Preis / Leistung passt leider nicht. Familien freundlich? Leider nicht Nach einem Umsatz von über 130 Euro durften wir mit 2 Kindern nicht mal ein Kartenspiel am Tisch, im Außenbereich, spielen und das obwohl wir nicht laut waren oder andere Gäste gestört haben. Außerdem mussten wir zwischendurch bezahlen, weil der Kellner Feierabend machen wollte. Wir können dieses Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen

Dürüm came with sweet coleslaw and no sauce. Only Turks should prepare Dürüm. Inedible. Schnitzel was dry and tough. You should take both off the card.

Today was the first time I wasn't happy with an order. It was the chili cheese fries, which were advertised as spicy, but the intensity was pretty intense. After the third forkful, I couldn't eat any more, so I called to give feedback and ask for a solution. At first, they said they couldn't deliver anything else because the food was advertised as spicy...it's the dose that makes the poison ;-) Then I wanted to write this here, too, and then decided to call again because there was already a bad review about this dish. I felt like crying...a long day, a small child at home, hunger, and a meal I couldn't finish, and I had to throw away €9 (which isn't a small amount). They then kindly delivered me a delicious salad with chicken and yogurt dressing, which I was really happy about! Thank you for finding a solution after all. We will continue ordering there.

Everything is touched without gloves, the bread, the salad, smoking beforehand and the cell phone being touched all the time and everything and then the food, citizens that I ordered there, some of the citizens were frozen, not really cooked through, I threw them away straight away, never again, I will give my money there

I have known the "Pizzeria" Toscana for years because I lived near Keupstrasse for a long time and was constantly on Keupstrasse to try out different restaurants etc. or to eat at the "Stamm Buden". After a long time, I just ordered there (via Lieferando) The food arrived, very hot. Much much faster than expected. And, it's all right, very tasty!! We ordered children's boxes (1 x with mageritha, 1x with macceroni Bolognese) 1x Gyros pita And 1x Peking duck I'm thrilled. ! The pasta in the children's dish is not macceroni, it is "rigatoni" but that makes no difference in taste. The “GyrosPita” Arrives like a "dürum" - very large and thinly rolled. (Which confused me at first) But, it's awesome. Yummy . Nice driver. Clear recommendation!!!!!

Had a Groupon deal for all you can eat. First the positive: the food tasted very good, you really can't complain about that. You could choose from pizza and pasta dishes. It looks okay from the outside, but the inside urgently needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness and ambience. Tablecloths dirty with crumbs, among other things, as well as the floor, black stripes/stains on the walls, smelly toilets, Christmas decorations in April. Kölsch not tapped, from the bottle, glass but doesn't match brands, strange. The staff is friendly and tries to please you. If the store gets spruced up, we'll be happy to come back. And the location is great, right next to Aachener Straße.

Unfortunately, we also have to say that the “extra” cheese is saved on or perhaps even left out. Unfortunately, the tomato sauce on the pizza was used very sparingly. This happened last time (when we thought it was an oversight). The wrong pizzas were also delivered (probably because of the workload), although we then received our correct pizzas after complaining and requesting them. All in all, we unfortunately won't order again because the price-performance ratio isn't right. However, the service was always okay! ♡

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Absolute disaster. Over 1,000 positive four-star reviews on Lieferando! We ordered our food before 6:00 PM and still hadn't received it after over an hour and a half. After multiple calls, we were repeatedly told the driver would arrive in 5-10 minutes. After two and a half hours, we finally got our food, after standing on the street for over 20 minutes because the driver allegedly couldn't find the address. The food was cold. The driver didn't speak German, no assistance, no apology, no refund, and to top it all off, the owner blocked our phone number. And the Chinese noodles weren't tasty either.

VERY incompetent. We ordered via Lieferando and, as always, received a confirmation etc. We waited an hour, then called at 10:52 p.m. where it was and was told the driver was on the way. Waited again and called again to see where the driver was. Suddenly they didn't receive an order and it was our problem. The person on the phone absolutely didn't want to give us a name and couldn't even speak decent German. Absolutely not recommended
