October 26, 2025: It was pizza time again. Delivered very quickly and delicious as always. Thank you. March 15, 2025: We treated ourselves again. Quick and delicious as always 👌🏻 January 4, 2025: We order from Freddy Fresh quite often and are generally very satisfied. 2022: I like Freddy Fresh and enjoy ordering from them. I find the pizzas aren't as greasy as those from many other providers. Burgers, salads, and pizza rolls have always been excellent so far. The service is also good. But unfortunately, the pizzas have been arriving in really bad condition lately. Aside from that, the delivery times in the app are almost never accurate. Back to the pizza... try explaining to a child that they can't eat the pizza right now and have to wait another hour for the new one... it's impossible... So they just keep it. Even if you quickly find a solution with the hotline, you should definitely talk to the drivers. It would be a real shame if one had to choose a different supplier because of such poor delivery.

One of those supply chains with mass-produced goods that nobody needs. They offer three pizza sizes, from 25 to 33 cm. The toppings seem more trendy than classic. The dough, on the other hand, is mediocre, and everything had a slightly oily/greasy aftertaste. You can probably find better frozen pizza at the Netto supermarket around the corner. To make up for it, though, the staff there were exceptionally friendly.

We had food delivered. The pizzas arrived on time and were delicious, with plenty of toppings and a light crust. We would order again anytime.

We ordered about 10 pizzas as a class. The delivery people couldn't find my address, so we had to search for them. We couldn't pay individually, so one person had to pay the €160 and collect the money from others. The receipt wasn't helpful; it only listed the total amount, so everyone had to figure out the price of their pizza. But after checking several times, we realized it cost more than the pizzas, but the receipt didn't say what the money was used for.

Everything was soggy and wet and tasted like cardboard. The chicken fries were the worst; they were completely soggy and tasted like nothing (I ate two fries). The pizza rolls were okay. This is the third time in a row I've had something like this. Never again.

Bilbao pasta is simply incredibly delicious, and I order it again and again. You can specify when you want to pick up the food on the website. What I find sad, however, is that you can no longer order through Lieferando :( It's also a shame that you have to have a minimum order value of €50 for delivery via the website, which isn't required in other cities and districts of Halle. I find a minimum order value of €50 too high and, in my opinion, very discouraging! I think changing it to €10 would be great and more appropriate. Otherwise, I think it's simply incredibly delicious, and the staff are very friendly, no matter where you are! Keep it up!

Freddy Fresh: Best pizza in Halle, best value for money! But unfortunately, they don't deliver everywhere in Halle (Lettin, for example), even for orders close to €100. What a shame.

This is the third time I've ordered a pizza doni from your Halle Ost branch. I really enjoyed the pizzas the first two times. Yesterday I ordered at 8:51 PM, and the pizza was terrible. There were too many onions and far too few other ingredients. It was more of an onion pizza, and I'm still very disappointed.

Damn delicious, and the pizza is delivered very warm. It's never been warm at the competition ;-). We'll definitely order again.

Apart from the fact that the food was, as always, very good, I was also very impressed today by the friendliness, calmness and helpfulness of the employee on the phone after my many questions about my wrong order. In the end, despite my wrong order, everything was the way I wanted it.

Ordered there on a Friday evening. The food delivered was almost cold, the pizzas were very weak and soft, and the burger was partially mushy. The supplier gave us two empty snack boxes that were probably intended for transport protection, what should we do with them? Complete waste.

Unfortunately, the holiday pizza is a complete failure. Last year it was really delicious but this year with the Bearnaise sauce it's just awesome.... . So I can't understand how you can change a pizza so badly. Unfortunately, that was the last holiday pizza we ordered from Freddy's.

Holiday roast pizza sounds strange, but it was always so delicious. Now it has Bearnaise sauce instead of gravy and the entire pizza only tastes like this sauce. 🥴 Please, please change it again!

The quality of the pizzas is too low for the price. Consistency shoe sole for over 10 euros.

Please do yourself and your customers a favor and hire German employees. When I ordered over the phone I could hardly understand the employee and apparently he also had problems understanding me. So the EC device was forgotten and only half the order was delivered

Great pizza, that's exactly what I want when I'm sitting on the sofa in the evening and feel like having a pizza. Better than any kebab pizza or other competition in the Halle East area. Absolute recommendation.

Ich habe online 2 Pizzen bestellt. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit rief ich nochmal an und meine Bestellung wurde leider storniert. Nach nochmaliger Bestellung kam von 2 bestellten Pizzen nur eine an. Seit langen der unfähigste Mitarbeiter (Michael) seitdem ich dort bestelle. Definitiv werde ich mir einen anderen Lieferanten suchen der seine Kunden besser betreut und nicht verhungern lässt.

Essen schmeckt, aber die Lieferzeit wird immer länger. Angegeben wurde 60minuten.Bestellt um 11:19.Um 13:19 wurde aktualisiert das der Fahrer unterwegs war, dieser kam dann auch ziemlich zügig. Wenn es länger dauert kann man erwarten das wenigstens bescheid gegeben wird aber nichts passiert. Keine Entschuldigung nichts. Sorry aber das ist nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich

Optisch ansprechend, jedoch kaum Soße und somit sehr trocken. Bei Preisen von 18 EUR im Schnitt pro Pizza, paßt Preis&Leistung nicht.

Bitte behaltet eure Qualität bei. Wir haben letztes Wochenende bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Bestellung kam zügig an. Die Pizzen waren Klasse, sowie auch der Salat. Bestellen gern wieder.

Freundliches Personal und die Pizzen 🍕 in gewohnter Qualität. Nichts zu meckern, weil es nichts zu meckern gibt. Weiter so!

Die Qualität lässt leider zunehmend nach. Wir bestellen eigentlich gerne alle 2 Wochen bei Freddy da es nicht die Standardpizzen sind die es überall gibt. Leider war nur 1 Lieferung der letzten 4 in Ordnung. 2mal ist wurden Zutaten vergessen wie das Pesto, 1mal waren die Pizzen nur noch lauwarm (wenn überhaupt). Zwar wurde fehlende Artikel nachgeliefert oder wie heute eine Pizza neu gebracht, aber das ist nicht der Sinn des ganzen. Ich hoffe es kommt bald wieder die gewohnte Qualität.

Habe als Patient vom Bergmannstrost hier bestellt. Bestellung war eine Vorbestellung für 20.15Uhr. Lieferung kam ca.10min früher an, was sehr positiv war, da der Hunger und Appetit doch schon groß war! ☺️ Die Pizza war reichlich belegt, alle gewünschten Extras waren drauf und geschmacklich absolut spitze! Werde sicher noch öfter hier bestellen! Preis/Leistung Top, Service Top! Kann nur Meine Empfehlung aussprechen! 👍

Zu dem Essen kann man leider nichts sagen weil es schon an der Bestellung gescheitert ist. Man hatte 2 mal angerufen und es auch lange klingeln lassen. Doch niemand ging ans Telefon. Naja auch nicht schlimm dann wird es eben was anderes.

Ich hatte 12 Pizzen online bestellt, der Fahrer Herr Pioch kam trotz Glatteis pünktlich und gut gelaunt, alle Pizzen waren heiß und sehr lecker. Vielen Dank dafür.

Supi hat alles geklappt und Pizza sowie Snacks war lecker.

Wir haben auf Arbeit Pizza, Burger, Onion-Rings und Chicken Stripes bestellt. Alles kam lauwarm bzw. fast kalt an, obwohl von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung gerade einmal 30 Minuten vergangen sind. Die Onion-Rings waren nur eine Teigmasse, die weder knusprig noch essbar waren. Ein Zwiebelring war da jedenfalls nicht drin, in keinem einzigen. Die Panade der Chicken Stripes war ebenfalls matschig und fettig. Das Patty vom Burger war hart, der Burger selbst komplett verrutscht und musste zusammengeschoben werden. Er war auch maximal lauwarm. Die Pizza sah nicht mal annähernd aus wie auf den Bildern. Selbst die billige TK-Pizza aus dem Supermarkt macht da optisch mehr her, vom Geschmack nicht mal angefangen. Auf telefonische Beschwerde wurde sehr zickig reagiert. Man habe die Speisen hier nach den Vorgaben zubereitet und der Fahrer ist auch direkt nach Fertigstellung der kompletten Lieferung losgefahren. Uns wurde kein Ersatz angeboten und auch keine Erstattung der Bezahlung. Die Mitarbeiterin meinte lediglich, eine erneute Lieferung würde genauso sein, wie wir sie jetzt erhalten haben. Wir können uns per E-Mail an den Chef wenden. Eine Lösung gab es nicht für uns. Wir sind nun immer noch hungrig auf Arbeit. WIR BESTELLEN JEDENFALLS NIE WIEDER DORT! Unfreundlich, unkompetent und ungenießbar. Mehr fällt mir nicht dazu ein.
