Today we finalized our kitchen planning and, as on our first visit about two weeks ago, received competent and friendly advice from Ms. Andrea Rase. This will be the second kitchen from Möbel Höffner, so we are happy to recommend the furniture store and especially Ms. Rase. Addition Sept. 24: The good first impression from January 24 was permanently tarnished. Even after improvements, the kitchen is still not complete and functional. The availability and promises of various contact persons are poor. Addition: On January 27, 2025, after over a year, our kitchen was completed with the addition of the mirror.

Purchase contract canceled behind my back and without any information and without my consent for no reason. I waited for months for my couch to find out that the contract no longer exists because I didn't do any financing. Before that it was said that I should pay the purchase price in full upon delivery if I don't do any financing without me having to do anything about it. They would then contact me when the delivery date was known. Now I have to sign a new contract and wait another 5 months without receiving any response in any way. With a child in the household, we are now supposed to sit on the floor for 5 months because they are not honoring their contract. Incredible. NOT RECOMMENDED

A bed base of the wrong size was delivered and installed, but the correct slatted frame and mattress!!! For this purpose, the assembly on the delivery day was according to the reception certificate without assembly, although in the purchase contract including assembly ... It was agreed with the mechanic that a rental bed or the slatted frame and the mattress were made available to us until the right bed is delivered again since the whole thing takes months. The next day we called customer service in Neuss (since the purchase contract was concluded there) to clarify the matter and they said a slatted frame would be reserved for us in Cologne and the whole thing would take place with the new delivery from Monday. We called customer service in Cologne and a lady there told us and confirmed that the slatted frame in Cologne was RÖSRATH!!! is in storage and could be picked up. We wrote an email to customer service based on her recommendation and went to Cologne (from Duisburg) and there again discussed everything from the beginning with information, cash register and customer service and they said, no slatted frame!!! but in Cologne PORZ!!! but only from Monday!!! Customer service MA consulted 10 times with different MAs and again with the one from Neuss who said that it had been reserved for us in Cologne but this time he said, he told us that it would be ready for collection from Monday... That was a lie because he only told us that it was reserved for us in Cologne and from Monday the rest will be arranged with the new delivery... After that, the MA was rude and didn't want to arrange a free cancellation or otherwise accommodate us as a customer because we had a 3-hour drive (1.5 Hours in one direction Duisburg - Cologne and back again!!!) because of false statements from MA von Höffner, the room was blocked with the wrong bed assembled as well as the correct slatted frame and mattress and it was also not possible to determine a foreseeable delivery time In the end he shouted at us on the phone because he claimed that I called him "guy" and not Mr.... So customer service in Neuss, especially this "Mr.", should definitely not sit there and use the customer service phone. .. Later, the head of customer service in Neuss called who was at least friendly on the phone and offered the 40 € voucher on the bed of 1050 € that had been paid in vain. The bed currently costs 629 € on the Internet... An extremely tiring experience with Höffner, after a long time For years as a customer there, I will never buy anything there again, at least not have it delivered... Remember Höffner how you treat your customers if you still want to keep some...

One star is still too many!!!!!!! As I have written before, about the worst customer service from Höffner. In June 2024 I bought 2 cabinets. After a lot of back and forth, and once almost delivery, the drivers simply drove away because there was supposedly no parking space, I received half the cabinets months later. All screws, hinges and LED lighting were missing. Weeks later the screws arrived. A board and lighting were still missing. Today, February 1st. 2025!!!!!!! came the final part of the lighting. Never again Höffner!!!!!!! Subgalactic, terribly bad!!!!!!

Customer service is very important here. I ordered a wardrobe through Click and Collect. When I unpacked it, I noticed that there were only four hinges instead of five. From the information one was sent to the camp. There was no help there. You should contact customer service on the 1st floor. Turn OG. After an eternity of waiting, we were told that we couldn't help because it was an online purchase. You could buy the corresponding spare part at the hardware store. "They're definitely standardized." When I buy a cabinet, I don't actually want to go to the hardware store to buy missing accessories; I expect a complete product. My understanding of click and collect has always been that a part can be made available in the store and picked up and paid for after appropriate information. Apparently things are different with Höffner. I was given a telephone number where the issue could be clarified. When you call, an automatic announcement directs you to the contact form. Thank you.

I find the store quite impersonal, we wanted to buy a kitchen there and didn't even get to the pre-selections/plans because the lady was of the opinion that there was no point without measurements, even though we know how big our new kitchen is, and If I leave my money there, then I decide when the measurements are taken and not Höffner. Now our well-earned money goes to another kitchen manufacturer. Lo and behold, the measurement was completed within a day. So there is another way!!! Never again Höffner

They advertise 50% off kitchens, but the "semi-formal" deal we got was even more expensive than the same small kitchen in a high-end kitchen studio (with even better appliances). I said "semi-formal" because the seller didn't even turn on his computer and made a calculation based only on meters, but he said he was sure of the price. Wrong discounts, waste of time...never again!

I bought a sofa from Höffner because the seller specifically said that the fabric is easy to care for and stains can be easily removed. Based on this statement, we chose this model even though we hadn't actually planned to spend that much on a sofa. The seller convinced us with his wrong advice and we paid €5000 for this sofa. Unfortunately, the information is not correct - stains are difficult to remove and some remain permanently visible. When I reported the problem, my request was rejected, even though the advice was demonstrably wrong. Very disappointing - I cannot recommend this store.

Unfortunately, my visit to Möbel Höffner was not so pleasant because a cashier behaved quite unprofessionally. Even before I went to the checkout, I could see him just busy with his cell phone. When it was my turn, he sat in his chair, totally bored, and spoke to me in an annoyed tone, as if he didn't feel like it at all. The cashier next to him was completely different: she was friendly, attentive and left a much better impression. It's a shame that your colleague had such a negative reaction, because something like that can spoil your impression of the whole purchase.

Yes, Möbel Höffner in Neuss, I've never been there before, but it's easy to get to and can't be missed. There are plenty of parking spaces and you ask yourself: how am I supposed to find the piece of furniture I want in this huge store? Well, first go in and orientate yourself briefly. There are information islands everywhere with staff who can help you in a friendly manner. Finally found the floor the size of a football field and also the relaxing chair I wanted. Brief test session, everything OK. Now a sales or consultation. A competent, friendly employee (Volker Wirtz) was quickly found. He was able to answer all of my questions well and in a professional manner. He also helped me very well in the following email and telephone contact. The armchair has been ordered and will now be delivered soon, free of charge to the apartment with set-up service. If everything works, I'll be very happy.

Unfortunately I have to say you should look carefully at the receipt. My voucher for 50 euros was not deducted but was retained. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home, went back and didn't get it. You have to pay attention yourself, later complaints are not possible. There's nothing you can do now, even though I went to the same cashier. I had never been cheated like I was by Höffner. I was there with my wife and we wanted to get a dining table financed. We were with the ladies and finalized a contract. The lady didn't speak German very well but we were still able to get by. We said to the lady that we would like to finance it and she said okay. She then finished the documents and did everything else. She wrote a deposit on it and the remaining sum upon delivery. We didn't notice and signed because we trust such a big company. We then went upstairs to financing and then the employee said that we had to wait another 2 hours until our colleagues got there, of course we waited. Then we went there again and were told that financing was not possible today. We waited for 2 hours and then we went to the saleswoman and had it canceled. She then said that she canceled it and everything was ready. She didn't give us any further documents. After about 2 months the first letters came that the goods would soon arrive or had arrived. I kept calling and saying that the saleswoman had canceled it. Customer service has repeatedly said they will take care of it. About a week ago the letter came saying that the goods had not been picked up and I had to pay €1119 for the goods not picked up. (25% of the purchase price) in my opinion this is fraud and a rip-off, that's why I got a lawyer and will sue this fraudulent company. My recommendation is not to go there but to other reputable furniture stores such as Ostermann, because everything worked wonderfully there.

We just wanted to take a quick look at glasses and apparently caught an event day. It was packed. With our baby and stroller we quickly head towards the exit. Unfortunately we couldn't get through, so after 20 minutes we turned around and went out at the entrance. We were painfully stopped and told to go to the exits. We were finally able to leave the store after 45 minutes. Please provide a better exit for wheelchair users and strollers. At least on event days! Answer: The seller stopped us.

I can only advise against buying a kitchen, our dream kitchen (nolte, €26,000) turned into a nightmare kitchen! Promised deadlines were not kept, we were left without a kitchen at Christmas, they were there 8 times to rework. After 14 months, we were annoyed and accepted a reduction. Every day I look at this unfinished kitchen and I could scream. Now we're paying more money to a small kitchen studio to have the rest installed. We bought a beautiful corner sofa from Höffner. The advice from Mr. de Barros was really very good. He gave exactly the right amount of friendly, competent advice but also showed restraint, so that we never had the feeling that anything was being “forced upon us” and we were able to decide in peace. This is how I imagine good, competent support when making your selection!

This store is a disaster. As long as it's sold, everything's ok. But then it's delivered and nothing works. Bought in August 2024 and absolutely nothing worked immediately and not everything was delivered or set up. That's almost 60 thousand. Euros were paid, the service is really the worst. Höffner never again...

In any case, I can recommend our döpi. There are days when it takes a long time for the pizzas to arrive and then they are a bit coked up and not tasty. But there are never bad days and no restaurant always has everything 100%. But something that not everyone has or does is a given at Döpi: the boss apologizes very kindly and then we have delicious food again. We are all people and not machines. We enjoy eating from Döpi and will be using it for a long time.

Once again a complete disappointment. Everything was delivered wrong and after 2 hours another salad full of summer rolls was sent. Never order from this restaurant again.
