The vegetarian options here are varied, and there's also a wide selection for non-meat eaters.

Disgusting! The fries were like eating solid oil. The kebab was even worse. Starting with the meat... is it even meat? No, it's a salty mishmash of flour and spices. The sauces were neutral, so they didn't add anything because they tasted like nothing. I had to throw both away. To anyone reading this: do yourself a favor and don't go there.

Very tasty food, attentive staff, and a small but varied menu so everyone can find something they like. The currywurst was especially delicious :)

Beautiful view of the Rhine. The food was okay. The service was a bit slow with the drinks at the beginning of the festivities. But I would still recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – The pinnacle of Sauerbraten bliss! Anyone who thinks they'll find enlightenment at Neuss Cathedral hasn't yet tried the Rhenish Sauerbraten at the "Im Dom" brewery. The meat: Three slices of pure perfection! So tender you practically leave the knife beside it for decoration. It melts in your mouth like a prayer. The accompaniments: The dumplings are truly comforting, the red cabbage has just the right depth of flavor, and the applesauce is the perfect fruity finishing touch. The ambiance: You dine under venerable chandeliers in the atmosphere of a traditional, rustic brewery. The verdict: €24.60 for a taste of Rhineland joie de vivre that's worth every penny. An absolute must for anyone who knows what's good. Simply wonderful!

We went to Drusushof on a Friday evening and had made a reservation in advance, specifying that we needed to be gluten-free. Upon arrival, I was initially passed around to several people until the owner came to our table and answered all our questions. He spoke of his extensive experience, saying there had never been any problems, that everyone was aware of the gluten restrictions, and that I should relax. So far, so good, but unfortunately, reality was quite different, and relaxing was not an option. I ordered from the gluten-free menu, and corrections were necessary three times because first, the wrong dish was ordered, and then incorrect variations were added to the menu. In the meantime, I was given a beer that someone else had ordered. This doesn't exactly scream "we're all aware of the restrictions." After much back and forth, the food finally arrived after about 1 hour and 15 minutes. The problem: the gluten-free plate was mixed in with the other plates, which contained schnitzel and croquettes, and were definitely gluten-containing and crumbly. Again, there was a lack of awareness. I had no symptoms afterward, so yes, I was fine. However, I was anxious the whole time and don't want to repeat that experience. I can easily imagine that it's quieter at lunchtime/on other weekdays. The selection of gluten-free vegetarian dishes isn't very large. Furthermore, several ingredients listed on the menu were missing from my dish.
