Sehr guter Service und eine herausragende Auswahl an Speisen. Beginnend bei einer feinen Auswahl an Vorspeisen, einer großartigen Varianz der verschiedenen und einzigartigen Pinsen und den verführerisch süßen Nachtisch Pinsen. Das Ambiente ist einfach bezaubernd. Die Urigkeit der Kasematten trifft auf eine stilvoll moderne Einrichtung, was Ruhe und Harmonie ausstrahlt.

Wir waren gestern dort wir kamen um 20uhr an und haben um 21.30uhr mal gefragt wo unser Essen bleibt. Darauf hin kam es 5 min später. Die Bedienung wusste oft nicht wo due Bestellungen hin kommen so wurden wir ständig gefragt ob wir zb wasser bestellt haben. Was wir nicht hatten auch fragen zum essen konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Wir werden nicht mehr hingehen. Das Essen jedoch hat geschmeckt.

War heute mit meinem Freund Hagen in Ensdorf auf der kirw!sahen das davys einen Stand dort hatte!war schon Recht spät!aber super nett bedient worden! alles Frisch gemacht!und war Mega lecker!nur zum empfehlen!

Das Davy's Pinsa ist wirklich super. Das Essen ist toll. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich.

Das war keine selbstgemachte Pinsa eher ein Fertigprodukt für den Preis geht das gar nicht.!! Preis Leistung 👎

Wir möchten auch ein Lob aussprechen an das ganze Team,das sich gut zusammen gefunden hat,....Ina und Michel am 2.1.2026 waren wir zum neuen Jahr wieder mal dort,großer Vorspeisenteller,Rotwein,hausgemachte Limonade,Hauptgang und Dessert. Danke an das nette Gespräch. Wir waren am am 31.Mai 2026 wieder dort.Die Bedienung Aleandro hat uns das Essen und die Getränke gebracht.....toller Kerl.......aus ihm wird bestimmt ein guter Journalist!

Servus, haben dort Sonntags spontan zu 5. reserviert und bei tollem Wetter draußen gegessen. Hatten den Oliven mix 2x für uns 5, 4x Pinsa sehr lecker, und 1x Pasta auch lecker und reichlich. Dazu ne Flasche Wein, und lecker Schorle. Tolle freundliche Bedienung, rin sehr gelungener Abend. Gerne wieder..

Leckeres Essen und toller Service

Sehr lange gewartet ehe eine Bedienung kam. Die Pinsa war sehr gut und ist zu empfehlen. Der Mista-Salat war matschig ohne System ausser 4 hochgestellten Chicorée-Blätter :-/, viel zu große Parmesan-Stücke auf zu kleinem Teller/ -er Schüssel...wie soll man das schneiden.

Sehr netter und guter Service in einem schönen Ambiente. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls stimmig. Das Restaurant ist auch gut besucht, man sollte reservieren.

Sehr leckeres Essen, aufmerksamer Service. Obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, bekamen wir in dem sehr gut besuchten Lokal einen Tisch.

Vermutlich die beste Pizza seit Langem. Sie war perfekt, mit einem schön knusprigen Boden. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Nachfüllen von Bier und Wein dauerte etwas.

Beste Pinsa weit und breit!! Man schmeckt die Qualität der verwendeten Produkte. Super kreative Kreationen und wirklich ein super Service! Liebe die Atmosphäre dort 😍

Sehr leckere Pinsa. Von mir Daumen hoch. Das Restaurant ist auch immer voll. Das spricht ja auch für sich. Reservierung ist hier empfehlenswert.

Die Pinsa war wirklich sehr lecker! 😍 Der Teig schön luftig und gleichzeitig knusprig, der Belag frisch und perfekt abgestimmt. Ich habe sogar zufälligerweise noch einen Tisch bekommen, obwohl es gut besucht war – das hat mich sehr gefreut. Das Team hat sich wirklich alle Mühe gegeben, damit ich zufrieden bin. Auch der Service war durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam. Absolut empfehlenswert – ich komme gerne wieder!

Richtig schöne Location. Super freundlicher Service die trotz jeder Menge Stress es richtig cool machen

Zwei Pinsas bestellt. In der einen befanden sich Haare, was irgendwann beim Essen festgestellt wurde. Eigentlich schon mehr als ekelhaft. Dies wurde sodann direkt reklamiert. Interessant daran war, dass genau das Stück wieder zurückkam, was reklamiert wurde. Lediglich nochmals aufgebacken und auch verbraten, was auf dem Bild schön zu erkennen ist. Frechheit. Man mag sich kaum vorstellen, wie es in der Küche aussehen mag und wie auch das Essen generell zubereitet wird. Resultat: Einfach nicht empfehlenswert und nur ekelhaft!

Sehr leckere Pinsa und auch die Nudeln sind Klasse. Immer wieder gerne!

Wirklich fantastische Pinas (ich habe die Sorte „Hercules“ probiert), guter Service, aber es wird ziemlich laut im Restaurant.

Essen und Getränke waren sehr lecker, hatten einen schönen Abend, was auch am tollen Service lag: danke Leon, du hast alles gegeben und für eine super Stimmung gesorgt!

Mega leckere Pinsa! Besonderes Lob an Leon, der eigentlich in der Küche arbeitet und uns trotzdem super nett bedient hat. Top Service! Wir hatten einen super lustigen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

Als Veganer hat man hier irgendwie immer die A-Karte gezogen... Obwohl man Käse abbestellt, muss man für den veganen Käse zusätzlich ordentlich zuzahlen (als ob der Burrata umsonst gewesen wäre). Davon sind aber gefühlt nur 10g auf der Pinsa überhaupt drauf, der wird wirklich sehr, sehr sparsam ausgegeben. Gleiches mit der veganen Nachtisch Pinsa. Für die vegane Schokocreme zahlt man extra, anschließend darf man die aber auf der Pinsa suchen gehen. Personal am Telefon und Fahrer sind freundlich.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Auf meiner vegetarischen Pinsa war etwas Fleisch gelandet, aber auf den Hinweis wurde freundlich reagiert und ich konnte entscheiden, ob ich eine neue Pinsa möchte oder ob es ausreicht, das Fleisch runter zu nehmen

The food is great, but there were recurring problems with the order. I didn't get my food until the first people had finished eating.

Yesterday was our first time eating at Davy's. The service was disastrous. While the drinks arrived relatively quickly, it then took about 20-25 minutes before we could place our food order. It then took another 45-60 minutes for our food to finally arrive at the table. One dish was also forgotten and had to be brought later. The pinsa was definitely not a culinary experience. It was completely oversalted, the artichokes were woody, and it was the worst meal we've had in a long time.

The chefs here are true artists.

We were really looking forward to this evening. It was my birthday, and I wanted to have a nice dinner with my husband. I called ahead to reserve a table for two. We would arrive between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. The lady on the phone said it was no problem at all for two people today, being a Wednesday. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 p.m., and the young lady at the reception told us we could get a table until 7:30 p.m., after which the table would be reserved. That's not okay for me! The young lady's announcement that the pizza would be served quickly was not exactly inviting. I don't want to spend my hard-earned money in a restaurant and be told how quickly I should eat my food. What a shame!

I stopped in spontaneously without a reservation. On this Tuesday evening, all the tables were taken. A seat was quickly arranged for me at the bar. It couldn't have been better. Directly in view of the waiters, who served the guests diligently and cheerfully. They regularly checked to see if anything was missing, without seeming forced or intrusive. My pinsa was incredibly delicious. The cutlery provided was a fairly sharp pizza cutter and fork. Perfect with the extra chili oil. No long wait, delicious food, and very friendly staff. The pinsa on offer can also be ordered "to go." Advance reservations are recommended.

It was my first time there, and I really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. I would happily go back.

The food was truly delicious and highly recommended. Unfortunately, we weren't satisfied with the service; we received little attention, and our requests were repeatedly forgotten. We would have happily eaten and drunk more if a round of drinks (a beer, a Coke, and a water) hadn't taken 30 minutes and we had to ask twice. Even a dessert menu didn't arrive, despite asking twice and waiting another 20 minutes. It's a shame, because the food and atmosphere are really good.

Delicious pinsa, good drinks, top-notch service. However, it's too loud and stuffy for me. I personally prefer sitting outside in the summer.

It's a comfy place for a talkative lunch or dinner. The food tastes great, it's not really low-cost though (i payed 14 € for the dish on the picture) - its like an expensive pizza with a special dough, but still worth it 😉

We had the food truck cater our wedding (about 60 people). The food was served as a buffet. We received excellent advice beforehand regarding the selection and the process. All guests were more than satisfied with the pasta dishes and noodle dishes. The only thing that could have been quicker was the refilling of pasta dishes, but it was fine. It also helped us get rid of our side dishes :) All in all, highly recommended and very reasonably priced 👍🏼

We got a table spontaneously without a reservation, but it seemed like luck. I would recommend making a reservation in advance. The prices are reasonable, depending on the toppings. Both of our pinsa were very tasty and filling. The food arrived quickly. The servers were also very courteous.

15-17€ for a pinsa. There's a bit of a wait, but the pinsa (≈pizza) are delicious ^^

👍Pros: Very friendly waiters. There wasn't enough space outside, so they let us start our meal inside and then showed us to free tables outside. 👎Cons: Loud music inside, impossible to talk to each other, long wait for our food, which I didn't like (after that, it's subjective; each to their own).

Great restaurant in the Kassematten district. The interior is beautifully and modernly decorated, and in the summer, you can also sit outside in a very comfortable atmosphere. The pinsen are made from organic wheat, rice, and soy flour and are a nice change from the "regular" pizza. The toppings are of excellent quality, and the selection of vegetarian dishes is also great. I think the slightly higher price is absolutely justified given the quality of the ingredients. We've even had them delivered to our home and weren't disappointed by the quality. Unfortunately, they don't deliver to our area as standard, which I find very unfortunate, as other delivery areas are at least as far away or even further away, but hey, you have to draw the line somewhere. All the better that they still manage to do it on request from time to time 🙏 I definitely recommend it.

The taste is truly different if you're usually only used to pizza. I highly recommend starting the evening with a selection of antipasti – it rounds off the experience perfectly. The staff and chefs are warm and attentive, and the ambiance in this vaulted cellar lends the whole place a very special flair. Tip: Be sure to make a reservation in advance – it's almost always fully booked!

We had a mojito that wasn't on the menu. It was a virgin strawberry mojito, which was recommended to us by the incredibly attentive and friendly waitress, Emre. Incredibly refreshing and incredibly delicious!! The young man at the pinsa station was also incredibly nice and made us a delicious appetizer pinsa (sorry, I forgot the name). The service and the staff are simply 10/10. Super friendly, super understanding, and super great! Thank you all✨

A truly successful visit to Davis Pinsa in Saarlouis! The service was very friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. The ambiance is modern and stylish – ideal for a relaxed evening. The highlight was definitely the food: The pinsa was outstanding – crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with fresh ingredients and great seasoning. You can taste the quality! The appetizer platter was also very tasty. Davis Pinsa is a bit above average in terms of price, but given the quality and the overall experience, it's definitely justified. We'd be happy to come back!

The pinsa was okay, but for €16.50, the price was a bit high. The insalata was green and stony from not washing, so I'll have to get new teeth. Unfortunately, the staff were only young and had very little experience. It's better at Bahnhofseck.

I ordered various pinsa and spaghetti carbonara. The carbonara was okay, but unfortunately just slightly above average, definitely a long way from Italia. The pinsa was very tasty, as you would expect here: crispy and filling. The ambiance inside is unusual and very fitting. The service was very friendly. The prices are just about right. All in all, I'm wavering between four and five stars, but unfortunately, I fell a little bit in love with the waitress... so five stars is definitely okay!

Last night, the Sascha Keller clique went to Davy's Pinsa in the Kasematten for the first time – and what can we say: it was a hit! From start to finish, everything was just perfect: super-friendly service, perfectly organized, and extremely fast – and all this with a packed house. The pinsa? A dream! Light, crispy, creatively topped, and top-notch in terms of taste. Our principle: everything in the middle, everyone can nibble on everything – and so everyone happily tried everything. Conclusion: There wasn't a single weak pinsa. Each one was a highlight! Davy's not only filled us up, but also made us happy. We'll definitely be back – hungry and in good company!

Very welcoming place, very friendly staff and impeccable service. Excellent typical Italian specialties will satisfy even the most demanding palates of adults and children. The pinsa was very tasty and the pasta was surprisingly good. Very well prepared and rich menu, reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

5 STARS are far too few! We had booked catering for a private event. The PINSA was on site in Freshly prepared food truck. The guests were completely thrilled. There was only praise! All in all a very successful event. The on-site team is super friendly and flexible in responding to individual requests. From planning, consultation to execution, super flexible and completely uncomplicated! All I can say is: again at any time! We're still thrilled! Still the best Pinsa in the region! But why no 5 stars from me? It was my reflection that evening. The store was very fully booked. ++ The best Pinsa in the region + Reasonable prices - Table next to the entrance to the toilet even though we had reserved 2 weeks before. Guests who arrived later got better tables. - Feeling like you're being "handled". - No proactive service (e.g. drinks were not served, empty drinks were immediately cleared away without asking if you wanted anything else) - Volume like in the train station hall - Waiters use rags that had fallen on the floor several times for the tables (but there are still paper coasters) - Side salad came much later after the main course -No knives and the pizza rollers need to be sharpened It was kind of like a toxic relationship. You go there even though you are treated badly. Because it has something you want?! In the long run, you'd better not let this happen to you!!! Am I coming back? Sorry, maybe I can't do it without you (the Pinsa)!

As always, it was a lovely evening at Davy’s Pinsa. Inviting, Italian loud and incredibly tasty. Ordered the Pinsa Aphrodite for the first time today. For all pistacchio fans: definitely try it. This is the next level of Pinsa!

The three of us had dinner during the week. First it took 45 minutes until the pins arrived. But to my disappointment, only 2 pins actually came. I immediately asked the waitress and she replied that she would come straight away. Well, what can I say 20 minutes later still no pinsa, my friends' one was already cold and I kept asking. Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time that the service was so bad. There is definitely room for improvement here. I will avoid this restaurant in the future.

Very tasty food. A bit noisy in the restaurant, but this cannot be avoided due to the construction of the casemates. But that's why it's a very nice atmosphere.

Waited over an hour for the food. When we ordered dessert and it came, our old dishes hadn't been cleared away yet. Place at the back in a dark corner.

The atmosphere under the vaults is cool. The Pinsa are really good and plentiful. The little Pinsa oil, salt and garlic that they serve while waiting are so good, that was really killer. The staff is super friendly. A waitress offered us a bowl of water for our dog. The 5 ball tiramisu is not that great, a little bland. They don't accept tips if you don't have change and you only pay by card which is a shame but too bad. Being French, we tried to ask for free tap water by saying "Tap water" but ultimately the communication was not so excellent and we were charged €5 for the bottle. There you go, kisses.

This was the second time we were there... the first time we got food for our child. Ours was simply completely forgotten and only brought to us 40 minutes later when we asked!!! So on the second visit today... Some people got their food, two meals were completely forgotten again!! Someone had to come to the table and ask us if we had ordered anything at all... that's absolutely not possible!!!

The team and the food are simply awesome. We have tried a wide variety of pins there and have never been disappointed. No matter whether on site or delivered. We were always well looked after. Every contact is positive and pleasant. Special requests are also taken into account. (Don't ring the bell because of sleeping newborn). Our order even included a sweet pinsa on the house as a little congratulations on starting a family 🥰. Thanks! 🙏
