Every time I have visited, the service is very good, the food keeps impressing me. This is a 10/10 restaurant. I can't wait to visit again!

Extremely delicious pizza with a very thin base!

It's been a while since we booked a table there for 25 people for our company Christmas party. When we arrived, we were told we had to leave by 8 p.m. because the table would be taken again. Maybe it was a lack of coordination, but that's not acceptable for me! When I book a Christmas party, I stay the whole evening and want to continue sitting there and have a drink after dinner. We were then seated at a row of tables pushed together. Each of us had exactly the width of a placemat – and that's definitely too narrow. Our request to extend the table was only reluctantly accepted. But when two more tables were taken, it worked out more or less. And we were allowed to stay until just before 9 p.m., until the new guests arrived. Now, for the positive: The pizza was amazing! Quite large, so I was quite full afterward. My colleagues were also full of praise. And the service was also quite fast, despite the restaurant being really busy. Unfortunately, the waiters weren't in a particularly good mood. It was also very busy and stressful. I don't want to give the restaurant a bad rating because of this one "incident," as I think it's really nice during normal business hours. But I still have to deduct one star.

The website says it's open until 12, I drove 50km, paid for parking, walked in at 9:57 PM, and then I was told there weren't enough customers and to come back tomorrow. The staff can't do anything about that; the food always tastes great and the service is friendly, but why can't they keep their hours real online?

Nicely located in the old town and with outside seating. As usual good quality and nice staff.

I once gave it 5 stars, which I unfortunately have to take back after today's experience. After we arrived at the half-filled beer garden, nothing happened for 10 minutes.... We made our presence known and said that we would like to order. The lady then said “my colleague will do that straight away”. Other guests came and were served. Still nothing happened to us! The guests next to us at the table got their pizza delivered and the waitress left... After about 30 minutes we decided to leave... Hats off to so much incompetence

L’Osteria impresses with really good pizza – big, thin and perfectly baked! The food my companion served was also very appealing. The staff is nice and it's really comfortable to sit here. A great place for a relaxing evening, absolutely recommended!

The only thing that can be eaten in Germany is worth it

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. Always very loud. You basically have no peace at all while eating. Tables are set up far too closely, so that the waitress can't even reach all the tables easily without me having to move my chair forward. Some of the pizzas were not baked all the way through or were baked very unevenly. The edge of the dough almost looked like the symbol of Ying & Yang. Overall, unfortunately disappointed for the price, which has also increased while the quality has deteriorated.. unfortunately.. We will first have to find another pizza restaurant in Bielefeld.

Very nice shop, as you know from other LOsteria restaurants. Well-kept dining area, clean toilet, very nice and competent staff. Delicious food, super large portions. Great value for money

2 visits so far, both had catastrophic experiences - definitely not a third time again! On the first visit we all had an upset stomach straight after. Today, 2 years after the first attempt, I was given another chance and immediately again a huge disappointment. Our order was forgotten. We were told this after an hour of waiting, after everyone else had already received their food. After more than 1 hour the food arrived, the special request for an ingredient was not taken into account. We and 3 neighboring tables waited half an hour for the bill. The store was moderately full, it's a normal Wednesday. No apology or other compensation received. No drink or dessert on the house, no price reduction. Instead, the option to tip is presented to you, where you should enter the percentage on the device. Snotty and no insight whatsoever. Disaster!!

Unfortunately we were left standing at the door without at least someone telling us that it might take a while until we were seated. After about 5 minutes we left. The food is usually always great, but the service was rather slow last time, for example with reordering drinks.

As usual, the food was perfect, the staff was friendly but a bit listless. Every now and then in Losteria restaurants, when paying by card, I am presented with the percentage selection for tips without me asking. I find that a bit cheeky; it has happened to me several times in Losteria Osnabrück. I always tip, but I like to decide how much myself and don't need a request from the staff with a percentage choice.

It was the first time there with my family, we had such lovely service, at first we didn't like the place, but then we got a nicer place, the food was top top top...Thank you, we'll be happy to come again and for everyone who hasn't been with you yet, please give it a try...thanks again to the nice and pretty service....

Would love to go to L'Osteria again and again. The pizzas are very tasty and very large! The selection is very large. The homemade lemonade is also recommended.

Beautiful L'Osteria. The large pizzas are, as always, great and tasty, although occasionally I had a crust that was a little too big, which made the pizza a little dry. The service here is always very friendly, quick and courteous.

A real service problem. First several attempts until you get a card, then despite multiple hand signals etc. no one comes to take an order. Unfortunately we left disappointed after 45 minutes. Too bad. The outdoor terrace is really inviting when the weather is nice.

Unfortunately, absolutely unqualified employees. Everything takes far too long and is not service-oriented. You have to ask and beg for everything, whether it's the salt or the parmesan. Asked waitress for parmesan and bread when food arrived. Empty Parmesan pot arrived after 5 minutes and I'm still waiting for the bread. Unfortunately not the first visit here that was so disappointing.

Unfortunately, there was no option to order dessert at 8:45 p.m., which I find really weak for a restaurant that stays open until 10:30 p.m. Pizza was ok.

Got a nice place, placed the order and everything was fine. The place behind us is occupied 5 minutes after we order, ordered, do you get food 30 minutes before us?! When we asked the waitress we were told it was busy. But it can't be that one table that comes after us is 30! minutes before we get the food! I come from the catering industry myself with years of experience and was always good to talk to at L'osteria but this time it was a pure disappointment!

I wasn't in the L'Osteria restaurant, but in the Meffert organic bakery, two entrances away! Highly recommended!!

Huge pizzas and delicious salads

Were there for the first time today. The pizzas are large and pasta dishes were excellent. The pizzas arrived 15 minutes later than the pasta dishes, which the attentive waitress Dana also noticed and apologized profusely. Thanks Dana for the nice service. We'd love to come back.

Definitely the best pizza restaurant in Bielefeld The size of the pizza is enormous, the prices are good, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very cozy. It’s just the perfect place to hang out with friends or to go there for a date! Highly recommend it!

Food top. It depends on the operation. The problem with tipping... if you don't want to give one, you have to be careful when paying. The staff is often overloaded... there are free places, but these are not offered because, according to the staff, there are not enough service staff present. But the people who want to eat are waiting outside... That's understandable... still a good shop!

I had lunch in this restaurant the other day and I was completely impressed. The pizzas are wafer-thin, but so large that the already large plate underneath the pizza only serves as an alibi, as a second paper plate has to be passed underneath to accommodate the pizza monster the size of a rain barrel lid. The service was first class and the restaurant itself has a great ambience. Unfortunately, I'm rarely in Bielefeld, but I would come back here at any time, that's for sure!

For me, it was typical L'Osteria. Everything was perfect. The large 45cm pizzas are a plus, as they're perfect for sharing, with a choice of toppings. Restrooms are located in the basement, accessible only by stairs.

We came here spontaneously for dinner today. I was attracted by the vegan offer. I wasn't disappointed. Finally a pizzeria with a sensible cheese alternative ❤️ The pizza was hot, fresh and crispy. Our waiter, despite the large company at the neighboring table, was friendly and attentive. Thank you very much, I'll be happy to come back 🫶

Unfortunately we got the large starter instead of the small one. It was pointed out several times that I also ordered a risotto, but unfortunately I didn't get it. When paying, I mentioned again that I hadn't received the main course. The service then became quite unfriendly. The risotto was included in the price and after a written invoice was requested, the waitress came and gave us the money back. Without being asked, we would have paid for food that we didn't get. Non-carbonated Cola. You didn't feel welcome.

Actually, I'm not the person who writes the reviews, but I've never been as satisfied with any restaurant as I was with the restaurant. The customer service is top and nowhere in Bielefeld can you find equally delicious food. Although there are longer waiting times, staff understands and respects guests, which is rare in recent times. Recommended!

Food was good as usual, but service was really bad!!! Got the wrong pizza, I ordered two halves (Tonno without onions and vegetarian), but I got one with onions and instead of the vegetarian with mushrooms and grilled vegetables one only with eggplant... I ate it anyway because I like it too, but still not correct.. When the waiter asked if everything was okay, he said that the pizza was wrong, it just didn't bother him at all and it was easily ignored. After that, there were no more requests for dessert or anything like that, but at the next table there were...so we didn't have any more dessert, even though we would have liked to have another tiramisu. There was no tip when paying because what was it for? Then an annoyed “Bye” as a farewell, no thanks, no nothing. Incredible 🤷🏼‍♂️!

The pizzas are good, but the service is bloody slow. I went there last summer, they made us wait for everything and it was forever. They made us wait to be seated (despite having plenty of free and non-reserved tables), to bring us the menu, to ask us what we wanted (we had to go get them twice), and then to be able to pay (which we had to go get them again). In total we were there for almost two hours to share a pizza and two glasses of wine. The truth is that we had already been to other restaurants in the Osteria and we liked it, but this time we messed it up badly... :(

We entered the main entrance and were greeted by a sign saying “Please wait here, someone will be coming to pick you up shortly”. Unfortunately we stood in the entrance for about 5 minutes and were not picked up. An annoyed waitress walked past us twice without saying a word. The waiter at the bar didn't make much of an effort to help us either. A simple “Hello, I’ll be with you in a moment, I have to do something” would have been enough for us. After 5 minutes of being ignored, we left.

You have to wait for an extremely long time and are seated at the counter! Outrageous

Service friendly, Food very good!

It's always nice to go there, I recommend it. But after some time, we returned. Staff changed, very cold and rushed. At this point, L'Osteria di Paderborn is much better.

We decided to go there last night and had a pizza! Service was great as always, but unfortunately the pizza was cold, which we have experienced several times now. Pizza Caesars e Pollo with dressing and parmesan cheese, which was also missing today! Actually, it's not all that bad, the pizza should only be brought to the table after 4 rings. Taste ok as always. Maybe someone should take a look at this. Ate the same pizza at the airport in Düsseldorf 14 days ago, it was mega and hot! Have a beautiful Sunday!

Unbelievable, I've been to various cities countless times and have never experienced it before, not being greeted and then not being served for 20 minutes and then receiving a half-full plate of raw crabs (4 pieces) on my gnioccis... I was very disappointed

The location is really great, and the menu is also very appealing. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not consistent. On 2 out of 3 visits the pasta from the weekly menu was burnt. Even if the store is only half full, the waiting times are comparatively long.

Worst service ever in Bielefeld pizzerias - 1/10 I ordered on Wolt at 19.10 and got 1.5 hrs delivery time. I tried to cancel immediately within 1 minute. L’Osteria claimed that the pizza is ready and didn’t let me cancel. So Wolt didn’t let me cancel. The restaurant promised delivery in 20 minutes but the order arrived after 1.5 hours as mentioned in the app. It’s ridiculous and I don’t understand why they take orders if they can’t keep up. Just to get money from people. I dined there once and the service was the worst ever I had in Bielefeld. Unfortunately, I chose to order online for once and ended up starving. The pizza they delivered was hard and cold for a 18 € pizza. Quite expensive though for a bad service. In the end, I got food from another restaurant. Never again L’Osteria and never recommend to anyone.

We ordered today and we were personally disappointed. 50 euros for 2 pizzas and a starter. The quality of the salami and ham seemed and tasted very inferior to us personally. That’s it for orders here….

L'osterie Bielefeld NEVER AGAIN! I've never experienced anything like yesterday. Starting with the fact that after entering the really beautiful location we were left standing at the front for almost 10 minutes without greeting us or telling us that someone was coming to us soon, but that was still the lesser evil. We had reserved for 8:45 p.m. After we placed our drink order we were informed that pizzas could no longer be ordered. Okay, but we were there to eat pizza! It would take at least 1.5 hours because you have a company there and so many orders have been received for delivery. We found it interesting that guests prefer to make deliveries on site. Other customers were given the same information and left immediately. Since we came from 70km away and were hungry we needed a plan. We simply order online. The waiting time was stated as 15 minutes! We were called immediately after receiving the order at 9:06 p.m. and told us that we would only be able to pick up the pizzas in 40 minutes (still faster anyway). The snippy service person asked us in her friendly way if we didn't want anything more. We told her we were waiting for our online order. Afterwards she came back and asked what kind of order it was. We asked if we could get them on a plate (although we would have eaten them in the box too!). At 9:41 p.m. she brought us our pizzas... COLD! When I asked that it couldn't actually be the case that our pizzas were cold now, she replied that that was normal when they were picked up! What???? Because the pizzas are already there! So if we are told at 9:06 p.m. that the pizzas will be ready in 40 minutes, how can they already be cold at 9:41 p.m. Since we had paid via Paypal, there was of course nothing we could do. Simply annoying and for quite a bit of money! I would like to emphasize that this rating only counts for Bielefeld. This has never happened in Kamen. ADDITION We were called about the incident a few days later and were apologized and offered redress. The gentleman was really very friendly and I personally think it's really great to know that the reviews are read and people are thinking about how they can improve. I'm happy to change my rating for this, even though you didn't ask for it.

The food is really absolutely delicious. The only problem is that you wait longer than average for your order. No matter what you order, be it a drink or a meal. Otherwise best recommendation for the restaurant.

THE place if you want to eat a really, really big pizza. Maybe not the most elegant experience, but really cool.

On a positive note, despite not having a reservation, we got a small table after a short wait on a Saturday evening. Of course it was busy, but the service was still friendly, relatively quick and professional. However, the enormous volume and the “hustle and bustle” around the table were not optimal. The pizzas served tasted great. However, they were absurdly large. The circumference is approximately twice as large as the plates. Not possible even with a big appetite. Accordingly, we had the leftovers packed up in bags at the end. I don't even want to think about how much high-quality food ends up unnecessarily in the trash.

We found very good service. Despite the understaffing, everything went well. The food was very good!

Actually a great restaurant. Unfortunately, for gluten-free/wheat-free pasta there is only the alternative of zucchini noodles. Unfortunately they don't taste good at all. But everything else is great.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at L'Osteria Bielefeld and it was simply perfect! The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it an ideal place for a special occasion. The service was warm and attentive from the start and we immediately felt at home. We decided on a pizza – and what a pizza! The pizzas were huge, fresh and incredibly tasty. The dough was perfect, the toppings were rich and the ingredients were high quality. We enjoyed every bite! After dinner we enjoyed a coffee, and here too the quality was outstanding. The coffee was strong and aromatic, exactly what you need after a good meal. All in all, it was a wonderful evening and we are completely satisfied. The combination of delicious food, excellent service and the cozy atmosphere makes L'Osteria a place we will happily return to again and again. Thank you for this great evening!

The pizza is incredibly good - the dough is well ripened, not too thick and has a perfect structure. Totally exceeded my expectations, would be happy again at any time!

Food great, pizza very large and extremely thin and crispy. Really very friendly staff who really try to make the customer's stay as pleasant as possible. It was our first time there and it was quite crowded even though it was only 5pm on Friday. So it might be worth reserving a table in advance, which our friends luckily did. I can fully recommend the Osteria in Bielefeld.

We ordered delivered food in the afternoon. In the online mask, we selected something for two out of three dishes that shouldn't be there (meat, onions). The dishes were delivered without any attention to the wishes. We were told over the phone that this was definitely our mistake, as they no longer received comments in the order due to a system change and we had to do this using the deselect option provided - which we used. At least that's what it said on the receipt for one dish. We then received two new matching dishes, for which we waited another 60 minutes. That means we didn't eat together. The incorrectly delivered dishes were taken back. There was no apology and no apologetic extra or anything like that on top of it. The food was quite ok, for the price we would have expected more - quality or quantity.

We felt very comfortable. Service was super nice, food was delicious. But this time I thought my Pizza Rustica (tomatoes, olives, onions) could have had a little more toppings. Otherwise tip top. Tiramisu is really divine!

The good first. The food I got was at least good. Point We ordered carbonara with penne. At the end came spaghetti pomodoro with the words “I’m sorry, you wanted penne”. When I pointed out that it wasn't even the dish I ordered, I ended up taking it anyway because I didn't want to wait any longer. Even if it is not a must, no goodwill was offered and in the end I paid without me receiving the invoice (which dish was paid for now?!). The restaurant and the kitchen are fine so far, but the service, which prefers to discuss things with people behind the counter, is terrible.

Unfortunately, unfriendly service, brought the wrong order and there was no understanding, let alone any accommodation.

You can have a nice meal there. Ambiance cozy. Service friendly. Food good. The pizza gets 5🌟+, the lasagne only 4🌟 If pieces are cut from a prepared sheet pan lasagna, please add a little more liquid/sauce to the pans and pay attention to the temperature. Then the lasagna doesn't burn from below. Taste good.

This experience can only confirm that the kitchen closes much (!) much earlier than the restaurant should now be clear from all the reviews. Following a recommendation, we took the 60-minute journey and was completely disappointed. We left the restaurant without eating because the kitchen was already closing time. Unfortunately, unfriendly and poor service. No trace of customer friendliness. Maybe not always like that, but far too often. My first impression was enough. There are many better options in Bielefeld.

Unfortunately the service was not satisfactory. The service staff seemed unfriendly and unfocused, and there was a long wait, both for us to take our order and for the food to be delivered. However, I was particularly shocked by the condition of the toilets, which clearly did not meet hygiene standards. Unfortunately, this had a very negative impact on the overall impression of the visit. I hope these points can help improve service and cleanliness to make future visits more pleasant.

The pizza is very tasty, perhaps I have eaten better in few places. The pasta is also quite good, although I've had better elsewhere. Desserts are usually lacking, I wanted to order dessert twice, but at no point was it what I wanted to eat. The cocktails are not particularly fancy, but sufficient. There is sometimes a problem with service, last time they brought a drink that I didn't even order, but they fixed it.
