McDonald's in Freiberg

Cleanliness is a good thing for the most part. It's annoying when something is constantly forgotten and you have to wait forever even though there's not much going on. Except for the one shift leader, he's great, he's running things smoothly.

Always good, but: The food was better and the store was cleaner too.

Everything is as usual at McDonald's, but there is also a problem with the men's toilet in this branch. Unfortunately, this wasn't as we would have hoped. But that was the only defect.

Food itself ok. The toilets were terribly dirty and garbage was piled up in the tray returns. Very unfortunate

You Ronnies could stop always forgetting the drink.

Long waiting times and cold fries. As the first car in the long queue at the drive in, you are the last to have your order delivered to your car.

Unfortunately, something is often missing. But what's really unpleasant is that colleagues put each other down, make fun of them and often insult each other. Of course it happens everywhere, but should it also happen in a restaurant in front of a lot of customers? Not a nice working atmosphere.

I ordered a small fries to the table and it wasn't brought to me. The employees work late shifts and have no guile to work...

Fast service and super friendly staff

Overall the food was very poor, fries and the meat in the citizen were cold. Cafe and cappuccino not very good. Price performance no longer fits at McDonald's

It took me about 40 minutes at McDrive for a Happy Meal, a burger and fries. This was the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The food was therefore lukewarm and the fries were cold.

Luckily I rarely come here. The food is ok (Mc Donalds) but I find the cleanliness of the seats and tables as well as the toilets to be bad.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's. The staff would rather chat when there's nothing to do than use a rag on tables, chairs and benches (not to mention the sticky floor). Very sad, but I won't eat a burger here again.

Ordered today, August 17th, 2024 at 8:32 a.m. via the terminal,,, our take-away order was released for pickup by our colleague and we had to wait another 7 minutes. Why do you do it like that?! To make yourself look better among your colleagues?! Here the colleague should be trained again on how a coordinated process makes sense. It's a shame about the cold food. We won't be back any time soon!

There was hardly anything going on. Nevertheless, we had to wait a long time for our breakfast to go. In between, the order was pushed through as if it was ready to be picked up. When we asked, we were told it would still take time! Breakfast was already on display and just had to be put together. As I said, there was almost nothing going on! The staff in the issue were hopelessly overwhelmed. - Food was lukewarm to cold - an absolute disaster in terms of taste This is how you like to start the day! It's a shame about that 💰

I only give the branch 3 stars. This is not because of the food or the speed, but solely because of the cleanliness. The tables are rarely really so clean that you want to eat from them.

It takes so long that it no longer has anything to do with fast food. I'm more likely to grow a beard than eat a burger.

Waited 15 minutes for food at MC Drive. Burger was too salty.

I'm surprised that there are so many negative reviews here - and they aren't just a month old and yet nothing is being done about it in the restaurant!!! If it were my shop, I would definitely change something! Does the operator not care about this at all, or does no one feel addressed? Today we went out for ice cream again after a long time (about a year) - there was a Happy Meal for the child. I immediately regretted it after 5 minutes... 2 out of 4 order terminals defective (was like that 1 year ago, or still? The orders were not ready according to the order time - we waited 20 minutes (there were 4 orders in front of us who only placed their order after us) The thought of canceling the order immediately was in the room...The food: you probably have to love McDonald's, but we only eat ice cream, which will probably be stopped at some point, because every time the Mc Flurry is more expensive (now borderline) Now to the sanitary area: an absolute mess - it smells worse than a train station toilet - no soap - broken doors that cannot be locked (a handwritten note on a piece of paper) and the toilets - no words... the seating area near the toilets also stinks Urine - it really makes you want to sit down. Conclusion: this restaurant is an absolute disaster - it needs to be completely renovated!!! The staff must be trained and hygiene must be urgently observed and, above all, enforced!

Been there yesterday, diarrhea and vomiting today... The fries weren't done either

How can it be possible to wait forever despite ordering from the app and things are always missing from the order? Burgers, drinks and ice cream. It's annoying and apparently the MA's motivation isn't the best. Mistakes happen, but unfortunately there are discrepancies with almost every order. I will avoid this Mc in the future because I don't spend money for nothing on things that are missing. Improvement is urgently needed!!!

Totally overpriced, but unfortunately it tastes so good that you still go back again and again. A wrap was deducted from our order, which meant a bottomless loss of €5. Unfortunately, this happens often, so always check the order straight away

We went there yesterday for ice cream and were completely shocked. All tables and chairs, inside and outside, were super dirty. The garbage truck was completely overfilled and garbage was lying on the ground inside and outside. There was packaging waste of all kinds in the corners of the fence outside. It has to be said that it wasn't too busy so that the staff didn't have time for it. We were only there for a short time and quickly left.

Been here again after a long time and will continue to do so in the future. Dirty floor (you step on fries and cigarette butts), sticky seats, the coffee stains are still on the tables and there is hair on them, the dust from the last few weeks hangs from the ceiling and you don't even want to look under the tables! This restaurant resembles a typical rest stop toilet🤢! No soap or paper in the toilet! Absolutely dirty here! I can only pray that the kitchen doesn't look at least the same 😵‍💫

It is the last meal on offer here. Price performance absolutely no relation. Just a rip-off at the highest level. There are a lot of small snack bars where you get a lot more of a high quality for the same money.

Sufficient free parking spaces. Friendly and helpful staff. After placing my order and paying with the app, I was IMMEDIATELY provided with the goods I wanted. Overtaking is a lot of fun even without a car.

I ordered 1 takeaway menu. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for the 1 BigMac menu. This is not fast food...

Other McDonalds can do that better.

We use the terminal ordering process and table service. Yes, MC. Good toilets, fair prices, good coffee 😃 = break 😃

The cheeseburger was lukewarm and stale and not the first time and there was almost always a long wait at Mc Drive

It used to be very nice here and the staff was always nice. But since so many new employees have arrived here, things have become very negative. Sometimes you have to wait forever because it feels like two of the 10 employees in the store are actually working. You can only dare to pay in cash at the checkout if you have half the day to wait. Apart from the food, which is often cold (too long waiting times), the employees are sometimes overwhelmed or simply slow/disinterested in the customer. People rarely manage to wipe down the tables or empty the bins for the rubbish, even when there is little going on. More capable employees who step up their game even in stressful situations and don't fall asleep easily or are more careful would be a good thing for this restaurant

Good way to charge the electric car, eat and go to the toilet at the same time. The food was ready quickly and tasted okay. The ambience could be nicer, but it's okay

McDonald’s of horror. I've seen a lot, this store is the worst. I just wanted to have a cappuccino at McCafe. He waited forever until someone came. This person was then completely overwhelmed with the extra “oat milk”. A colleague came to help after what felt like an eternity. Everything again from the beginning. A card had to be obtained from a colleague beforehand. At some point the order was placed (I had already suspected a hidden camera here). Then I wanted to pay and paying with a card didn't work. OK. I said I'd get cash from the car. When I came back, there was no one left at the McCafe stand. One colleague waved a few times (that probably meant he was coming soon). But when after 5 minutes no one came, I left. By the way, the counter at McCafe was full of dirty dishes the entire time. Nobody is interested. McDonald’s of horror.

It would be nice if the tables were cleaned more often. It sticks and there are leftover food lying around

We always meet here at the end of a tournament. There's not much to say about McDonald's, you either love the chain or you don't.

Waited over 20 minutes for 4 burgers even though there wasn't much going on. But food tastes good.

It's sad that it's getting expensive here at mc. Some burgers have doubled in price since August. Jobs are being destroyed by disgusting ordering machines. I'm just saying ugh... rip off

The water ice is missing! It was always super tasty, but today the shock was that I arrived here with my family and ordered as normal. But no more water ice cream, the best was simply taken out. We drove a very long way here especially for this. Bring back the water ice cream or we will no longer be loyal customers and go to Kaufland to get frozen ice cream! But other than that it was pretty nice.

... every now and then to eat during the special weeks, there could be more order, there are a lot of different things on the floor/tables, bad for the first impression

Some of the food is over fried or raw if you want to get sick with salmonella then a good recommendation.

Generally, it's OK, but once they forgot to include my burger in my set.

McDonald's Freiberg you can only order at the terminal. Employees are annoyed when there are a lot of people there. I couldn't order anything. I left again and was very disappointed. I have to give stars otherwise you can't post, not recommended

Very cozy. It's very busy at lunchtime and in the evening with waiting times. But you can also have it delivered online.

It's always full and you can't redeem the online vouchers because there's no internet at the machines And I don't recommend the cola either because it tastes like water

Naja, selbst in der Not keine Option mehr. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht. Die Burger sind winzig, die Pommes geschmacklos und das alles recht teuer. Einziges Plus , superschnelles Essen.

Da die Kinder gern zu Mc Donalds gehen, ist man ab und zu mal dort. Man hat leider den Eindruck, dass der Laden den Bach runtergeht. Es ist egal wann man hingeht, die Tische, die Sitzbänke und der Fußboden sind immer dreckig. Die Tablettrückgabe ist immer überfüllt und wenn man was bestellt fehlt wirklich IMMER etwas.

Wir gehen nicht oft aber das Eis schmeckt uns immer wieder.

Wenn Mann null Sterne geben könnte würde ich es auch machen ich habe mir mit ein Kollege was bestellt und bei der Bestellung haben 2 burger gefehlt und das andere war Kalt und hat nach altem Fet geschmeckt ich habe insgesamt 45 Euro bezahlt und da kann man doch erwarten das man was für sein Geld bekommt und der Service lässt auch zu wünschen übrig im großen und ganzen ist das die schlechteste Filiale die ich kenne

Bei McDonalds oder auch bei anderen Fastfood Ketten muss man die Bewertungsart auch auf diese Branche anpassen. Somit ist diese Filiale in diesem Bereich ganz gut und somit gut über dem Durchschnitt

Mir gefällt, dass es einen Spielplatz für Kinder gibt. Dies bietet die Möglichkeit, in Ruhe zu essen. Ich wünschte, es gäbe immer Luftballons für Kinder. 😉

Ich kenne das MC Donalds seit Eröffnung Ende der 90ger Jahre und war eigentlich immer zufrieden. Ich komme nun sehr selten dorthin aber gerade wenn wir den Kind Mal eine Freude machen wollen holen wir auch gerne mindestens 2x in Jahr etwas. Aber aktuell gefällt es mir innen nicht so sehr. Das Ambiente wirkte verschmuddelt, sauber war es nicht gerade und auch das Personal wirkte nicht so professionell. Früher war es hier schöner. Vom MC Drive bekommt man das nicht mit, da ist es in Ordnung.

Sauberkeit hat die letzten Jahre total abgenommen.

Essen kommt schnell und auch immer alles dabei, allerdings sind die Toiletten sehr unhygienisch. Essen manchmal etwas kalt

10 Uhr und Rührei alle, etwas traurig. Toiletten nicht unbedingt sauber.

Mein Sohn war vorgestern Abend in der Filiale um für sich und einen Freund Essen zu holen. Leider bemerkte er zu Hause das ein Gericht fehlte. Ein kurzer Anruf genügte. Wir konnten es heute problemlos abholen. Vielen Dank an Frau Apelt und ihre netten Kollegen von heute.

Wir haben hier noch NIE gute Pommes bekommen. In keiner anderen Filiale in denen wir waren war die Qualität so schlecht. Drive In wird von Jahr zu Jahr langsamer letztens haben wir fast 20min gewartet. Wir fahren jetzt lieber nach Siebenlehn . Schmeckt besser und auch die Wartezeit ist um ein vielfaches kürzer.

Dieses Restaurant war früher mal besser, seit den Umbauten wurde es von Zeit zu Zeit schlimmer und das Personal unfreundlichen. Das Essen sieht meistens aus wie Lustlos zusammengeschustert und preis Leistung stimmt da seit Jahren nicht mehr.... Schade

The food was as expected, the staff were super nice. However, all the tables were dirty. The restrooms, however were okay.

Also wir waren bei unseren Besuchen immer rundum zufrieden. Der Service funktioniert einwandfrei, habe ich was zu beanstanden, wurde mir immer geholfen und das fehlende nachgereicht. Nachdem zu urteilen was hier an negativen Kommentaren geschrieben wird, müsste man ja mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung heim gehen. Schaut man tiefgründiger diese Kommentare an und die Schreibweise, weiß man "Licht ist an im Oberstübchen, aber daheim ist keiner". Wir haben in diesem Restaurant noch keine Probleme gehabt und waren immer zufrieden. Hat alles super gepasst.

Das Essen ist okay und schnell zubereitet. Jeder sollte wissen was man bei McDonald‘s bekommt. An der Sauberkeit sollte jedoch gearbeitet werden. Die Tische/Stühle sind oftmals noch nicht wirklich sauber, hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Das Personal ist nett, jedoch wirkte es überfordert. Beim letzten Besuch wiesen wir auf fehlende Seife auf den Toiletten hin. Dies wurde nur mit Schulternzucken und nett Lächeln beantwortet.

Von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern bis zu schlecht gelaunten ist alles vertreten. Aber zum Glück überwiegen die Freundlichen.

Die Gerichte werden immer kleiner

Bestellterminal katastrophal, funktioniert schlecht langsam, lange Schlange, auf individuelle Wünsche kann nicht eingegangen Werden, gehen nur zu Menschen bestellen ,funktioniert besser und freundlicher sonst passt dauert manchmal etwas länger

Ich war einst Premiumkunde bei McDonald's Freiberg und habe das Restaurant beinahe im Alleingang zu Zeiten von Cor*** mit meinen häufigen Besuchen über Wasser gehalten. Aber Spaß beiseite: Ich bin längst nicht mehr so oft in dieser Filiale des schottischen Fastfood-Giganten. Insgesamt gefällt mir der großzügige Parkplatz, der Service, das Ambiente und natürlich der hervorragende Kaffee. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es jedoch von mir, da manchmal das Essen nur lauwarm ist - bei den nicht gerade günstigen Preisen von McDonald's ein absoluter Minuspunkt. Es kann zudem vorkommen, dass Produkte in vergünstigten Angeboten manchmal qualitative Mängel wie altbackene Burgerbrötchen oder Tomatenendscheiben aufweisen. Das ist ebenfalls nicht schön.

Eben schnellrestaurante, essen was nicht satt macht

Es ist über all dreckig, du kannst nirgendwo sitzen ohne das da essens reste sind oder sonst etwas da liegt. Krümmel oder auch irgendwelche soßen verschmiert. Außerdem dauert das essen länger als in anderen mc Donalds.
