We ordered food through Lieferando around 5 p.m., and around 6:30 p.m. we called again to see when the food would arrive and said it would take a while because it was busy. Called again at 7:30 p.m. because there was still no food, the driver was on the way and the new driver said if the food was there in the next 30 minutes we would accept it again... At 8:30 p.m. the driver was there to eat. We didn't accept it because we had already stocked up on something else by then. The driver became upset and we were asked to take the food. Luckily we hadn't already ordered through Lieferando. Underground, 2 salads, a kebab and a pizza take 3.5 hours even when there is a lot going on and a new driver is employed. They would simply be disappointed

New advertising in November 2022, no 30 percent discount if you pick it up yourself. But 45 minutes waiting for a meal that takes 10 minutes when picked up 🤣🤣🤣 and is 2 minutes away.

On April 5th, at 1:50 p.m., we bought 2 happy mails plus 3 more toys individually for 3 euros. No service. Orders can only be placed at the vending machine. The operation of the vending machine is unclear. We tried ordering several times... but it didn't work. No employee in sight. €12 for a citizen, and ordering only at the vending machine... I used to enjoy eating there... but now, you lovely people at BürgerKing, they're not there for me.

An unfriendly shop. You're constantly being asked to pull over to the side so they can have a good time! They're totally crazy and don't even speak German properly! For 2 chesseburgers you have to drive to the side at the front even though everything is empty! Incredible!

The waitress was all alone but she was so hard-working and really ran the place. She prepared food and drinks and served very friendly! All attention! Hopefully the boss knows what a piece of gold he has.

After almost exactly 2 hours the delivery person finally arrived. All I ordered was 1 pizza and a few nuggets, that was it and that on a Monday. 2 hours is really sporty. Of course the food arrived lukewarm to cold. What a shame!! Unfortunately it's not the first time.
