Many years ago we often went to Marathon because we knew the owners well and were always very satisfied. After a long break, we saw a report in the local newspaper and wanted to eat there again. Unfortunately, and mainly in comparison to other Greeks in Bielefeld, we were a bit disappointed. The salad and the side dishes served were a bit manageable for two people. On my grill plate, the lamb fillet was grilled dead, the gyros were quite dry and partially burnt. Suvlaki was ok, Suzuki was very tasty. Overall, the price/performance ratio wasn't right, which is a shame.

The staff was super friendly and processed our orders quickly. The food for 15 of us was brought quickly and was very tasty and filling. The ambience speaks for itself! We'd love to come back!

A top address for really good food and drinks. Extremely friendly, fun staff. Perfect food. The location is beautifully decorated. The rush of visitors says it all. We'll be happy to come back on our next visit to Bielefeld!

Ordered 5 things and apart from the names there was really nothing in original Spanish. I'm Spanish myself and I cook.... I was really disappointed. Maybe I had too much expectation. But really not one of the 5 dishes had anything to do with the traditional way of preparation. If you need help with certain dishes, I am at your disposal.

Super delicious food, the staff is also very nice and accommodating. I ordered by phone and within 15 minutes I was able to pick up the food. I've ordered there several times and I and my family really enjoyed it! Thank you again for the delicious food. :)

Clear menu, not necessarily aimed at vegetarians, but you can definitely find vegetarian dishes. Our food that evening was very tasty, the service was good and the waiting time was normal Price is right

In terms of food and ambiance, the Bürgerladen Glückspilz is a solid 10 out of 10. Everything was absolutely spot-on – delicious, freshly prepared, and lovingly presented. The ambiance also invites you to linger: modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. In this respect, a clear recommendation without any deductions. Regarding the service, I unfortunately have to deduct two stars. Ordering via the terminals worked wonderfully – uncomplicated and efficient. Unfortunately, however, no invoice was issued directly, which is problematic for me as a self-employed person, as I absolutely need a receipt for business expenses. After checking with the staff, I was assured that the receipt would be brought to me promptly. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. It's a shame, because it tarnishes the otherwise consistently positive overall impression. Conclusion: The food and atmosphere are top-notch, but there's still room for improvement when it comes to service – especially in terms of transparency and traceability.
