But then we were disappointed First delivery date has been postponed (can happen) Making a new appointment at the service center was difficult, the lady was very unfriendly and rude. Another 2 week wait. When the four cabinets were delivered, two were damaged and one was delivered incorrectly. Another two week wait. After several weeks we finally have our furniture complete. A big compliment goes to the fitters who were very hardworking and friendly.

CAUTION! I would never buy a kitchen here again. At a price of €19,000 I just expect more service. If there are defects, you are simply left out in the cold and told that it could take weeks. Service hotline cannot be reached. The store is just bad. 4 weeks later! Update! I sent you my customer number and account name via email, but have not yet received a response. Kitchen still not usable. Two weeks after the kitchen was installed, the head of the department came and recorded everything again. Parts were ordered, but even 4 weeks after the installation date, I still don't have a date to complete the kitchen. Furthermore, we cannot use the kitchen due to the lack of a sink and the associated dishwasher not working. Easter family celebrations and a birthday party had to be rescheduled. So you can probably understand that I'm really angry now and I'm sure I can't recommend anyone to buy a kitchen from you. Best regards

We didn't have to wait long before we were sitting in the huge furniture store and planning our dream kitchen with an employee. He seemed to know exactly what we would like. We noticed that there were years of experience here and felt that we were very well advised. None of our questions were stupid and every one was taken seriously and answered. The kitchen hasn't been installed yet and I can still say that it's a completely worry-free package. Everything has simply been thought of. The consultation in Neuss only took place on the second attempt. The first time we were referred to another department because there was apparently nothing that would meet our needs. Only after our own search did we find what we were looking for. Of course, where we first asked. The actual sale was just collecting the data. When delivered, the individual parts were placed in the box without being able to check them. Of course, the extensive cardboard packaging was not taken with us. When we built it ourselves, it quickly became apparent that parts were missing. We were directed by Potius to Pilate to complain about the absence. The furniture is now sitting around in a partially assembled state and we are waiting for the screws and fittings to be sent. We had the impression that some parts had already been unpacked. In the first unpacked cabinet, all screws and fittings were packed unsorted in an unsealed plastic bag. This was not the case with the other cabinets. However, all of the cabinets were missing parts. But the main thing is that everything is paid for. We hope that the spare parts will be delivered quickly.

I would like to share my very disappointing experience purchasing our kitchen from Höffner. My girlfriend and I decided to buy a new kitchen last year when we moved into our apartment together. During the purchasing process, the saleswoman was initially very nice and we had the impression that we were receiving good advice, which gave us confidence. Unfortunately, our doubts began around the conclusion of the purchase contract. We were told we would only get half price for the kitchen if we signed directly. This condition gave us no time to think, which made us suspicious even at that point. Höffner also advertised a trainee month in which everything was available at half price. When we asked, we were suddenly told that the voucher would no longer be available in this case, which we found very strange and unprofessional. Despite these uncertainties, we ultimately signed because we basically agreed with the price. Unfortunately the poor service didn't stop after the signing. As soon as the period within which we could have canceled the contract had passed, communication noticeably decreased. We often received no response to emails or were told that this had already been clarified - which seemed unprofessional to us and gave the impression that Höffner was only interested in us until we signed. After we waited for the kitchen, at least the delivery deadline was met, which is a positive thing. The worst part, however, came when setting up the kitchen. There were no instructions or assembly aids, which made the entire assembly a chaotic experience. In addition, the quality of the furniture was anything but convincing. The planning, which was carried out together with a technician on site, did not correspond to reality and could not be built as desired. Parts were missing, such as the under-cabinet lighting that we had been promised. No more replies to emails... In summary, I can only say that the entire purchase and delivery process was very unprofessional and that Höffner does not meet the expectations that one should have of a company of this size. Unfortunately, we also feel that our age (we are a young couple) may have played a role in how we were treated. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone to buy a kitchen from Höffner, as the service and quality of the products fall far short of what you would expect from an established provider.

Stay away from buying locally in Neuss. From the moment the purchase contract is signed, Höffner doesn't care about the customer. I wanted to order a couch locally. The employee knew that 11 weeks delivery time was important to me due to moving. The chosen couch was also stated to be 9 to 11 weeks, so it was ordered. Then we picked out chairs and finally a dining room table. What was kept secret from me is that the delivery time is 14 weeks. This pushed the delivery time for the entire order to 14 weeks. When I signed it, I asked the employee about it. He said it would be a shame if I didn't take the table and he called me back the next day at 1-3 p.m. To date I have not received a call back. I then explained my problem by email and wanted to withdraw from the contract under the conditions. Unfortunately, I only received a rude email back from Mr. Friesz, saying that the purchase contract is binding and I cannot cancel free of charge. They “remind” me that I signed the contract. Absolutely underground, according to one email. Höffner doesn't care about the employee's condition that hasn't been met to date. I had a big order and left a lot of money there. But if you treat customers like that and are only interested in the commission then not with me.

*Update end of March 2025: After countless attempts through the customer center and "customer service", I wrote the Google review below with one star. A short time later, the department head from Neuss contacted me and informed me that my concern had been forwarded to Nobilia. The hinge was shipped to me a few days later. I'm adjusting the rating to 2 stars because I was helped, but the process was too complicated. How can it be that a result can only be achieved through a Google review? Höffner should urgently carry out internal training and generally improve the service. Initial assessment at the beginning of March 2025: Disastrous customer service! We bought a new kitchen for our house from Höffner and are extremely happy with it. There were the usual problems with construction (incorrect measurements, missing parts, etc.), but this is not the reason for the bad rating. We bought from Höffner because we were told that we would be able to order parts individually in the future. As it turns out, this is not the case. A hinge on a base cabinet broke and that's when the drama started. The telephone customer “service” refers to the email address in a very unfriendly manner. These refer to the specialist department in short, one-sentence answers. Our sales consultant no longer works in the specialist department and no other employee can be reached. Then the game starts again from the beginning. It's now the 4th round and I haven't gotten an inch closer to the hinge since February 9th... Please don't make the same mistake and fall into the Höffner trap. Everything is fine as long as you don't have any complaints/service cases.

Underground and catastrophic are nice expressions for Höffner's achievements! The kitchen advice itself was very good, but then the drama started. Incorrect scheduling coordination at Höffner meant that the kitchen was several weeks late. The kitchen was then built incorrectly and, above all, 4 (!) cm too high. A repair and clarification was not possible because a contact person could not be found. Even acting as a lawyer didn't make things better. Despite several promises, other furniture was not delivered or only partially delivered late. An incorrect delivery has still not been resolved after 8 weeks. The icing on the cake was the supplier for the supposedly correct cupboard - showed up without notice, complained about a lack of parking space, only wanted to pick up the old cupboard, but didn't want to deliver anything new or let alone set it up as agreed. When asked, the delivery person simply left the apartment and drove away without comment. I will never buy a single piece of chewing gum from Höffner again.

This is not a Thai restaurant (I’m thai). 3 staff I saw today are Indian. Food here is like normal Asian food, not with a Thai taste. Having a somewhat curry menu doesn’t mean it’s Thai. I ordered yellow curry with duck and spring rolls; their tastes were just ok but very pricey. Asking whether to go again, no is my answer. Plus I found no service-minded, attentive and friendly staff today.
