Este es un buen lugar para comer una comida rápida y en un ambiente tranquilo. Los empleados son muy amables y la ubicación del lugar es buena.

After hearing nothing but positive things from our private environment, we finally had the opportunity to see Port Neuf for ourselves yesterday, Friday. The overall package was simply magnificent: from the warm welcome, to the incredibly authentic and pleasant ambience, to the personal care and of course the culinary works of art - everything was a highlight in itself. A completely harmonious overall concept that, from our layman's perspective, absolutely belongs in star gastronomy. One thing is certain: we'll be back!

It's a real shame that you still can't pay by card. There's a small sticker on the counter, but when it's full and there are a few people ordering at the counter, it's easy to miss. It shouldn't be a problem to make card payments these days, it's also part of a good service these days.

If I could give it a 10/10 I would. No 0815 pizza, nice staff and great ambience!

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, nette Kellner und sehr leckeres Essen. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich habe das Filetsteak gegessen mit groben Bohnen das war super zudem sind die Portionen mehr als ausreichend und sehr großzügig.

Fantastic and authentic pizza. Certainly one, if not the best pizza in Lippe. Many thanks to the great hosts :)

Very tasty food and good service

We wanted to eat at Safran House with 6 people. Unfortunately, one person got sick shortly beforehand, so we only had 5 people at the table. The young waitress asked us three times in an unfriendly tone that we should call first. I find that absolutely unnecessary for such a marginal change. The waitress' tone of voice was completely inappropriate. The appetizer platter for 4 people was ok. Mainly everything tasted like garlic. It was just yogurt with a bit of bread. Paying €30 for it shows a certain amount of self-confidence... My main course (No. 13) was not good: the sauce was only salty. I didn't taste any turmeric or coconut. Other spices couldn't be tasted either. The chicken was - in my opinion - not chopped up, but rather crumbly remains. The rest was fluffy. If you like saffron in rice, you will like this rice. The food wasn't worth the €21.90. Unfortunately that was my first and last visit.

Update September 2024: The food is still excellent, the wine is excellent and I'm already looking forward to winter, when there will be really good (winemaker's) mulled wine outside on the terrace again. The Pfälzer Krüstchen (schnitzel) is highly recommended. The perfect place for one (or two, or three) delicious glasses of wine, accompanied by harmonious, very good food and nice service. We come back regularly.

We ordered lunch today with the whole team. Ordering went great, delivery was very punctual and everyone's food was excellent. Highly recommended 😊

My name is Holger Büscher, I am one of the former employees who is apparently to blame for the failed family Christmas party, as described in the review. I enjoyed working in the brewhouse for many years until a new chef came along and told me in a conversation that the service I provided was, quote, terrible. In the years that I worked in the brewhouse, I met many great guests who were always very satisfied and praised the service. Now a Christmas party seems to be going wrong and the blame is being placed on the former employees who……strangely……were not there. I have always seen a complaint as an opportunity for the entire team. Maybe we should be honest here and question whether employees were overwhelmed. I have nothing to blame myself for, I have always done my work conscientiously. It's not acceptable at all that something like this is now being blamed on former employees. Guests are dismissed as liars and former employees encourage guests to give bad reviews. Here I ask for a clarification and an apology to whoever commented on the review. The disappointed former employee!!! P.S. Maybe former employees are treated this way because you quit yourself! And last but not least, fake reviews are now being given here to cover up the embarrassing mistakes. The whole thing is very believable!'

Unfortunately by far the worst food & restaurant I've ever been to. At first it started very nicely with the service. When the food came, the first fun was over. 4 out of 4 dishes didn't taste good and one dish was inedible and went back to the kitchen. This dish was a lasagna. At least called lasagne by the owners. Unfortunately, none of us at the table recognized or tasted lasagna. Additionally, everything was just terribly drowned in sauce. No wonder, they probably wanted to hide this miserable dish. They didn't even manage to get the fries fully cooked on the plate. After one dish was returned and another was served, you thought, OK, now it will work. None! Things got even worse. Actually, only simple pasta with tomato sauce and homemade meatballs were served, with which you think nothing can go wrong. Too bad that went wrong. The tomato sauce was full of pepper and the meatballs tasted like cat food and were indefinable. Everyone at the table tried the dish and grimaced. It was really inedible. However, out of DECEPTION, I ate this dish anyway and, when asked by the waitress, smiled nicely and said that it was good. My mistake. So we asked for the bill to leave. Of course we gave a tip when paying, which was a big mistake afterwards. Since I seemed to have offended the owner's Italian pride, he came to our table to reprimand me in front of everyone in the restaurant for putting my cloth napkin on my plate. Of course I apologized straight away because it wasn't intentional and I also understood that you shouldn't do that. Didn't think about it myself. He didn't accept this apology and reprimanded me twice more and then left the table in a huff. It's a shame you have to behave like that after serving such bad food. Afterwards, I'm annoyed that I left a tip there. None of the 4 of us will ever set foot in this restaurant again.

We chose the restaurant while passing through because of the positive reviews. The hospitality was super nice and totally attentive, unfortunately you rarely experience something like that anymore. The food was super tasty. We will definitely stop there again on our next trip.

Great food and quick service. Very friendly staff. I can highly recommend Pizza Factory in Detmold! Are now in transit and here for the second time.
