Unfortunately, one of the two pizzas was burnt and the second calzone wasn't particularly great either. Overall a disappointment and was different at some point. You could count on getting a decent pizza. I can only advise against it.

So let's get started. Positive: Delivery was there within 20 minutes instead of the planned 45 minutes, which was really great, although I'm sure that's because the pizzas are very flat. Negative: Pizza flat hardly any dough, more fat than anything else The other pizza hardly has any toppings on it. My pasta consists mainly of cheese. As a note, I asked you to use the tomatoes that were in the description as tomato sauce. Was also completely ignored and completely omitted. I also ordered tagliatelle and got a mix of tagliatelle and spaghetti noodles😂 On Lieferando you could select some extra ingredients that you couldn't select on the pizzeria site. The request to add this as a note was completely ignored. I put it so nicely. The pizzas were good but not perfect either. I hope this review is taken to heart and some things change.

I have ordered here many times and have always been quite satisfied. Delivery is almost always super fast and the food is there before the specified time. But today there was something wrong with it. First the delivery person couldn't find the house and then he became rude when I tried to explain to him that he might be one house away and where he had to go. Then instead of lots of lettuce, just throw the stub of the lettuce head into the salad and, last but not least, a hair in the food. All in all, not that great.

What is this? Busy place, mostly takeaway/delivery as there's no seating inside. Poor quality Pizza with stingy toppings.

Never again! Ordered via Wolt, delivery time was stated as 30 minutes. Called after 50 minutes because the food still wasn't there. The man on the phone then simply says that the order was only received 20 minutes ago (blatant lie, since Wolt gives information as soon as someone in the restaurant has viewed the order). There is no apology and instead he becomes rude and then says that it will take another 30 minutes. You also feel like you're being taken for a ride. I mean, even if Wolt had made a mistake, you have to take responsibility yourself first. In the end we waited over 90(!) minutes. The pizza was mediocre and dry at best

Absolutely not recommended, unpleasant service. The order was incomplete (lack of 1l coke for which I paid) after calling the pizzeria they hung up. As a big tiramisu fan, I'm perhaps a little more demanding, but I'm missing that certain something here. Nevertheless, Pizzeria Pronto is a permanent address for me when I want good food that is delivered easily. Highly recommended for anyone who values ​​quality, selection and reliability!

How do the good reviews come about here? I have never experienced anything so bad and disgusting. From the long delivery time to the service, it was an absolute failure. As soggy as the food was, everything ended up in the trash. In addition, the drink was forgotten. 50€ for nothing. It's a pity that it is not allowed to insert the video of the order. I ordered the Firenze Pizza with the following toppings: Salami, pepperoni salami, anchovies, capers, olives, and fresh peppers. It cost €9.00 for the normal 23cm size. Nice staff, but we wanted to order by phone first, where we were then asked to wait. After 5 minutes someone spoke to us, the call was dropped and when we called back (several times) no one answered. So we came by in person and ordered and waited on site. That took about 15 minutes, so okay. The atmosphere is rather small and cluttered, so eating there would not be an option. Still very tasty food! Recommended for the food.

Well, I can’t wait to experience Pizza Pronto again – said no one ever! I had the "pleasure" of ordering from this pizzeria yesterday. The delivery was so quick that I barely had time to prepare for the tasteless feast that awaited me. The pizza, if you can call it that, was so thin that I thought it had gotten lost in the box and spilled on the way. But wait, it gets even better! One of the pizzas was so salty that I feared my tongue would spontaneously dissolve. The oversalted pizza was a real boon to my sodium intake - forget the ocean, my palate is now a new source of salt water. The other pizza, however, had a hint of spoilage. I've always been a fan of culinary experimentation, but this really took it to the next level! I mean, who needs fresh ingredients when you can have a pizza so bold that it refuses to follow the conventions of "good taste"? Oh yeah, and thanks for the stomachache afterwards, it was the perfect ending to this gastronomic nightmare. Kind of like the fireworks at the end of a really bad movie - memorable, but definitely not in a good way. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to put their sense of taste to the test and at the same time have a penchant for unexpected diarrhea.

Schon öfters hier bestellt. Pizza und Pasta kommen warm und schmecken auch gut. Vorallem das Tiramisu ist sehr lecker und wird jedes mal mitbestellt. Lieferung ist sehr schnell und läuft meistens problemlos ab.

Die Pizza hat uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, ich kann die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht vollvollziehen.

Schlechteste Pizza, die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Viel zu dünner Teig, viel zu viel Käse. Einfach schlechte Qualität. Die guten Bewertungen wundern mich sehr.
