Are always nice and super punctual

My first time at Freddy Fresh Pizza, and for €28.48, the quality wasn't convincing. The dough is too thick and more like bread dough than crispy pizza dough. The topping is acceptable, but I've had better toppings. Unfortunately, there were some misunderstandings. The staff are all young, very nice, and friendly, but unfortunately, they don't speak German. You can only point to the label and order. I pointed to the smaller package but got the largest one. Unfortunately, no one understood what I said. Nevertheless, it's a very inviting pizzeria. I'll be more careful next time.

We had pizza delivered, order paid, delivery driver, thumbs up, but unfortunately the pizza wasn't good at all, the base is so thin you can almost see through it and it's much too dry, so there's no taste, I was very disappointed, the price/performance ratio is not right at all.

Hello, we had a coupon today and ordered an extra garlic bread with garlic dip, but they only delivered two pizzas and the garlic dip, and the garlic bread wasn't even deducted. And then there were people on the phone who didn't speak German and couldn't understand us. And we gave up the garlic dip again and just ordered the two pizzas. And we took the Coke. I think that's a real shame. We were always very happy, but things have been a bit down lately.

The food came quickly and tasted very good. However, once again extra ingredients that had been paid for were forgotten, when asked for a refund the only response was: “Unfortunately that’s the way it is, I can’t change it”, and that was it with an order there. :/

I can only warmly recommend Freddy Fresh. Product range is large. From small portions to party sizes, just great. Constantly changing promotions that are tough. But the important thing is, it tastes really delicious. If something is missing and you fix it, we respond immediately and provide a replacement. Much better than the previous pizza place we had.

Bad, worse, the service in Halle! First bankruptcy: I ordered the finger food mix and other things and didn't get the full finger food mix or the two dips I ordered. After several phone calls, the south branch manager accused me of lying and then hung up. No compensation has been received to date. Hello, this is not about food or ambience. The topic is simply the clientele in front of the store in general. It doesn't work at all. No matter whether Subway l, casino or at your place. Loitering outside the customer entrance and smoking. Playing on the cell phone, etc. I'm talking about employees here, not guests. The bicycle pizza courier was also in the corner...well. We don't talk anymore. It just doesn't seem inviting if you just want to pick up pizza with your wife and children. Maybe as a boss you often drive by in the evening, especially on the weekend. Of course the pizzas were still delicious. Proud price but really tasty.

Essen kam nur noch lau warm an und war nicht vollständig bzw. es wurde was bestimmtes bestellt und einfach was anderes geliefert ohne Info/Anruf ! Außerdem wurde genau angegeben das man anrufen solle wenn man da ist und das wurde komplett ignoriert und einfach geklingelt.

Eigentlich bestelle ich immer gerne habe heute Mal Pizza Brötchen mit bestellt leider für mich kein Geschmack und die indisch heute auch nicht. War nicht immer so nur heute war ich unzufrieden. Dafür war die Fahrerin pünktlich und essen wie immer heiß.

Schnelle Lieferung, Essen war lecker und gut temperiert.

Preis-Leistung ist nicht in Ordnung. Personal unfreundlich, Lieferung ist ok.

Haben uns heute mal eine Hokkaido Bowl bestellt und waren echt enttäuscht. Die Paprika war null gegrillt, die Mango noch unreif war total sauer, Broccoli hatte ich 2 klitze kleine Stückchen, von den Teriyaki Chicken waren es vllt 4 Streifen drin. Aber das schlimmste war der Reis, der hat nach gar nichts geschmeckt, waren richtige Reisklumpen. Positiv war die schnelle Lieferung. Ich glaube es ist besser, wenn ihr bei eurer Pizza bleibt. Bowl werde ich definitiv nicht mehr bestellen.
