Wir wohnen in Mettlach und waren in diesem Jahr dreimal hier. Empfang, Service, Essen - immer perfekt. Wir haben bewusst jedes Mal etwas anderes von der Karte bestellt und waren nie enttäuscht. Sehr empfehlenswert: Das Steak und die Scampis. Aber auch die Quiche Lorraine und die diversen Currygerichte brauchen keinen Vergleich zu scheuen. Wir sind uns einig: Das beste Restaurant im Umkreis - und da gibt es noch einige andere sehr gute.

Today we were looking for a place to eat after the treetop path. Google showed us this little inn. Travel time from the treetop path 3 minutes. Super nice inn. Great friendly service. Small menu but everything freshly prepared. The schnitzels were beaten and freshly breaded and had cream sauce with fresh champions, even the fries were made from fresh potatoes. First there was a greeting from the kitchen. And top price. I haven't eaten so well in a long time. A tip for everyone who visits the treetop path and wants to eat something delicious, fresh afterwards. We would be happy to come back when we are nearby.

7 euros to take for a small bowl 15x15 cm bowl. With a little meat and salad. Without bread, max 10 pieces of meat. Ridiculous. That was worth 4 euros at most. Were there often. That was the last time. Never again. Too bad. Now suddenly 6 fewer customers.

We were in the area again after many years and were, as before, very satisfied. Large pizzas, great dough, plenty of toppings. Friendly staff and (which is increasingly rare) dogs are welcome.
