Have eaten here many times and always enjoy it.
Update: New owner and still great! Sushi is now available too! It has been remodeled, the ambience is fine for a lunch/snack, but it is not a restaurant atmosphere as the kitchen remains open.
💥 1-for the first expression, there is no second chance when ordering pizza if you don't imagine it, that's no goo, I had to check whether I was in the right place with them.
2-if I have decided on a pizza, there is no need to persuade others or expensive ones.
3- Despite a long wait, when the pizza was taken to eat, it smelled of smoke and smoke, so the pizza base was almost 60-70 dark and burnt. Because it was very hot...⚠️ That's why I advise everyone not to order here.... 🔸️ or they work according to their mood and desire, and I was unlucky!?

Unfortunately, very disappointing customer service.
We have been waiting for our furniture for almost seven months now – the original delivery time was promised within three months. There is no proactive communication from the company; appointments are only made after our repeated requests. Furthermore, we receive contradictory information from various employees, which gives the impression of a lack of internal coordination.
It is particularly disappointing that no one seems to feel responsible for our concerns – and this despite an order value in the nearly five-figure range. Furthermore, complaints are sometimes responded to in a tone that is not very customer-oriented. We have rarely experienced such a level of customer unfriendliness.
The Drusushof offers several different beers on tap (Helles, Alt, Pils, Kölsch and others), as well as many other bottled beers, which alone make the visit worth it. The food is also great: I ate the best "Himmel un Ääd" in the entire Lower Rhine here so far. The Art Nouveau atmosphere is also unique - a really great place. The service could be a bit more attentive.
We ordered food online today, despite asking after a 1.5 hour wait, by phone saying it would be there in 2 minutes, the food arrived two hours later. No one could be reached by phone when we asked for the second time after more than an hour. Hence the one star for the service. By the way, the distance from Kitty chai to us would have been 10 minutes by car. Since we had visitors, we couldn't pick it up ourselves. Too bad!
The food was so delicious, I have never experienced it so delicious, the service is also super nice and sweet, the suggestions are bomb and the soups are very tasty! The duck is really great! Not too fatty and tasty meat. More attention is paid to quality here!
By far, the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The bread was rock hard, as if it had been left on the stove yesterday, just like the meat. The meat was too salty and disgusting, as if it had been left on for a few days. The kebab also cost €8.50, which was very bad. Never again. Only tea was good.
