The food is really absolutely delicious. The only problem is that you wait longer than average for your order. No matter what you order, be it a drink or a meal. Otherwise best recommendation for the restaurant.

We found very good service. Despite the understaffing, everything went well. The food was very good!

On a positive note, despite not having a reservation, we got a small table after a short wait on a Saturday evening. Of course it was busy, but the service was still friendly, relatively quick and professional. However, the enormous volume and the “hustle and bustle” around the table were not optimal. The pizzas served tasted great. However, they were absurdly large. The circumference is approximately twice as large as the plates. Not possible even with a big appetite. Accordingly, we had the leftovers packed up in bags at the end. I don't even want to think about how much high-quality food ends up unnecessarily in the trash.

THE place if you want to eat a really, really big pizza. Maybe not the most elegant experience, but really cool.

L'osterie Bielefeld NEVER AGAIN! I've never experienced anything like yesterday. Starting with the fact that after entering the really beautiful location we were left standing at the front for almost 10 minutes without greeting us or telling us that someone was coming to us soon, but that was still the lesser evil. We had reserved for 8:45 p.m. After we placed our drink order we were informed that pizzas could no longer be ordered. Okay, but we were there to eat pizza! It would take at least 1.5 hours because you have a company there and so many orders have been received for delivery. We found it interesting that guests prefer to make deliveries on site. Other customers were given the same information and left immediately. Since we came from 70km away and were hungry we needed a plan. We simply order online. The waiting time was stated as 15 minutes! We were called directly after receiving the order at 9:06 p.m. and told us that we would only be able to pick up the pizzas in 40 minutes (still faster anyway). The snippy service person asked us in her friendly way if we didn't want anything more. We told her we were waiting for our online order. Afterwards she came back and asked what kind of order it was. We asked if we could get them on a plate (although we would have eaten them in the box too!). At 9:41 p.m. she brought us our pizzas... COLD! When I asked that it couldn't actually be the case that our pizzas were cold now, she replied that that was normal when they were picked up! What???? Because the pizzas are already there! So if we are told at 9:06 p.m. that the pizzas will be ready in 40 minutes, how can they already be cold at 9:41 p.m. Since we had paid via Paypal, there was of course nothing we could do. Simply annoying and for quite a bit of money! I would like to emphasize that this rating only counts for Bielefeld. This has never happened in Kamen.

Actually a great restaurant. Unfortunately, for gluten-free/wheat-free pasta there is only the alternative of zucchini noodles. Unfortunately they don't taste good at all. But everything else is great.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at L'Osteria Bielefeld and it was simply perfect! The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it an ideal place for a special occasion. The service was warm and attentive from the start and we immediately felt at home. We decided on a pizza – and what a pizza! The pizzas were huge, fresh and incredibly tasty. The dough was perfect, the toppings were rich and the ingredients were high quality. We enjoyed every bite! After dinner we enjoyed a coffee, and here too the quality was outstanding. The coffee was strong and aromatic, exactly what you need after a good meal. All in all, it was a wonderful evening and we are completely satisfied. The combination of delicious food, excellent service and the cozy atmosphere makes L'Osteria a place we will happily return to again and again. Thank you for this great evening!

Food great, pizza very large and extremely thin and crispy. Really very friendly staff who really try to make the customer's stay as pleasant as possible. It was our first time there and it was quite crowded even though it was only 5pm on Friday. So it might be worth reserving a table in advance, which our friends luckily did. I can fully recommend the Osteria in Bielefeld.

The pizza is incredibly good - the dough is well ripened, not too thick and has a perfect structure. Totally exceeded my expectations, would be happy again at any time!

We ordered delivered food in the afternoon. In the online mask, we selected something for two out of three dishes that shouldn't be there (meat, onions). The dishes were delivered without any attention to the wishes. We were told over the phone that this was definitely our mistake, as they no longer received comments in the order due to a system change and we had to do this using the deselect option provided - which we used. At least that's what it said on the receipt for one dish. We then received two new matching dishes, for which we waited another 60 minutes. That means we didn't eat together. The incorrectly delivered dishes were taken back. There was no apology and no apologetic extra or anything like that on top of it. The food was quite ok, for the price we would have expected more - quality or quantity.

We felt very comfortable. Service was super nice, food was delicious. But this time I thought my Pizza Rustica (tomatoes, olives, onions) could have had a little more toppings. Otherwise tip top. Tiramisu is really divine!

Unfortunately, unfriendly service, brought the wrong order and there was no understanding, let alone any accommodation.

The good first. The food I got was at least good. Point We ordered carbonara with penne. At the end came spaghetti pomodoro with the words “I’m sorry, you wanted penne”. When I pointed out that it wasn't even the dish I ordered, I ended up taking it anyway because I didn't want to wait any longer. Even if it is not a must, no goodwill was offered and in the end I paid without me receiving the invoice (which dish was paid for now?!). The restaurant and the kitchen are fine so far, but the service, which prefers to discuss things with people behind the counter, is terrible.

You can have a nice meal there. Ambiance cozy. Service friendly. Food good. The pizza gets 5🌟+, the lasagne only 4🌟 If pieces are cut from a prepared sheet pan lasagna, please add a little more liquid/sauce to the pans and pay attention to the temperature. Then the lasagna doesn't burn from below. Taste good.

This experience can only confirm that the kitchen closes much (!) much earlier than the restaurant should now be clear from all the reviews. Following a recommendation, we took the 60-minute journey and was completely disappointed. We left the restaurant without eating because the kitchen was already closing time. Unfortunately, unfriendly and poor service. No trace of customer friendliness. Maybe not always like that, but far too often. My first impression was enough. There are many better options in Bielefeld.

Unfortunately the service was not satisfactory. The service staff seemed unfriendly and unfocused, and there was a long wait, both for us to take our order and for the food to be delivered. We decided to go there last night and had a pizza! Service was great as always, but unfortunately the pizza was cold, which we have experienced several times now. Pizza Caesars e Pollo with dressing and parmesan cheese, which was also missing today! Actually, it's not all that bad, the pizza should only be brought to the table after 4 rings. Taste ok as always. Maybe someone should take a look at this. Ate the same pizza at the airport in Düsseldorf 14 days ago, it was mega and hot! Have a beautiful Sunday!

The pizza is very tasty, perhaps I have eaten better in few places. The pasta is also quite good, although I've had better elsewhere. Desserts are usually lacking, I wanted to order dessert twice, but at no point was it what I wanted to eat. The cocktails are not particularly fancy, but sufficient. There is sometimes a problem with service, last time they brought a drink that I didn't even order, but they fixed it.

We wanted to spend a nice afternoon at L’Osteria, but the management was disappointing with its lack of flexibility. Although several tables were available, we were prohibited from putting two tables together for our group of five. This led to an uncomfortable situation and a significant delay in the serving of the food. Unfortunately, the friendly waitress couldn't compensate for the customer-unfriendly behavior of the management. The food was okay, but the visit is not recommended due to the poor organization. Got food that was too spicy today... got it new after criticism... then it went like this... apparently there was a new sauce for a week. The staff said there were already a lot of complaints... I would have removed it much sooner and I would have liked one for the guest I saw a drink as a token of attention for the additional waiting time... 4 people were there and 3 of them now had gastrointestinal problems... food was absolutely not tolerated. Dishes with cream sauce and fish... not recommended... sorry... but the homemade one Iced tea is great. Paid with a card...forced to give a tip.

We actually go to this restaurant quite often because we appreciate the chef's skills, but we are always disappointed with the service. The last time we were there was on Sunday evening. Both waitresses who were in charge of the tables outside did everything they could to avoid eye contact and not be spoken to. We waited twenty minutes and then left. In family restaurants you will be served faster and with a friendly smile.

The pizza 🍕 was as always in a L'Osteria: very large and absolutely delicious. Since you can order half/half, you can either share the pizza (enough to combat acute hunger) or try two toppings yourself (then you'll be completely full) The service was super friendly and mostly on point. The food came very quickly. All in all, we had a lovely dinner with the family. Absolute recommendation 👌🏽

We have ordered from the L'Osteria delivery service several times, but today will probably be the last time. We have accepted the recently significantly increased prices and the 90 minute delivery time that was already announced when ordering. Since the delivery ultimately took more than 120 minutes, the pasta and salad portions were significantly smaller than last time and the dishes were completely cold (they were probably produced to suit the 90 minute delivery time), we won't be going there in the future order more.

A very nice evening in a special atmosphere with delicious food...what more could you need....

To be honest, Losteria was better. I ordered a BBQ pizza. I need a magnifying glass to find the chicken. I pay for dough with sauce on it. The food was completely out of proportion to the price paid. The only reason I even give it 2 stars is the service. The waiter Damien was completely correct and very friendly.

A very nice restaurant where it wasn't the first time I had a very tasty pizza. Unfortunately, I keep noticing how HR management talks to their own employees. Sometimes very inappropriate things are said that no longer relate to work... With an employer like this, it's no wonder that everything looks so chaotic.

We come specifically from Minden because we have already had positive experiences in other cities. BUT this store really disappointed us because of the following points. - Wine is corked and tastes stale - Basic drinks were not available - Service does not respond to repeated requests from the guest - empty spice containers - with the first foot in the store and you can hear the staff shouting through the store “what’s going on” and “diggah”. - Atmosphere far too restless and loud The food again was good. Our conclusion is that coming back is definitely out of the question.

I've eaten here several times and there's nothing to complain about in terms of taste. The pizza is super tasty and that's why I like to come back. Orders to be picked up are not recommended. We sometimes had to wait 30 minutes. This is incomprehensible for those picking up on weekdays.

The pizza we ordered, even though we wanted it sliced, came whole, the carbonara was very average and when we asked for soft drinks with ice they of course came without, the service was very slow and the waiting time was particularly special Bill the end was long. It's a shame, because a store like this that has been in our city for so many years has cases like this

It started when one of our soft drinks was served non-carbonated. It was then replaced upon request, which wouldn't be a bad thing if you didn't wait ages for the food. 45 minutes after ordering, we still hadn't been served food, while other guests who had ordered after us were already able to eat. The dish was definitely not the problem because I ordered the same thing as the guests in question. After asking where the food was, we were told it would be there soon. After at least another 15 minutes it was too much for us and we got up and left. I definitely know where I won't be eating out again.

Been there several times and never been disappointed! The atmosphere outside in summer and inside in winter is cozy and fits the L'osteria concept. Attention: on certain days it can get very crowded in the evenings and tables can be difficult to get. Eating the usual L'osteria quality is probably also familiar from other cities. Service friendly and attentive, cleanliness also everything was tip top. Overall you can have a nice evening there, but of course it's not an “original” Italian ;)

Rarely experienced such bad service! Fake, silly, friendliness “Hi, I’m the…. and here for you this evening!” Taking the order was a real intellectual challenge for the waitress. The complaint about an almost raw pizza was received in the most unfriendly manner and could only be clarified after a long discussion. The pizza was then put back into the oven 😳 The result was definitely not satisfactory, and the other dishes were also not convincing in terms of taste. Better buy yourself a frozen pizza and have a chilled evening on the sofa!

Been there several times now, the waitresses have always been friendly and helpful. I only ate pizza there, so my review only refers to that. Every time the pizza was delicious, the size was particularly noteworthy. People who don't eat that much should probably share the pizza with someone else, otherwise it can really be too much. Another plus point is that you can top the pizzas with different toppings, for example half arugula and half salami. All in all, you can spend a nice evening with friends here.

I ate here for the first time today. Kudos to the chef; I haven't eaten so well and so deliciously in a long time! Price performance is very good. The portions are huge. Went there last month to get pizza. We ordered on the spot, the waiter at the counter hadn't written down our order because he thought he could remember it that way. All well and good, we would only have received something close to what we ordered. After waiting for 1 hour (we were told 30 minutes), instead of getting 2 pizzas with different toppings, we got one with none of the toppings we wanted. When we told the waiter that we didn't order it, he became very unfriendly and said he wanted to argue with us and wanted to insist that we pay for the pizza anyway. He didn't even begin to accommodate us or show any understanding of the situation. Such a shame
