We wanted to eat at Lakshmi Mahal with four people and it was the biggest failure I have ever experienced. Everyone came from different parts of the city to eat there. Of course, we reserved online in advance and received written confirmation - everything seemed fine. It even said that if something didn't work, we would be contacted. After all, they had my email address and cell phone number. Well, what happens? We will be standing in front of a closed door on time on the reserved date! A handwritten sign is emblazoned at the entrance: “Closed for renovation.” I'm sorry, what?! There was no sign of any renovation inside. Absolutely nothing! The tables were even set. No cancellation, no notification by email or phone for four days. It didn't even say on Google or on their own website that it was closed. An incredible impudence! We then had to quickly look for an alternative, which is of course really annoying with several people. The entire meeting was ruined. Conclusion: Never again! Customer service is zero, organization is a joke. Anyone who runs their restaurant like this should leave it alone. Just disappointing and disrespectful!

Small, fine Italian restaurant, everything is great, the 4 stars overall are only because I unfortunately couldn't get enough of the pasta, the pizzas are great, also the size, but I was craving fresh pasta Agnolotti Ai Porcini that day, in terms of taste Excellent, unfortunately a bit low for me, despite the starter🫣otherwise a top restaurant👌🏻

The Pizzeria Amore was recommended to us. And we weren't disappointed. The dough is good, the pizza has good toppings and the people were friendly! I can't say anything about the ambience, what I could see was clean and tidy. We'll get pizza here again.

A real Ruhrpott snack bar, not a star restaurant, but solid food. Prices are also completely ok. They've been open for a long time and are therefore interesting. There are fewer and fewer of them in the city centers. Come again...

A nice bar with very nice seating and friendly staff. You will definitely be served very quickly here. It's a shame that there isn't a corner where, for example, football is shown, but I would have had the opportunity to do that on one of my evenings. Especially since it was the Champions League and Dortmund isn't really that far away.
