eggs, got them with bacon, and ate them. Vegetarian options are different, and judging by the staff's shoulder shrugs, it doesn't seem to matter.

I ordered via the app and redeemed two coupons, and with both coupons, I didn't get the fries that were supposed to be included 🤦🏻‍♂️ I didn't even get the points from those horrible terminals. The bread was also old and dry with all the burgers. This burger guy won't be seeing us again, so I'd rather take the trip and drive to Mickten 🤦🏻‍♂️

Love the Quattro Formaggi with extra hollandaise sauce. Best pizza ever, I can look past the slightly burnt edges. Junk food that knows it's junk food and doesn't try to hide it.

Amazing noodles, with great chicken.

Deliveries are always prompt, and the drivers are always friendly. The vegan salami pizza is excellent. The branch is easy to reach by phone and is accommodating when problems arise.

I don't understand the comments here. I've eaten here many times or taken away food for friends. Everything was freshly prepared, with crunchy vegetables, crispy, juicy meat and good seasoning and all at a price that you rarely find anywhere else. I like the charm of the place and the owner is very friendly. It's a shame that some of our regular customers give such bad feedback. Absolutely underrated. There aren't many places in Cotta for relaxed meetings, but this is exactly the kind of place that should be valued more. You meet a colorful mix of people here - as it should be. Just give a little tip when you're there.
