Das war einfach ein unvergesslicher Abend ❤️ Das Restaurant ist unglaublich schön – die Atmosphäre, die Musik und das Interior schaffen ein echtes Gefühl von Wärme und Feierlichkeit. Wir saßen im zweiten Stock in einer wunderschönen gemütlichen Ecke, und dieser Ort wurde für unsere Familie zu etwas ganz Besonderem, denn genau hier wurde meiner Mutter ein Heiratsantrag gemacht 💍 Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team! Alle Kellnerinnen und Kellner waren aufmerksam, freundlich und unglaublich herzlich. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns eine wunderbare Kellnerin, die uns die Gerichte brachte, uns gratulierte und eine so warme Atmosphäre geschaffen hat. Auch die junge Frau an der Bar war unglaublich lieb und professionell. Wir hatten eine riesige Sushi-Boat bestellt – wirklich gigantisch 😍 Außerdem haben wir noch ein Sushi-Set für 55 Euro bestellt. Bevor die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, kam die Mitarbeiterin von der Bar extra zu uns und fragte vorsichtshalber nach, ob wir wirklich so viel bestellen möchten, da es manchmal zu Missverständnissen kommt. Das fanden wir unglaublich aufmerksam und süß. Während des gesamten Abends kam das Personal regelmäßig zu uns, ungefähr alle 20 Minuten, und fragte freundlich nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei und ob uns alles schmeckt. Benutzte Teller und Gläser wurden sofort weggeräumt, der Tisch wurde sauber gehalten – einfach perfekter Service. Am Anfang hatten wir wegen der unterschiedlichen Sprachen kleine Verständigungsprobleme, aber selbst dafür wurde sofort eine Lösung gefunden. Ein sehr freundlicher Kellner holte extra die junge Frau von der Bar dazu, damit sie uns alles übersetzen konnte. Wirklich alle haben sich Mühe gegeben, damit wir uns wohlfühlen. Das Essen war einfach fantastisch. Alle Sushi waren unglaublich lecker, und die Ente war absolut perfekt 😍 Die Cocktails waren ebenfalls himmlisch! Besonders der Mojito hat uns begeistert, und die Piña Colada war einfach traumhaft. Außerdem sahen die Cocktails wunderschön aus ✨ Sie haben uns sogar eine Vase für unsere Blumen gebracht, und in jedem einzelnen Detail hat man gespürt, wie viel Wert hier auf Gäste und Atmosphäre gelegt wird. Dieses Restaurant ist einfach himmlisch. Ich kann es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Und wenn mir jeden Tag ein Antrag gemacht würde, dann würde ich jeden einzelnen Tag genau dort verbringen ❤️

Wir wurden warm entfangen und an unseren Tisch geführt. Der Service bei den Getränken und Essen war tadellos und flott. Wünsche wurden anstandslos erfüllt. Das Essen war schön angerichtet, sehr geschmackvoll und ausreichend. Wir haben sogar noch mit nach Hause genommen da wir nicht alles geschafft haben. Das Ambiente passt zu den Restaurants unserer Zeit, modern und ohne Mängel. Einzig der Preis ist mir noch eine Erwähnung wert, Edo befindet sich doch iäeher im Hochpreissegment. Der Geschmack ist es aber allemal wert. Ich kann jeden Edo nur ans Herz legen.

Aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen sind wir mit einer hohen Erwartungshaltung eingetroffen. Waren aber sehr enttäuscht nach dem Besuch. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durchweg unfreundlich. Von der Begrüßung, über die Bewirtung, bis hin zu Verabschiedung, haben wir uns nicht willkommen und (wohl)gefühlt. Sushi Platte war jetzt für den Preis auch nicht der Knaller. Wenig Auswahl und von der Menge der einzelnen Sorten schlecht zum aufteilen. Werden nicht mehr dorthin essen gehen. Sehr schade.

Es ist eine ruhige, gemütliche Umgebung, in der man köstliches Essen genießen kann.

Alles in einem Essen war sehr gut, Preise Top!! Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe sind die Teller 😵‍💫 Viel zu grob und auch Schiefer finde ich schlimm! Man kann das Essen nicht vom Teller nehmen ohne ein lästiges Geräusch, es verursacht Gänsehsaut,,, BITTE ANDERES GESCHIRR wäre toll👋👍

Essen Top , aber der Service ist absolute Katastrophe seit neusten. Wir waren immer mit mehren Personen zum Essen da. Getränke anschub Fehlanzeige. Leider leider habt ihr schwer nachgelassen.

Sehr gut gegessen im Edo Sushi, Ramen Suppe, Sushi Platte für 2 und Dessert Feuer und Eis. Freundliches Personal, tolles Ambiente über 2,5 Etagen.

Sehr leckeres Essen und guter Service

Ich war letztens mit meiner Frau im Restaurant da, da es uns weiter empfohlen wurde. Das Essen kam relativ schnell an und war ziemlich lecker. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.Das Sushi war so gut wie erwartet und hat auch sehr frisch geschmeckt. Vorallem das Frittierte Sushi war eine Geschmacks Explodion im Mund. Sehr Lecker! Die 5 Sterne gehen für das Personal, vorallem für den Großen blonden jungen Mann! Sehr freundlich gewesen und hat uns auch gut bedient. Wir werden aufjedenfall in Zukunft öfters wiederkommen.

Das Sushi hat leider nicht ganz frisch geschmeckt, was schade war. Dafür war das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders der Mitarbeiter mit der Kappe war super – dafür auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne für den Service.

Ein überraschend hochwertig aufgemachtes Lokal. Freundlich und zuvorkommend, bietet das Lokal vor allem einige überraschende Spezialitäten an, dass auch ein exotischer Gaumen hier auf seine Freuden kommt. Das Sushi ist frisch, die Rollen - selbst bei Maki - groß und sättigend.

Hervorragendes Sushi. Bis jetzt mit Abstand das beste, was ich gegessen habe. Es war einfach alles perfekt. ich bin ja wirklich sehr kritisch, was Restaurantbesuche angeht, aber hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Vom Empfang bis zum Abschied alles perfekt. Kann man ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Es hätte vielleicht etwas wärmer sein können im Restaurant. Aber sonst alles bestens.

Ein rundherum tolles Erlebnis war unser Besuch in diesem Lokal. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service, Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und die Nachtische waren durchweg lecker. Wir haben unseren Besuch dort sehr genossen, es hat einfach alles gepasst!

The sushi was okay. Nothing extraordinary... but okay. Sushi for two people for €55... well! The service was excellent! The atmosphere was very pleasant. There was enough space between the tables to easily have a conversation.

Four stars for the very friendly staff. Our expectations were high and weren't met. The sushi was average and the cream soup bland. Visually appealing, but some of the combinations weren't well-balanced. The prices were steep for what you get. The restaurant is large and spread over two floors. Unfortunately, it was cold (drafty) and uncomfortable on the benches.

The nigiri rice wasn't well prepared, the fish lacked flavor, and the fusion sushi wasn't particularly good. The only positive point was the chicken skewers. The gyoza were probably frozen, had no chicken flavor, and were only lukewarm. The wait was quite long, even though the restaurant wasn't full. I wouldn't recommend it.

If you love authentic sushi, you can't go wrong with Edo Sushi. Highly recommended, in my opinion!👌

The two of us went to Edo Sushi on September 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM and immediately felt at home. Sushi and hot dishes, plus a small appetizer, the main course, and three drinks – a total of €56, a completely fair price. The menu is just right, and the service team is so warm and friendly – ​​you rarely experience that! 😊 The ambiance inside is bright, open, and inviting. The street outside is a bit noisy, but inside you can enjoy a relaxed evening. Just a stone's throw from us – we'll definitely be back!

We were in Saarlouis in December and visited Edo Sushi – an absolutely outstanding choice! The food was incredibly delicious, freshly prepared, and tasted amazing. We were particularly impressed by the wide variety of sushi options, served with great attention to detail. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. We can wholeheartedly recommend Edo Sushi – a true highlight for sushi lovers!

Unfortunately, the udon noodles were completely tasteless, as were the deep-fried sushi rolls with mango sauce. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't go back – especially considering the value for money. It's a shame. Compared to Huydo in Lisdorf, it's a world apart.

The food was very tasty. The selection is also diverse and everyone should find something, even if you don't feel like sushi. Unfortunately I have to complain about something about the service. The lady responsible for us was very nice and helpful and the food arrived quickly even after we ordered. However, nothing more was seen of her for a long time. In between, no one asked if we needed anything else. They were always quick to clear away, but if you still had everything, it was a little difficult to get something again. Won't stop me from going again, if you have the information you can stock up straight away or order straight away when clearing away.

This sushi restaurant is situated at the corner of the Main Street (Mezterstraße) just outside Saarlouis in the direction of Picard. Inside the restaurant is nicely decorated. We sat outside as it was a summer day. The restaurant was selected as the most favourite sushi restaurant in West of Germany. Although it was good but I find the sushis loaded with too much thick sauce and fried noodle toppings that distract the natural taste of sushis. The fried duck curry has a good portion of quality meat, though the curry is again thickened by the starch...adopted for the German taste. So, either one likes it thickened or more authentic without.

I was at Edo today (July 31, 23) with two friends and we thought it was good! The staff was very friendly with us and even said goodbye to us at the end at the end of the shift, which we found very thoughtful. 👍🏽 The food was delicious and very nicely prepared and the ambience is great, especially in Indoors! In fact, you could offer a little more variation on the menu, so that you can perhaps order not only 8 or 6 of the more unusual types of sushi, but perhaps 2 or 4 of each type, so that you can try things out a bit is still in a suitable price segment. I personally would like that and it's my only criticism. My soup and dessert were also successful. I think it's a bit unfair that some people give a 1-star rating because the staff wasn't that well-coordinated in the beginning. That may justify deducting a star, but it's not the worst rating you can give. That is also irrelevant! I think a restaurant should also have opportunities for development after you have expressed your criticism and here you deal with the criticism constructively and try to respond to it. It was so nice to spend my birthday there!! The food was so so good and the service was extremely nice and accommodating!! One waitress was really sweet 😭😭😭 Absolutely sweet!! The online reservation worked quickly and easily. Upon arrival there were plenty of free parking spaces available directly in front of the restaurant. The very positive first impression was rounded off by a friendly welcome and a great ambience. A very large and varied food and drink menu is also worth mentioning. After a short wait, the food and drinks were very tasty - you could taste the fresh ingredients. A very attentive, but not intrusive, and friendly service as well as the option to pay by card rounded off a very successful evening. Everything was great, I would love to come back! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Saarlouis I've been to so far - keep it up!

The prices are a bit high, but the sushi is very good. Unfortunately only frozen spring rolls are part of the menu.
