Francy Food Service in Neuss

Wir waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Zuccinipuffer waren keine Puffer sondern sahen aus wie Frikadellen.....Geschmack eher lasch....Tzatziki für den Preis wenig und nicht mit frischem Knoblauch zubereitet......Grillteller.....die Konsistenz des Fleischspiess wabbelig.......der Beilagensalat 3 Tomatenscheiben und und ein paar Schnipsel Kraut.....alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

My sweet potato fries were soggy and tasted artificial. Delivery was 20 minutes late… In the future, I'll spend €1 more on my food and go to McDonald's for a McSmart meal instead.

Really disappointed for the first time. Ordered yesterday and had it delivered. A delivery time of around 45 minutes has become a good 90 minutes. Among other things, I ordered 2 shish kebabs, but they were no longer the delicious, buttery, bite-sized pieces stuck on skewers, but pieces at least three times as large, which were cooked through but had a very firm consistency and could therefore only be eaten with a knife and fork. Instead of shish kebab, you could have used a pork steak. The onion slices between the meat were also unusually thick, some of them really thick pieces. Anna's Shaschik's have always been one of the best for me, buttery soft and falling apart in the mouth, but unfortunately the last ones really ruined my appetite. Hope you get back to the usual quality when it comes to shish kebab.

Super friendly staff, fast service. Pizza nice and thin and crispy. I personally found the ambience outside okay, but not appealing from the outside (i.e. from the front). The food and service are definitely much better than the outside suggests. Gladly again :)

A true institution, it's not often seen as a "good German chip shop" these days! For decades, the homemade food has consistently been of excellent quality!
