I would like to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at a Japanese restaurant. The first impression upon entering was very negative: the restaurant was visibly dirty, with used dishes on the tables and poor cleanliness. The service was extremely slow and disorganized, even simple orders took forever.
The worst thing, however, was the food. When it finally arrived, the fish was in terrible condition - with a very strong, spoiled taste that made the entire meal inedible. We paid €70 for a disappointing experience, miserable food and an unpleasant atmosphere.
I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

The restaurant offers Italian cuisine, which I am a fan of. It is true that it is Germanized Italian cuisine, but it is still very tasty. In total, I tried 4-5 dishes from the menu and none of them disappointed me. Everything is complemented by the family and intimate atmosphere of this place. I will definitely come back here again 😉

The ordering of drinks and subsequent food was completed quickly, and the delivery of drinks and later the food delivery also took place within a reasonable time, and that with a number of people at the table of 12 people.
But if a guest notices an obvious defect in a dish and communicates this to the service staff, then it cannot be the case that they get so angry with a loud Italian spirit that they then bring the guests the ham from which the dish was prepared would have been. At our table, several people noticed this deficiency in the food.
In my opinion, it definitely has nothing to do with professionalism. Hopefully other guests noticed. It's not possible to behave like that in front of customers.

Dude that's best restaurant there is. Huge portions, cheap and very tasty. Young lady Is very friendly and human. If you are looking for a good food, go there and support them. Also for english speakers - they will understand you.
