I am very satisfied, the advice was top notch and the cleanliness was just as good.

I can only advise against buying a kitchen, our dream kitchen (nolte, €26,000) turned into a nightmare kitchen! Promised deadlines were not kept, we were left without a kitchen at Christmas, they were there 8 times to rework. After 14 months, we were annoyed and accepted a reduction. Every day I look at this unfinished kitchen and I could scream. Now we're paying more money to a small kitchen studio to have the rest installed. When I read the name Höffner... and think of the sales practices... .

10 years, I was there. Quick Drawing was a hit! Of course, Schmetterluäingswand also has to show what it can do :-)

We bought a beautiful corner sofa from Höffner. The advice from Mr. de Barros was really very good. He gave exactly the right amount of friendly, competent advice but also showed restraint, so that we never had the feeling that anything was being “forced upon us” and we were able to decide in peace. This is how I imagine good, competent support when making your selection!

Basically I am very satisfied. However, no promotional mail is assigned to me. Still good value for money.

This store is a disaster. As long as it's sold, everything's ok. But then it's delivered and nothing works. Bought in August 2024 and absolutely nothing worked immediately and not everything was delivered or set up. That's almost 60 thousand. Euros were paid, the service is really the worst. Höffner never again...

Offer is very diverse. Checkout sometimes slow.

If you are looking for great furniture, Höffner is the best address.

Very large selection, super friendly staff. Unfortunately it wasn't successful because the price tag was swapped and nothing comparable was available.

We just wanted to take a quick look at glasses and apparently caught an event day. It was packed. With our baby and stroller we quickly head towards the exit. Unfortunately we couldn't get through, so after 20 minutes we turned around and went out at the entrance. We were stopped painfully and asked to go to the exits. Going back there, we were finally able to leave the store after 45 minutes. Please provide a better exit for wheelchair users and strollers. At least on event days!

Today we visited for the first time. It is a very beautiful and very large furniture store. The children's play paradise was unfortunately already closed, but it looked very nice from the outside. We can't say anything about the process of making a purchase. Because we didn't buy anything. Today was my 10th birthday and it was brought to my attention on Facebook. Unfortunately I have to deduct a star because of this. On Facebook there was talk of prices from 10-20 years ago. Toboggan run is free and the children's railway, which only runs in circles, should cost a whopping €3 per ride. This has nothing to do with prices from 10-20 years ago. Just way too expensive for children. At other events, such a train is free. The fairground carousels are cheaper or the same price. Too bad for my child. It wasn't worth it to me. Maybe you can think about that. Nevertheless, congratulations.

I planned and bought a kitchen last year. Mr. Domsel supported me a lot. After roughly discussing what I wanted and what the kitchen looked like, Mr. Domsel made a plan that was almost 100% right. My wishes, which I then expressed, were incorporated and I was very satisfied with the sketch. Unfortunately, the long waiting time cannot be avoided and therefore cannot be viewed as a negative thing for me. The construction itself was absolutely professional and quick. The problem with the dishwasher delivery was immediately resolved thanks to Mr. Domsel. I am completely satisfied with every phase of my kitchen purchase from A to Z. It is a piece of jewelry with lots of space and a practical structure. My daughter & I have a lot of fun cooking and baking. Thank you!!!

Gigantic. Good simple restaurant

Bought furniture and assembled it myself. Unfortunately, you are left with packaging waste. Unlike other furniture stores, Höffner does not take this back!! Very unfortunate!!! The quality of the furniture also corresponds to that of cheaper furniture stores.

Very bad service. Today we were informed that our couch would be delivered. Should be delivered between 12pm and 6pm. We have prepared everything. Old couch dismantled and stored in the basement. Taken vacation from 11 a.m. At 4:20 p.m. we were informed by phone that delivery would not be made today. We would receive a call or email in the next few days with a new delivery date. Nobody cares about the circumstances that this entails for us. Service and service concept absolutely ZERO. If we hadn't already dismantled our old couch and given it away, I would have the whole thing Undo purchase. Absolutely annoying and not recommended

Great sofas, practical kitchen and delicious food in the restaurant!

Kitchen advice, delivery and installation went very well. However, customer service is a disaster because we have been waiting for a replacement cover for the dormer window for 4 months. Nobody says when the part will be delivered. I have already written and called about 10 times. I keep being put off but don't get a clear answer. Never again 🙋‍♂️ Update: Still waiting. A callback promised for today did not take place. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Disgrace!!!

Ms. Ioanna Tsaprantzi showed herself to be competent and friendly

On October 15, 2024 in the morning we looked at cutlery. The different species are shown on the wall. Luckily, the model we wanted to take with us had already been opened, so we could see that it was a completely different model. There was a saleswoman standing around the corner near the cutlery and I brought her in to show her the difference. Even though I kindly asked you for help, she was annoyed from the start and her answer was: They come from overseas on the container ship and they can't look into all the packages... I asked for a solution because I want a specific model that the Höffner company offers for sale. Their solution was that I could buy a package and take it with me and if it wasn't right, I should bring it back. She wouldn't be able to open all the packages now. I have rarely experienced such an unmotivated and unfriendly person in sales. I showed the lady that the items that Höffner sells and exhibits are not correct and I was explained how the goods are transported. It is not my problem if Höffner buys and sells goods that do not correspond to their display and that when asked about this they get a mentality that is not our problem. I work in customer service myself and it would have been a perfect example of how not to do it. Dealing with customers like that is not wise. We then spent our money elsewhere, especially on furniture.

Subterranean service and absolutely disgraceful customer service. We made so many incredible mistakes that no responsibility was taken at all. The goods were delivered incorrectly, not delivered with a delay of weeks. Mistakes can happen, but rude behavior and no support at all. Definitely not a store to buy from.

Ms. Frings' advice was very pleasant and competent but at the same time not intrusive. Gladly again

Visited today. Large store, that's positive. However, I still miss a bit of a logical layout for the consumer. For example, kitchens on one floor. Furthermore, prices were shown with and without a loyalty card. Applying for a pass took a very long time at the information desk.

We were here yesterday and have now decided on a new sofa. Ms. Tsaprantzi gave us competent advice and answered all of our questions, even though we only decided to conclude the purchase contract shortly before the store closed. All in all, exceptionally good advice. We look forward to our next visit to Möbel Höffner in Neuss

Had an appointment in Neuss. I wanted to buy a kitchen. When I asked if the stove and sink would be included in the price. I was told it was included in the price. Later I got to listen. This is only calculated separately. becomes. So I would have had to pay for the connection. That's why I canceled. I've been waiting for my money for over 3 weeks now. Now they don't answer emails anymore. I will never shop there again.

Large parking lot, huge range of products but very confusingly divided... we wanted to look at a box spring bed, which according to the signs should be on display on the 3rd floor, but it could be found on the 1st floor... so we went through the entire market - and it's very big... Cozy restaurant with reasonable prices relatively good quality... But then it was absolutely amazing at the checkout...bought a small item for €12, but then waited in line at the checkout for 55 minutes because only 2 of 5 checkouts were open...an absolute "NO GO" on a Saturday lunchtime with huge crowds. ...put 6

Unfortunately, I have to sacrifice my rating for your incredible love and great customer advisor, as you cannot give a rating for the individual areas. The previously mentioned consultant at the furniture store is and remains an absolutely great guy! But what just happened to me in your appointment service is absolutely not possible. I wanted to contact the appointment service because I JUST wanted to know how long the vehicle being delivered is in order to have a no-parking order set up for that day. The lady on the line didn't even let me finish, but simply replied bluntly that I would then be in the wrong place for her. At first I kindly asked her to let me finish, since I didn't contact her about the parking ban myself, but only about the question about the vehicle. I was then told even more bluntly that she wasn't responsible for that and that I should contact customer service. I told her that she could have kindly let me finish straight away, which would have shortened the entire conversation and made it more customer-friendly. The lady then vehemently denied having interrupted me. Well, I then told her that I would contact customer service, but I would have liked to know her name again. She then wished me a nice day and hung up without doing so. I'm sorry Höffner, but customer service in this area is unfortunately different. Greetings to Ms. “I wish you a nice day.”

The really great selection and extremely appealing presentation was only surpassed by the competence and advice of the employees. Very cool magazine with lots of choices. The employees are also great! I live in Belgium myself, but my home items are from Hoeffner. I am very happy with it. I hope they open in Belgium one day too. Last time I was helped by Sayed Tamim Bahar, a very pleasant person! Provides a lot of useful information about products.

Well, what can you say about such a PERFECT furniture store! I can't think of anything negative about it!!! No shortage of parking spaces! But the great restaurant shouldn't go unmentioned!!! Last time we visited there was game to eat! It was so delicious that we took two more meals home with us! In this way, a BIG compliment to the chef 👍👏🤭👌😄⚜️ We will be regular guests!
