A "real pub" that everyone wants, but unfortunately it doesn't exist very often anymore. Today it's another evening with live music and a fantastic atmosphere! The owner family, who put their heart and soul and full commitment into their work, should not go unmentioned. Always worth a visit!

Very disappointed... We would have liked to have celebrated a nice birthday with 12 people. Service and kitchen overwhelmed. Despite enough staff. Food was served cold and didn't taste very good. Orders were delivered incorrectly. Some guests had to wait until the others were almost finished. No apology, food slammed on the table in an unfriendly way. Requests for a small plate for a child were ignored, and in the end, mayo and ketchup were put down from the serving plate and given to the little one in an unfriendly manner. Drinks were not taken or forgotten. There was no response to our feedback. So what was actually a lovely evening was ruined for us. We won't be coming back.

Such a great evening! Really good food with an all you can eat buffet ☺️. Making the orders via a pad was also really great. Service was super friendly and the drinks were really good too. I'll definitely come more often.

Negative: According to Lieferando, food was supposed to come in about 30 minutes, but it only came after about 75 minutes. Why isn't a longer delivery time stated? In addition, the food was only lukewarm. But I can't understand the last comments about the quality of the food. The food was very tasty and the quality and quantity was very good. Nevertheless, 2 points deducted because of the two negative aspects.

I haven't seen anywhere that the man has to pay extra money for the sauce for the noodle box.

An employee in a white T-shirt treated us and other guests in a more than unfriendly way today. He yelled at us, even though there were small children, and became abusive. We'll file a complaint, that's not possible!

On Saturday we ordered a Minecraft menu with a burger without cheese (lactose intolerance) to take away. When we got home we discovered that the burger was made with cheese. After two attempts to call, I reached the manager of the branch and she apologized and asked me to come by again and we got a menu for free. After consulting with her, I went there today 2 days later and received a complete menu as compensation without any problems, as promised. This is how service should be done and how you retain your customers. We like driving the route from Lennep to Ronsdorf because the MC is always friendly, clean and accommodating. The complete opposite of the Remscheid finale. The taste is just MC quality, but still better than in other MC branches ;)
