★★★★★ A real gem for sushi lovers! Edo Sushi is by far one of the best sushi restaurants I have ever visited. The quality of the ingredients is outstanding – everything is fresh, perfectly prepared and prepared with great attention to detail. Every bite is a small taste experience! The selection on the menu is varied - from classic maki and nigiri to creative special rolls that you can't find everywhere. I can particularly recommend the Edo Special Roll – an absolute delight! The service also deserves high praise: friendly, attentive and always with a smile. The ambience is modern but cozy - ideal for a relaxed dinner for two or with friends. In short: If you love sushi, you should definitely try Edo Sushi. I'll definitely be back!

After I tried in vain to get a table for three people at short notice in January, I reserved one for our wedding anniversary in April (we and our son). What can I say? We were all more than thrilled. First of all, we were informed in detail about the hygiene rules (because of the raw meat) and how everything works. The daily special was wild boar. We were there for 2.5 hours. We ate so well and had a wonderful evening. Unfortunately there was no room for dessert as we were all already so full. When something ran low, we were asked if we would like more. Very attentive staff. We will definitely come again, but with more people.

We first went there for a business lunch. The restaurant is very centrally located. And actually inconspicuous. But maybe that's the advantage. You have to know it. Very positively surprised. We were in the restaurant next door years ago, but I have to say everything is perfect here in the pastis Bistro. Price performance top! We were thrilled. 2x 3 course menu with different main courses.
