We recently visited the Höffner furniture store in Neuss, and unfortunately, our visit was disappointing. We had described our ideas for a couch very precisely, but the advice was almost nonexistent. We were only shown a model for over €4,000 that didn't match our specifications at all. Overall, the employees seemed uninterested in finding a suitable solution. Even when we asked about the price of a lantern, they simply told us to check it ourselves using the scanner. For a furniture store of this size, we had hoped for significantly more service and customer focus.

If it were solely about the advice and sales, I would give it 5 stars. But then, unfortunately, the delivery disaster struck. I don't want to go into further detail here, as I already explained the entire situation to Höffner over the phone and after two weeks, I still haven't received a response. One star is definitely too many. @Höffner: Please save the copy-paste reply asking which email address to contact. Update: I wrote to Höffner at the email address provided (see below) and received a timely response. This was the only very good contact I had regarding my complaint, and the employee was very committed to finding a solution and was very interested in customer satisfaction. A solution was found, and my frustration has subsided somewhat. Nevertheless, I wouldn't order anything from Höffner that requires delivery again.

EVEN WORSE THAN BAD!! DO NOT ORDER!!! Please read this. Don't order any kitchens from here. We ordered ours back in December 2024, it was installed in May, and now it's the end of August, and the kitchen is still not finished. Incompetent! Now it's mid-October, and we haven't made any progress. Höffner is even more rude than ever; they simply won't get in touch. We had our third repair appointment; the glass pane was supposed to be installed here, and the poor fitters were left with a pane that hadn't been worked on; they simply didn't cut out the openings for the socket. Just remember, they sent someone over specifically to measure it. Every appointment simply takes up a lot of time and stress. And the kitchen is still not finished. By the way, Höffner sent us a €50 voucher. The whole matter is now being handled by a lawyer. I just wanted to warn you. Stay away from that store.

The couch I ordered on October 15, 2024 was FINALLY supposed to arrive today. The fitters/delivery men drove through the housing estate without stopping and then left again, and when I asked them on the phone, they were disrespectful. 15 minutes earlier, they asked if there was room for a 7.5-ton truck. It was there; there were three parking spaces free. Then they arrived with a 12-ton truck, which we watched from the balcony. There was never any mention of us having to apply for a parking ban for a 12-ton truck! In general, we were never told that we had to apply for this! We only have local traffic, so in the worst case scenario, they could have parked on the street! Actually, not worth a single star!

Shopping at Höffner was very good. The purchased goods met expectations. For that, they give it 4 stars. Now comes the big but: The delivery was scheduled for between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the delivery day. That in itself is an incomprehensible announcement for 4 chairs, but to then show up half an hour late is the height of impudence. Furthermore, they refused to take the 4 empty boxes. For this poor service, I give them zero stars and no tip! For the overall service, I give them 2 stars. It's great that they at least responded to my review, but I won't be visiting them again to buy anything, even if they want me to. After all, there are enough furniture retailers nearby with whom I've had very good experiences, including with delivery. Please improve your service anyway. After 3 months, the fabric of the armrests of the chairs I purchased showed clear signs of wear. Since I've been using similar chairs in my kitchen for over three years and they show no wear and tear, neither in the fabric nor in the color, I filed a complaint and changed the purchase contract. I was surprised at how smoothly it went. I picked up the chairs, and 10 days later, the money was in my account. I'm increasing my rating by one star for this transaction.

The Höffner furniture store in Neuss is tidy and has a wide variety of products. Unfortunately, the delivery service isn't great. I had to wait over three months for my bed, and then they wouldn't assemble it, even though I ordered and paid for it. The wardrobe had broken doors, and it took weeks for the problem to be fixed. Contacting them about defects isn't great either; you're on hold forever. Even a small voucher doesn't help. If you're claiming furniture that you brought with you, you can only do it in the furniture store. The question "did you bring the wardrobe with you?" is a joke. The 10% discount on the claim is just as ridiculous; it's already spent on repair materials and gas. But luckily, there are other furniture stores.

In preparation for our move in October, we selected a very nice couch that was custom-made for us and was to be delivered to Höffner by the manufacturer starting October 6th. The anticipation was immense! At the end of September, I received information from Höffner that the couch would be arriving in their warehouse in a few days and that I should arrange a delivery date. Online selection wasn't possible, but a callback service was available, for which I left my number. The callback didn't come, but I called again at the beginning of October. I was then informed that the couch could not be delivered until the end of October, and even a further attempt to check for an earlier date was unsuccessful. In various written disputes, they always referred to the fact that everything was correct within the scope of the contract and that the date had been agreed upon. There can be no question of an agreement, because the date was simply the next available one. So now I'm waiting for my couch because Höffner was unable to coordinate their schedules. If I had known about the delivery difficulties in logistics in advance, everything would have been fine, but as it was, I relied on the promise of delivery starting October 6th and am very disappointed. As already mentioned, Höffner's logistics, which in my opinion is not very customer-oriented, refers to the statement that everything is correct within the scope of the purchase contract. The negative experience for me as a customer, which had previously been so excellent in terms of advice and sales, remains. It's a shame that a satisfied customer is apparently not the focus.

Absolute disappointment. The seller was absolutely nice and great, so I bought an expensive bed. The contract stated that the delivery time was 12 weeks. It's later in the warehouse, and after the goods arrive in stock, the earliest delivery date is one month later! Absolutely not recommended. Stay away from Höffner furniture. Update on the delivery date: Absolutely terrible here too. The colleague who makes appointments doesn't want to help. No one feels responsible for any questions. I will never shop here again and strongly advise everyone not to buy from here!

Disappointing – incorrect delivery, endless complaints, and unreliable customer service I ordered a couch from Höffner Furniture on May 12th, which was delivered on July 20th – but with a broken bed base and noticeable tears in the fabric cover. I submitted the complaint in writing and by phone, including photos for documentation. On September 12th, when I scheduled an appointment, I was informed that the wrong replacement part had been ordered. This meant I had to complain again and wait another four weeks for a new appointment. In addition, the supplier, Bobb, originally offered us a discount, which Höffner never passed on to us. Due to this oversight, only the bed base was ordered, instead of the entire sofa half, as clearly stated in the order confirmation. Today – after two lost vacation days, which I had to take specifically for the replacement – the assembly service showed up again with a completely wrong part (a topper!), which had nothing to do with the complaint. I've been waiting for a perfect couch since July 30th – despite the high price, to no avail. Customer service has been unavailable by phone for five hours. All in all, a complete nuisance: faulty delivery, poor communication, and unreliable follow-up.

Hello, Since I haven't purchased and received the kitchen yet, I can't give any feedback on the kitchen itself. The consultation was great; the employee was very friendly, competent, and creative, which I really liked. I did have a certain idea of what my future kitchen would look like, but I was lacking some knowledge regarding its feasibility. The employee was able to answer all my questions and helped me plan my wishes within the realm of what was feasible. Since I'm still waiting for a notary appointment for the apartment purchase (the kitchen will be needed for this), I haven't signed a purchase agreement yet. Subterranean, one star is still too many! Bought a couch at the Neuss branch at the beginning of April 2025. The salesperson told us that Höffner would contact us by phone after 7-9 weeks to arrange a delivery date. In the 10th week, we proactively called the branch and inquired about the status. The lady on the phone told us that the couch was ready for delivery. When we asked why Höffner hadn't contacted us about this yet, they snippily replied that they didn't have time. During this phone call, a delivery date was agreed for 4 weeks later between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. On the said day, the fitters were supposed to call us 30 minutes before their arrival. This call never took place. When the fitters arrived, they made excuses. This meant that one of our stair gates couldn't be removed beforehand. In order to do this for us (which took about 4 minutes), the fitters said they didn't have time because they had two other customer appointments. We then wrote an email to Höffner, described the incident and asked them to get back to us as soon as possible. 1.5 weeks later, this still hadn't happened. So we drove back to the Neuss branch to speak to customer service in person. We were promised another delivery date, again 4 weeks later. Again, on the day of delivery, delivery was between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. That day, we received a call from a fitter at around 4:30 p.m. and told us that our couch had been delivered to another customer. In the days that followed, we called Höffner every day. None of the employees could tell us what was happening with our couch. It should also be mentioned that we were not treated particularly politely on the phone. Another 1.5 weeks later, we went back to the Neuss branch, where we learned that our couch was still with the other customer. After all this, we withdrew the contract. Since the responsible manager was supposedly on vacation, it took another three weeks and several phone calls before we received our deposit back. To this day, no one from Höffner has apologized. So: two days of vacation wasted for missed deliveries + two one-hour car journeys + emotional distress!! Never again Höffner!

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. When we purchased the car, we weren't informed that we had to arrange our own charging parking, even though we'd let them know we lived downtown. There was no support whatsoever, and no one showed up on the agreed-upon delivery date. The sad thing is: the customer service team hung up in the middle of the conversation, without offering any opportunity to work together to find a solution. As a customer, it seems they don't really take you seriously. It's a real shame.

I used this store for business purposes and noticed the following: access to the product you're looking for is very quick, and the IT system seems reliable. It took us just under 15 minutes to order and pay for the product. That's extremely fast compared to other furniture stores. I've never experienced such quick access to the product in any other furniture store before. Now the fly in the ointment...we had to wait for the items at the checkout...so, unlike at IKEA, you can't load the items yourself. And that took time...and the information system, via a solitary screen, wasn't transparent and therefore difficult for customers to understand...very annoying...and sometimes even made customers aggressive. CONCLUSION: When it comes to sales, optimization is used, but when it comes to checkout, the exact opposite happens. This is unacceptable for the customer!!!

In July 2024, I ordered a kitchen from here, which was finally completed ten months later. The planning consultation was generally satisfactory – provided you think for yourself a little. The initial delivery in October was plagued by the "usual" planning errors: a high-voltage cable that was too short, an incorrectly measured countertop, and missing wall mountings for the upper cabinets. I only learned that the original kitchen planner was out on long-term sick leave after several attempts to contact the planner failed. I would have expected customers to be proactively informed and seamlessly transferred to a replacement. The necessary corrections to the kitchen plan were subsequently ignored by the replacement for weeks, only processed upon repeated requests, and billed additionally at a flat rate of labor hours (which were ultimately not needed but were billed nonetheless). There was no sign of goodwill here, despite multiple changes of planner, extremely long waiting times, and necessary rescheduling. I can only strongly recommend insisting on fixed delivery deadlines or, ideally, having the kitchen planning done elsewhere.

Dear Sir or Madam, Today, September 9, 2025, an extremely unpleasant incident occurred with employees of your company in front of my driveway. The employees blocked my driveway with their vehicle. Since I was on my way to work, I politely asked them to pull over a bit so I could exit. My only response was that "it wouldn't take long." Despite this, the driveway remained blocked. When I politely asked the employees again to clear the driveway for a moment, I was addressed in a very rude tone. One employee aggressively told me, "We work here too," and verbally attacked me. This behavior was not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful and unacceptable in any way. This behavior significantly damages the reputation of your company and must not be repeated. I have documented the incident and attached relevant pictures. I expect a timely statement from you and a clear apology for this behavior. Please also let me know what measures you are taking to ensure that such an incident does not occur again in the future.

Rating: 0:4 Hello, First of all, I would like to clarify that my review refers exclusively to the "Planning, Purchase, and Delivery" department of my kitchen at Möbel Höffner in Neuss and does not apply to the entire Möbel Höffner company. Before I purchased the kitchen, approximately 70% of my furniture already came from this company. Since I was satisfied, I returned. In September 2025, it will be one year since I completed the planning and signed the contract for the family kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen has not been fully delivered to date. I would like to emphasize that these are not tiny, irrelevant parts. For future customers: Please be aware that certain parts, such as the granite countertop, are outsourced, and this can significantly delay scheduling and delivery. I recommend contacting consumer protection before signing to avoid the same situation. I recently read the online reviews and was pleased to see that Höffner always responds and warmly recommends escalating the problem via email. Dear Höffner, I hereby confirm that I have sent emails and called extremely frequently—so much so that the telephone network was almost as overloaded as during the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962—unfortunately without result. Perhaps I made a mistake and should have gone in person, inquired, and responded in a rude manner. Unfortunately, my upbringing, my college degree, and my decency prevented me from doing so. I ultimately referred the case to a law firm, which accepted my case. At my next appointment with the family lawyer, I will ask if I am legally permitted to publicly publicize the case on the radio, in the newspaper, or through paid individuals distributing flyers. They have a large selection of modern furniture and home accessories, so there's truly something for every taste. I've always enjoyed shopping at Höffner. Three months ago I bought a wall unit (which wasn't cheap) and two days ago I had it lifted, unfortunately part of it fell. I was on the phone for what felt like two hours and there wasn't a correct answer 🤔🤔 only I was directed to someone else the whole time 😳 so I'm really disappointed 🙁 I'd have to take a day off for the delivery date 🙈🙈🙈 it's all a mistake on my part 🙁🙁

Wir waren bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Zuccinipuffer waren keine Puffer sondern sahen aus wie Frikadellen.....Geschmack eher lasch....Tzatziki für den Preis wenig und nicht mit frischem Knoblauch zubereitet......Grillteller.....die Konsistenz des Fleischspiess wabbelig.......der Beilagensalat 3 Tomatenscheiben und und ein paar Schnipsel Kraut.....alles in allem sehr enttäuschend.

Very tasty food, attentive staff, and a small but varied menu so everyone can find something they like. The currywurst was especially delicious :)

I've ordered three times now, both for corporate events and privately. The pizza tastes really good and the price is absolutely reasonable! The pizzas are generously topped. Delivery was fast, and the service was very friendly!

💥 1-First of all, there's no second chance when ordering pizza if you don't introduce yourself. That's a no-go. I had to ask if I was in the right place. 2-If I've decided on a pizza, there's no need to persuade them to order another or more expensive one. 3- Despite a long wait, when I took the pizza to eat, it smelled of smoke and fumes. The pizza base was almost 60-70 degrees Celsius and burnt. Because they had overheated it...⚠️ That's why I advise everyone not to order from here.... 🔸️ Or they work according to their mood and desires, and I was unlucky!?
