Die besten Restaurants in Mainz

My family has enjoyed going there for many years and I can only recommend this restaurant. Just the day before yesterday I received an excellent turbot there. I have never seen such quality anywhere else in Mainz.

The Madiba Afrika in Mainz is one of our favorite restaurants. Whether you eat there in a cozy atmosphere or bring the food home well packaged and eat it there, it is always worth a visit. The food is really of the highest quality. And the price-performance ratio is also A1. I'm definitely a good eater, but the Ethiopian platter for 5 people would easily have fed 6-7 people. Always my pleasure.

The kebab was cold and the bread was hard. The bread was so hard that it felt like I'd gotten a kebab that someone else had ordered but never picked up. I also wanted my kebab spicy, which it wasn't!

Extremely friendly staff. Small selection of beers, but they are all great. And the schnitzel is delicious.

Nice little winter market on historic walls

It's nice to sit outside, but everything is very expensive and there's little to no choice if you don't want animal products.
