I received pizza rolls from another table (food to be picked up), when asked about it, it was denied. After a short discussion I received fresh rolls. What a shame!

We were truly speechless about what happened to us in this restaurant. At first everything looked promising - the starter was delicious and we were looking forward to our main courses. But then the evening took an unexpected turn. After a long wait of about 50 minutes, we gradually received our pizzas. When my wife and I got ours, I immediately noticed: My pizza was cold - not lukewarm, but really cold. I spoke to the waitress, who confirmed it and took my pizza to the kitchen to check. A little later a second waitress came with my “new” pizza. But instead of a fresh pizza, I was simply served the old, warmed-up version - and to top it off, the previously checked piece, touched by several hands, was lying in the middle of my pizza! That was absolutely unacceptable to me. After about 5 minutes of deliberation by the waitress, I was offered a completely new pizza, but my appetite was gone. Who knows what will happen next and be on my pizza. Conclusion: The quality of the food was disappointing, but even worse was the handling of a legitimate complaint. That's not how you treat guests. Unfortunately not a recommendation!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Kreuztaler Kutscherhaus restaurant, which impresses with both its elegant atmosphere and fast and friendly service. The chairs were comfortable and the overall ambiance had an upscale feel. The service was remarkable. The staff were quick and attentive and we were regularly asked if everything was to our satisfaction. We tried the pizza proscutto and the Kutscherhaus grill plate. Both dishes looked appealing but were a little too salty. Nonetheless, the quality of the food was high and the presentation was first class. The prices are rather high, but quite reasonable given the quality of the food. What's particularly positive is that dogs seem to be allowed, which is certainly a plus for animal lovers. Overall, a recommended restaurant that is worth a visit if you value good food and excellent service.

Delivery time was not met, food was cold and incomplete. Nobody could be reached by phone either.

Often seen as catering at parties. The team always does a good job and is very flexible.

The location of the rest stop is very nice, of course on the mountain. The food isn't particularly good, it tastes like ready-made food from a package, so it's not very tasty but it's edible. The service is quite okay. The price of the food is also okay.

It used to be better. If you order via Lieferando and provide instructions, it will not be implemented. A little more salt on the fries was the only request. Can't order anymore!!!

Ordered pizza without mushrooms but delivered with them. Salad drowned in dressing. Carelessly done. Ordered delivery for 6pm, delivered at 6.25pm. Clearly not a recommendation. We definitely won't be ordering from there again!

Highly recommended, always happy to come back! I always get my burger served warm and without a long wait.😊

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Empfehlung von Freunden hier. Das Restaurant ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen und hat eine tolle Terrasse. Vom Essen und dem Service waren wir allerdings ziemlich enttäuscht: die Bedienung konnte nicht sagen was genau der Gruß aus der Küche ist (ungünstig, wenn Allergiker am Tisch sitzen), Teller wurden wortlos abgeräumt (kein "Hat's geschmeckt"/ "War alles in Ordnung?'), das Schnitzel war verbrannt, die Bohnen waren kalt, das medium bestellte Steak war well done, die dazugehörigen Pommes kamen (auch erst auf Nachfrage) 10 Minuten später, das Vorlegebesteck fehlte und auf Nachfrage kam die Antwort: früher haben wir auch keine Löffel gebraucht, da hat man mit den Fingern gegessen und wir waren alle gesund, aber hier ist ein Löffel....Getränke mussten teilweise dreimal bestellt werden...bei den Preisen, die ich gerne zahle, wenn die Qualität dementsprechend ist, erwarte ich auch einen anderen Service, weil der trägt nunmal auch zu einem rundum gelungenen Abend bei. Schade, wir werden vermutlich so schnell nicht wiederkommen.
