Good restaurant. Plenty of parking. We found everything clean. The food we ordered was good. Friendly staff. We'd gladly come again.

I can't recommend this place. The burgers aren't prepared properly (see pictures), the wait is long, and the whole place reeks of rotten food, coming from the vents like someone's defecated in them. The entire floor is covered in grease; you'd better bring shoes with no grip, otherwise you'll be ice skating. At the drive-thru, you're greeted with nothing but a polite "please"—no friendly welcome whatsoever. But at least it's a little better than the one in Geisweid.

I was there earlier to get Friends Meals with some people, but instead of 2 toys we only got 1 and I was even missing 1 Nugget, and the lighting at the McDrive was so bad that I almost crashed into someone.

Tuesday, 7 PM: MacRip was put in the car without napkins or a cleaning cloth. Absolutely unacceptable. Those idiots.

Unfortunately we had a very negative experience when we were there with our 4 year old granddaughter. Firstly it took a very long time even though there were no guests there. Everything was very dirty, worst of all the toilets. Even though it was only 12 o'clock, everything smelled strongly of urine, even the floor was sticky. This is not acceptable, the health department should take random samples! We will not be coming back to this fast food restaurant.

We once had vegetarian burgers and then just stopped eating them… lost.

I can't recommend this McDonald's to anyone. I ordered a burger today. First, the staff wear slippers. Second, after five minutes of eating, I got stomach cramps and started throwing up. Thank you, McDonald's.

Every third order is missing something. Cheeseburger, salad, wrap... It just doesn't make sense and isn't fun. You pre-order via app, pick it up, and when you get home, the stuff is missing. You drive back. You get the missing stuff, but by the time you get home, everything is cold. So, it's all down the drain...

Friendly people, good food. The restaurant's interior is great so far. But then the little one needed to go to the bathroom, which wasn't so great because there was still dirt and brown residue on the seat of the men's restroom. So the little one went to her mom and went with her to the women's restroom. I like the restaurant; up until now everything has been great and clean, I have to say. Okay, an update, I was there again on a Sunday. Everything was fine until the little one needed to go to the bathroom. I'm starting to think that on Sundays the men's restroom is so dirty that you can't let a child use it.

The first problems arose with the food. I ordered it without tomatoes, but what was on it? That's right, tomatoes. Another dish was missing bacon. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

However, there is one major point of criticism for today! July 27, 2025, 2:35 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. You should present yourself to customers as a well-functioning team. Today, that wasn't the case at all. As a shift manager, you should avoid the following in front of customers. 1. Bad-mouthing and criticizing employees. 2. When there are complaints, don't ask "which employee served you?" and put them down in front of the customers. Instead, as a shift manager, confidently handle the situation. 3. Creating unnecessary stress and blaming others. 4. Motivate the team and don't criticize frantically, because the stress has spread throughout all parts of the team, and constant errors have resulted.

Breakfast.... I was there in the morning to get a coffee. I placed my order at the counter, which was limited to a coffee and a croissant. The employee seemed to have never dealt with breakfast before, so he asked his colleague, who came over looking completely exasperated and asked me what I wanted, but in a tone that was completely unacceptable. After my order was taken, both the employee and the previous colleague simply walked away. When I asked, I was told that the coffee machine was still running. I received my order at 9:37 a.m. after placing my order at 9:15 a.m. If a restaurant opens at 9 a.m., the coffee machine should be ready by 9 a.m. I find waiting almost half an hour for a coffee and a croissant difficult. And I was the only person in the restaurant.

The cappuccino wasn't hot and there was no foam on it, and the apple turnover wasn't either. And I had to wait 8 minutes. No devotion for me. It could be much better!

Waiting times are far too long. Absolutely terrible.

It's just a McDonald's. What do you expect? The EWE Go charging station right outside is great. It's a great, affordable alternative.

Hello, I'll keep it short. We usually like going to this McDonald's with the family. The food comes relatively quickly, the employees are attentive, and the atmosphere is nice too. But today, unfortunately, I have to describe something bad that was very unpleasant for us as a family. We were sitting outside eating, while a young man (an employee) was tidying up outside, when suddenly a young woman (also an employee) came out. She was about 5'3" tall, with straight black hair, light skin, and a slim build. She started talking so badly to her young colleague that I felt compelled to go up front and confront her and her boss. Her exact words were: "Who told you to do the lobby? Come in and work right now!" And in what a tone! Oh, are you kidding me? Who does she think she is to be able to talk to people like that?! That's completely unacceptable towards your colleagues, it's an absolute disgrace! This relatively young lady should learn how to treat her fellow human beings with respect. The young man was very friendly and was just doing his job, because the area outside really needed to be cleaned up at that moment. As a boss, I wouldn't tolerate an employee like that; she disrupts the team and makes the guests feel uncomfortable with her behavior. This one star I'm awarding is only for this employee and not for the restaurant or the other employees!

I went to the drive-thru, the young lady was very friendly, my order came quickly, and everything was as ordered. Except for one burger, which tasted burnt, was soaked with sauce that it was almost impossible to eat, and the bacon was in the wrapper instead of on the burger!

I brought my child a Happy Meal and guess who had to drive 10 km back to McDonald's because the toy was missing, not even a "sorry" 🤦🏼‍♂️ Mistakes happen, no question about it.

Well, I was having breakfast there this morning with my boyfriend. As you know, breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. So it's all well and good, you can understand that the employees are under stress, it's all well and good. But what I find really annoying is that we sit there and hear everything that's being said in the kitchen about customers and something like, yes, what am I working my ass off for and something like that is said, like, he doesn't get anything anymore, old man, and all that. The second point is what I find terrible 2 people come in at 10:26 and want to order breakfast. Then someone comes from the back of the kitchen, I don't care, then they just have to wait and they don't get anything anymore, so they just say hateful words. I really felt sorry for the people and you can just tell how keen the employees there are on their job. But the worst thing about the whole thing is the friendliness and the nice ambience. And I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone last word. If you want a nice atmosphere and friendly staff then definitely don't go there. We won't go there anymore.

There was nothing wrong with the toilets either. After this review we were there several times. Same today 05/02/25. Everything is fine again. We travel nationwide. Best McDonald's.

The burgers are now a joke. There is more meat on a salami roll than on a BigMac. In the Ferndorf branch, the food is fried alternately with cold and warm air. Very unpleasant.

We often got food there on Fridays. We were greeted with annoyance at the drive-in. After I said a friendly “Hello” and there was no response, I just said very harshly “Wait!” The lady who was at the drive in that evening was completely unfamiliar with the words “please” and “thank you”! As we waited in front of the window, I heard her complaining loudly to her colleague that there was so much going on! These are things that can happen. When I unpacked the food at home and the mayonnaise was missing and the pack of fries was only half full, I somehow felt like I was a customer....! It's a shame that the paying customer is treated like this here!

Service and food were good, but unfortunately you could only sit comfortably in the "interior" as it was very cold at all the tables along the outside wall. I actually changed tables three times until I found one where it was somewhat bearable. However, the table only had a bench and an “uncomfortable side chair”. That was certainly just a snapshot, but the ice-cold ventilation air was really unpleasant.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was set way too cold. It's December, so it can be a little warmer in the restaurant. Unfortunately the burgers are not seasoned well. And the pictures bear no resemblance to the food you get. Therefore only 3 stars

I'm a big McDonalds fan. Unfortunately this morning was a disappointment. Since I was pressed for time and couldn't drink coffee at home, I wanted to get a McDonald's cappuccino before the highway. Unfortunately, contrary to the signage next to the entrance, the branch was closed. Since the Ferndorf branch has been saying for years that it opens at 7 a.m. in the morning (weekdays), I naturally assumed that I would get a cappuccino before my appointment. Unfortunately no, it doesn't open until 9am 😔 yes, it's on the internet. However, I relied on the sign in front of the door and didn't check the information on the website. Please update your signage/opening hours!

To be honest, the cleanliness is really bad. The corners are cleaned round, the tables and around the table legs are thickly fried. There are several corners where you can clearly see that no one has cleaned there in ages. Don't even get me started on the toilets. This definitely needs to be worked on. And it has become very expensive now, but you can eat reasonably well in the restaurant.

From regular customer to big bow maker. I don't know what happened to this McDonald's in the last few years. It's been a complete disaster since the terminals. Yesterday we made the last attempt, but it just doesn't work! - Basically, the queue of waiting cars has recently stretched out onto the street. Inside, there are at least 10 orders “in progress.” And that too at times like 9 p.m. a week. It definitely can’t just be the customers’ fault! - Due to the above-mentioned circumstance, you wait at least 15 minutes for fries and ice cream, and significantly longer for larger orders. This has nothing to do with fast food! - The technology doesn't work. A terminal either doesn't work at all, responds extremely slowly to touch, or doesn't spit out a receipt at the end. The app only tells me at the end of the pre-order, when I have laboriously selected all the details in the menu, that the burger is not available here. - Table signs are almost always "blank". - 90% of the time, something is missing from take-out orders. If you're lucky, just a sauce, if you're unlucky, a whole burger. If you notice it in time, you won't even apologize. - Cleanliness is terrible. Dirty tables that you first disinfect yourself and tray holders that are constantly overflowing. - Air conditioning drives away every guest after 20 minutes at the latest (intentional?). - A lot of things are not available, often goodies like Bill's pins or ice cream. Conclusion: Apparently nobody works anywhere here. Neither when serving nor in the lobby, otherwise either the food would arrive quicker or the restaurant would be clean! It used to work too... The last shop. Apart from the fact that you have to check every order that exceeds 2 parts because half of them are usually missing, an extra one was added today. Unfortunately I can't post any pictures otherwise I would have posted the disgusting thing here. We ordered 2 double Chessburgers without cucumbers, 2 Hamburger Royal cheese without cucumbers and a BIC Mac Bacon without cucumbers. The total cost of the fun is 26 euros. For that amount you could have had a decent meal in any restaurant. After an eternally long wait, the bag with the food waste was received. Quickly check if everything was there and drive home. There I noticed that half of the burgers were cold. The order was without cucumbers and every burger had endless cucumbers. But the highlight was that there was just a blob of ketchup everywhere and only on one side. The other side was dry with nothing. Unfortunately I didn't have time to bring the wonderful meal back but I took a photo of it. You can't reach anyone in the juice shop by phone, but they will know why they don't answer the phone. Tomorrow I'll go there again and then I'll either get a replacement or my money back. After that, never again McDonald's Kredenbach.

The fantastic atmosphere of this high-quality inn invites you to linger. Already in the lobby, cheerful and sociable people were busy expressing their wishes with the high-quality and modern illustrations. After I had also been able to express my desire and had paid about a month's salary, the dishes were prepared by the eager cooks. After just a few hours I was able to receive our menus, which we could then eat fully back home. Unfortunately we can no longer use our waste bin due to overfilling, but it's worth it.

We were at McDrive with our two children on March 10, 2024 around 6:00 p.m. to order two Happy Meals with fries and chicken nuggets. The food was in the car quickly. On the same night, about 9 hours after consumption, both of our children experienced nausea and vomiting at the same time. The child who ate the most also struggled with the symptoms for the longest time. My wife, who had eaten less, had severe stomach problems and very bad diarrhea for two days. I, as the only one who hadn't eaten anything, had no complaints whatsoever. I can't answer whether it was a coincidence, but it would be interesting to know whether other customers had similar complaints during this period.

Unfortunately, no matter how often you go to Mcs, you only get cold burgers and so you can't enjoy my burger. The cheese isn't even melted and it annoys me every time.

Also das Essen ist garnicht schlecht muss ich sagen. Aber die Sauberkeit ist ehrlich gesagt echt Mies. Die Ecken sind Rund geputzt um die Tische und Tischbeine ist dicker Schmoder. Es gibt mehrere Ecken wo man genau sieht das ewig dort keiner mehr geputzt hat. Daran sollte gearbeitet werden, da ja auch kleine Kinder hier rum laufen.

Am 9.12.dort gewesen abends um 21.45Uhr.Es war sehr unsauber überall lagen Pommes und Servietten auf dem Fußboden,und es war einfach kalt da drin.Normal fahren wir gern nach Ferndorf,weil es in Geisweid eine Katastrophe ist da kann man gar nicht hin gehen.Na hoffen wir mal das Ferndorf sich das nicht abgeguckt hat.

09.12.2023 /21.45 Uhr Leider war es sehr unangenehm da überall im Gastraum Müll auf dem Boden lag. Auf der Toilette sehr viel Schmutz . Zudem war es total kalt in den Räumlichkeiten. Essen bestellt,schnell gegessen und weg !! Das sind wir so nicht gewöhnt von unserer Stamm Filiale

McDonalds in kredenbach ,(Kreuztal) ist echt prima...im gegensatz zu McDonalds Geisweid sage ich ...ich nehme die bzw den Umweg gerne in Kauf und fahre ins McDonalds Zitzenbach weg (Kreuztal) ...besser iss das

Am Wochenende sehr stark besucht und laut! Ansonsten alles typisch MC.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich! Das Restaurant ist okay! Die Klimaanlage ist schon seit langer Zeit eine Katastrophe, wer heiße Pommes und Burger mag, sollte besser in 2 Minuten gegessen haben oder gleich im Auto essen…

In unserer Gegend das beste Mc Donalds-Restaurant. Immer freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles ist sauber und ordentlich.

Das Ambiente ist nach dem letzten aufrüsten mehr als gemütlich und es ist immer gut was los, das einzige weswegen Service 4 Sterne bekommt ist, weil die Filiale nicht wie viele andere 24/7 offen hat und es noch keinen lieferservice dort gibt :(, ansonsten perfekt 🙏
