If franchisees only cherry-pick the franchise, that's cheese. Reward vouchers don't work, but subs do, but only sometimes and you can never be sure - I don't want to play the lottery as to how much I'll pay for my meal. And if I pay the full price even though I was lured with discounts, I can also go to a real bar for a few euros more. Disappointing.
The food came quickly and tasted very good. However, once again extra ingredients that had been paid for were forgotten, when asked for a refund the only response was: “Unfortunately that’s the way it is, I can’t change it”, and that was it with an order there. :/
Today we ordered pizza for the team before Easter.
We have ordered from Alfredos many times and have mostly been very satisfied, but the quality and service tend to decline.
But today was really extreme:
First we stated (very, very timely, order was placed at 12 p.m.) that we would like to receive the delivery at 1:15 p.m. The driver arrived over half an hour later and without any information in advance. That's bad and a shame because we work in shifts and would have liked to have all had something to eat when we handed over our duties.
Then I asked that the pizzas please come already cut. This request was apparently too much and was wordlessly NOT implemented. The crowning achievement, however, was 1.5 completely burnt and inedible pizzas. These were really more black than anything else. They were simply foisted on us, we paid the full price and unfortunately only saw it when the driver had left. That was really a disgrace. You can't offer something like that to a customer.
Afterwards I called 40 times because I wanted to complain about it sensibly and personally and come to an agreement. Unfortunately no one answered the phone... a rogue who thinks evil.
We are really disappointed and our team will not be ordering from Alfredos again.
You guys have been offering the best pizza for a really long time. Now you are unreliable, always come late and no longer take special requests into account. Today was the crowning glory of all that.

I waited over 1.5 hours for my pizza. I asked to put a little cheese on my pizza because I don't tolerate it well and there was so much cheese on it that I couldn't even fathom the barely there tomato sauce.
Unfortunately, the dough on the pizza wasn't all the way through and was completely white on top, which is how it tasted. Really very very disappointing! This meant I could only eat half the pizza.
Our Easter visit to Taparazzi? Well, the reservation seemed more like a nice gesture on our part. Standing in front of a closed door was an unexpected surprise. Easter Sunday, restaurant closed – very well thought out. The spontaneous search for a restaurant afterwards was a real highlight. Who needs reliable promises? At least not us.
