Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und die BBQ-Rippchen sind wirklich hervorragend – deswegen sind wir extra wiedergekommen. Schade nur, dass das Bier nicht kalt war. Ansonsten war alles superlecker und die Bedienung total freundlich. Ein absolutes Muss!

Top Inhaber geführtes Restaurant. Ich war auf Empfehlung meiner Kids dort. Was soll ich sagen, sowas Geniales habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das Essen Verdient 10 Sterne . Top Qualität der Speisen. Das Personal super Freundlich und locker. Nicht so Steif wie in manch anderen Restaurants. Es wird auf wünsche Eingegangen . Die Portionen den angepasst ( eine Begleitperson hat kein Magen mehr, daher kann diese Person nicht soviel essen). Die Chefin und Bedienungen bleiben auch gerne mal zu einem Persönlichen Plausch stehen.wir haben direkt im Anschluss schon fürs nächtemal einen Tisch reserviert. Unser Besuch im Lava BBQ war wirklich ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Schon beim Betreten merkt man sofort, dass hier mit viel Herz gearbeitet wird. Das familiengeführte Restaurant hat ein authentisches und gemütliches Ambiente, in dem man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Besonders die Idee mit dem Indoor-Grillen macht den Abend zu etwas Besonderem und sorgt für eine tolle gemeinsame Atmosphäre am Tisch. Wir hatten das All-you-can-eat-Angebot und waren begeistert von der Auswahl. Man kann sich unglaublich vielseitig bedienen und ausprobieren – von klassischen Fleischsorten bis hin zu exotischen Spezialitäten wie Känguru war alles dabei. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass hier nicht auf Masse statt Klasse gesetzt wird: Lieber etwas kleinere Portionen zum Nachnehmen, dafür aber durchweg frische und hochwertige Qualität. Genau so sollte es sein. Auch die Beilagen waren frisch, lecker und perfekt abgestimmt. Zu dritt hatten wir ständig einen gut belegten Grill und konnten uns entspannt durch die vielen verschiedenen Varianten probieren. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend – alle Bedienungen waren ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man merkt einfach, dass hier Wert auf gute Produkte, Gastfreundschaft und ein stimmiges Gesamterlebnis gelegt wird. Wir haben uns den ganzen Abend rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Waren jetzt schon zweimal hier essen was auch nicht das letzte mal sein wird. Die Inhaber sind super freundlich und erklären einem auch mit viel Freude und Witz das "all you can eat". Bisher habe ich es nie geschafft mir noch eine Portion nachzubestellen, da ich nach der ersten immer schon pappsatt bin, was sehr schade ist, da das essen super lecker ist.

Ich würde 6 Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Gehe regelmäßig zum Lava Grill und wurde noch nie in irgendeiner Weise enttäuscht. Das Fleisch ist sagenhaft zart und immer von höchster Qualität. Nachtisch ( falls noch passt ) mega lecker. Der Service ebenso perfekt, nie aufdringlich aber man muss auch nie lange warten, wenn man einen Wunsch hat. Apropos, die Wünsche wurden immer erfüllt. Hier fühlt man sich als Gast herzliche Willkommen, tolle Atmosphäre ( auch innerhalb des Teams ) und man wird bestens versorgt. Sogar der Chef persönlich kommt zu jedem Tisch und erkundigt sich, ob alles zur Zufriedenheit ist. Auch wenn der Lava Grill voll ist riecht man, oder die Kleidung nach einem Abend nicht unangenehm nach Rauch oder so etwas. Natürlich muss einem klar sein, dass eine Reservierung unumgänglich ist, was aber nur zeigt wie beliebt das Restaurant ist.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und schon das Konzept hat uns direkt überzeugt. Entsprechend gespannt waren wir – und wir wurden absolut nicht enttäuscht! Das Ambiente ist sehr entspannt und durch den Grill entsteht eine richtig gemütliche, angenehme Wärme. Der Besuch begann mit einem freundlichen Empfang, und am Platz wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt: sowohl die Speisekarte als auch der Ablauf des All-You-Can-Eat. Nachdem wir uns dafür entschieden hatten, bekamen wir eine verständliche Einweisung zur Nutzung der Utensilien. Das AYCE-Angebot ist definitiv seinen Preis wert. Die Qualität von Fleisch und Gemüse ist sehr hoch, und auch die servierten Salate waren richtig lecker. Besonders viel Spaß macht es, das Fleisch direkt am Tisch selbst zu grillen. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die Cocktails – hier gibt es eine große Auswahl an alkoholischen und alkoholfreien Varianten. Auch die Dessertkarte lässt keine Wünsche offen: von selbstgebackenem Brownie über heiße Himbeeren mit Eis bis hin zu klassischen Kugeln Eis. Für echtes Lagerfeuerfeeling gibt es sogar Marshmallows als Dessert. Auf jeden Fall hat dieser Besuch Wiederholungsbedarf. Für alle Grillliebhaber gilt: Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir waren heute Abend mit unseren Kindern (4 & 8 Jahre) dort essen. Haben vorher telefonisch reserviert und es wurde direkt liebevoll nachgefragt ob ein oder mehrere Kinderstühle gebraucht werden würden. Bei unserer Ankuft stand bereits ein Stuhl am Tisch bereit inkl. Kinderbesteck. Das Essen war super lecker und die liebe Familie ist einfach mit dem ganzen Herzen dabei. Wir kommen gerne wieder und werden auf jeden Fall nicht hungrig nach Hause gehen.

Wir waren heute Abend im Lava Grill in Saarlouis und sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist schön und gemütlich. Die Idee, auf dem Lavastein am Tisch selbst zu grillen, ist originell und macht Spaß. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Dabei aber nie aufdringlich. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Die Qualität des Fleisches war wirklich top. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Der Geräuschpegel war recht hoch. Gespräche mit schräg gegenüber sitzenden Tischpartnern waren teilweise schwierig.

We arrived at the restaurant full of anticipation – and were bitterly disappointed. The food was edible, but completely over-seasoned. The salt and pepper overwhelmed all flavor. For a restaurant that aspires to a certain standard, this is simply unacceptable. Even more serious, however, was the service. The owner was rude, condescending, and treated us with an attitude that is utterly inappropriate in the restaurant industry. You simply don't speak to paying customers like that. It seemed as if she wanted to lecture us rather than serve us. This evening was not only unpleasant but also disrespectful. Anyone who goes here should not expect hospitality. For me, it's clear: This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. A complete disappointment.

Yesterday, June 14, 2025, we tried Lava. I was absolutely thrilled. Six of us went out to dinner, four of whom had the BBQ, one had the ribs, and the last had a Tuscan pan. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Everything was beautifully presented, the service was great and very friendly, and the food was top-notch. Of course, you have to keep in mind that a grill at your table generates additional heat in the summer. All in all, a wonderful evening. Thanks for the great time, and see you soon 😉

After I tried in vain to get a table for three people at short notice in January, I reserved one for our wedding anniversary in April (we and our son). What can I say? We were all more than thrilled. First of all, we were informed in detail about the hygiene rules (because of the raw meat) and how everything works. The daily special was wild boar. We were there for 2.5 hours. We ate so well and had a wonderful evening. Unfortunately there was no room for dessert as we were all already so full. When something ran low, we were asked if we would like more. Very attentive staff. We will definitely come again, but with more people.

Even as a vegetarian, the barbecue event is really fun and I think it tastes delicious. The food was always replenished quickly, and we didn't lack anything. The atmosphere is great, and we felt very comfortable. For dessert, we had a delicious homemade brownie.

The ambience matches the concept, every table has its lava grill with an extractor hood. The meat is of very good quality, the vegetables are fresh and crunchy. The menu offers something to suit every palate. The restaurant is family run. The owners are always in contact with their guests which gives the whole thing a personal touch. Guests' wishes are taken into account so that you feel completely comfortable here. This is the second time we have been there and we will definitely come back.

Except for the pork, I didn't like the meat, and I don't think there was enough choice of vegetables. Grilling at the table is a lot of fun and cozy. The meat is well seasoned and there are many different delicious varieties. The service was very nice and attentive. In my opinion, value for money is also right for what you get :-)

The waiter explained to us very detailed about the recommended grilling method. Ther service is very quick and nice. People are all very nice. The meat is very tender! The side dishes were also very tasty.

It was very nice here. The food was top and the staff and service were very good. It's a shame that the smell from the toilet comes up, which then mixes with the smell of the food. You have to make sure that the doors at the bottom are closed. The ladies room was open all evening.
