Wieso werden so überproportional viele Bewertungen gelöscht?

Ich hab kein Essen bekommen. Hab ne Stunde gewartet dann hab ich die Kellner drauf angesprochen, wann ich mal endlich bedient werde. Dann wurde ich nur frech gewartet, dass es gleich kommt.

Ich habe die wohl größte Pizzaportion bekommen, die ich je gegessen habe. Der vegane Käse war etwas langweilig, aber abgesehen von der Größe und dem Käse selbst hat die Pizza gut geschmeckt.

wären 0 sterne möglich, würde ich diese vergeben. gegen 20:30 bestellt (für 2 personen) jeweils 2x pasta und 2x bruschetta für die bruschetta eine kugel burrata extra. essen kam, statt der jeweils 2 bestellten gerichte kam 1x pasta und 1x 1 kleines bruschetta (2 scheiben) mit burrata. in dem glauben, es würde noch was nachgeliefert werden, erstmal nichts gesagt. 10 minuten lang tat sich nichts, dann darauf angesprochen, dass wir noch auf essen warten würden. bestellung durchgegangen, kellnerin sagte, sie würde das essen in der küche nachordern. die vorher gebrachten speisen waren bei eintreffen des restlichen essens ca. 20/25 minuten später kalt, das getoastete brot für die bruschetta hart wie schuhsohle, dementsprechend ungenießbar. auch hatte man uns bei den fehlenden bruschetta erneut eine kugel burrata (5€ pro stück) dazugelegt, ohne dass wir diese erneut bestellt hatten. einer von uns ging also ohne essen aus, weil kalt und ungenießbar. wir wurden zu keinem zeitpunkt gefragt, ob alles gut sei, es schmecken würde oder ähnliches. zudem war es extrem kalt im laden, alle türen waren weit geöffnet. das ganze hat uns 61,38€ gekostet, die hälfte davon zum fenster herausgeschmissen. diese filiale werden wir nicht mehr betreten, absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch in der L’Osteria Bielefeld. Das Essen war super lecker, die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und das gesamte Team war freundlich und aufmerksam. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Qualität der Speisen und der schöne italienische Flair im Restaurant. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die gutes italienisches Essen in gemütlicher Atmosphäre genießen möchten!

Nettes Restaurant, gutes Essen, aber ziemlich schmutzig. Papier und Essensreste auf dem Boden im Restaurant und auf der Terrasse, schmutzige Stühle, unordentliche Toilette. Schade.

Waren gestern zu zweit da, wir haben die Sitzplätze vor der Tür eingenommen. Es hat uns gut gefallen, obwohl der Service etwas gedauert hat. Der Grund dafür war eine größere Anzahl von Gästen, die wahrscheinlich ein Firmen-Essen gebucht haben. Service draußen war ok/freundlich aber überfordert. Die Getränke waren bei dem heißen Wetter schön kalt und die Pizza schmeckt sehr gut (nach Neapolitanische Art). War ganz nett, sodass wir gerne nochmal zum Essen kommen.

Wir waren heute geschäftlich mit sechs Personen zu Besuch, ich mit Kunden. Wir hatten vorreserviert und bekamen einen Tisch draussen, das war soweit in Ordnung. Danach liess der Service leider stark zu wünschen übrig. Es dauerte lange, bis überhaupt jemand unsere Getränke aufnehmen kam. Als der Kellner dann kam, nahm er gleich Getränke, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise zusammen auf. Die Hauptspeise kam dann aber vor den Getränken, und das nach langer Wartezeit. Wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen, bis endlich alles zusammen kam, Getränke, Vorspeise und Hauptspeise gleichzeitig. Dabei fehlte sogar ein Teil unserer Bestellung, eine Vorspeise wurde trotz zweimaligem Nachfragen nie geliefert. Diese wurde später aber immerhin nicht verrechnet. Aufgefallen ist uns auch, dass ein einzelner Mitarbeiter praktisch die ganze Arbeit am Tisch alleine machen musste, während andere Angestellte nur zuschauten. An der Bar standen zwei Personen, die Getränke zubereiteten, sie aber nicht zu den Gästen brachten. Ich besuche dieses Restaurant seit rund zehn Jahren regelmässig mit Kunden, aber nach diesem Erlebnis werde ich wohl nicht mehr mit Geschäftskunden hierher kommen. Das Essen war gut bis durchschnittlich, aber der Service war leider wirklich schwach. Schade, hier liegt deutlich mehr Potenzial drin.

Fangen wir mit dem Guten an Ambiente ok Und der Kellner der uns den Tisch zu gewiesen hat war super nett dann zum schlechten wir werden zum Tisch gebracht suchen ung. 15 min aus und warten 5 min später kommt eine Kellnerin vorbei guckt uns nickt kurz geht weiter ist ok sie muss ja vielleicht andere Kunden bedienen 3 min kommt sie wieder vorbei und sagt ich komme gleich zu euch noch mach mal 4 min später ist sie wieder bei uns und sagt das eine Gruppe aus 15 Menschen alle Einzel zahlen wollen der Laden war zwar Bildband zwei andere Gruppen die nicht so groß sonder eher aus 3-5 Leuten bestanden aber es gab einen Außenbereich den ich nicht sehen konnte als sie fertig war also noch mal 6 min später Kamm sie zurück und ignorierte uns ging an den Tresen und Unterhielt sich mit den Kollegen warten nochmal 5 min dann gehen zwei von uns hin fragen ob wir bestellen können (Wir haben noch nichtmal Getränke bestellt) und fragen:,, Entschuldige könnten wir bitte langsam bestellen? Ich vermute der Besitzer sagt :,, Ja ja gleich “ wir antworten :„ Das hat ihre Kollegin auch schon gesagt könnten wir bitte jetzt bestellen?" Der Besitzer geht zu unserem Tisch sagt :„ Geh erstmal arbeiten" Und schmeißt uns raus auch wenn wir ihn nicht auf die Öffentliche Weise angesprochen finde ich es dennoch akzeptabel aber uns wegen so etwas rauszuwerfen ist eine Frechheit.

Die Pizza war riesig. Das war echt gruselig 😆.

Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Es werden richtig große Portionen serviert. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Alles super kann man sehr empfehlen

So ein wundervolles Restaurant. 😍 Einige Tapas sind fast kleine Kunstwerke. Alles frisch zubereitet und mit jeweils einer besonderen Raffinesse. Der Außenhof ist wundervoll zum Sitzen, aber auch die Innenräume haben viel Charme. Das Personal ist sehr offen, schnell und lustig. Tolle Kommunikation. Vielleicht ein Tick teurer als die Konkurrenz, aber dafür auch allerbeste Qualität. Wer nur an einem Abend Zeit hat in Bielefeld essen zu gehen, sollte hier herkommen. Das war ein wundervoller Abend!

Wow! Ein authentisches italienisches Restaurant mit 40-cm-Pizzen, frisch zubereiteter Pasta und einer wunderschönen Terrasse. Dazu noch der freundliche Service – eine unschlagbare Kombination! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Eigentlich 5 Sterne, aber 4 mal gefragt, ob wir noch etwas zu trinken bestellen dürften und das war definitiv zuviel. Das hat sich fast über eine Stunde hingezogen. Am Ende musste man energisch darauf hinweisen, dass wir jetzt gerne zeitnah bezahlen würden. Unsere Tischkellnerin hatte sehr viel zu tun gehabt, jedoch nicht die Kellner, die am Tisch saßen, Kommandos geben konnten und rauchten..

Es ist überall toll, und dieser Laden macht wirklich gute Pizza.

Als ich durch Bielefeld schlenderte und nach einem Restaurant suchte, entdeckte ich dieses Lokal – eine hervorragende Wahl! Atmosphäre, Service und Essen waren exzellent. Ich genoss ein Pilzrisotto, ein Glas Wein und ein Dessert, mein Sohn aß eine Lasagne. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr leckere Pizza, sehr netter Service und faire Preise. Hier kann man sehr gut mit der Familie essen gehen, ohne bei der Rechnung weinen zu müssen.

Besteee Losteria von allen in den ich schon war. War bereits in Berlin, Münster, Hannover, Düsseldorf und jetzt Bielefeld der teig ist hier irgendwie so fluffiger am rand und das liebe ich.. so lecker !!!😍

Wir haben uns spontan mit Freunden getroffen. Da ich vorher schon gegessen hatte, habe ich mich "nur" für Tiramisu und eine Schorle entschieden. War beides sehr sehr lecker und absolut empfehlenswert. Die mega grosse Pizzen bei meinen Freunden, die nicht auf einen Teller passten, sahen sehr gut aus und soll auch sehr lecker geschmeckt haben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ✨ 5 Sterne✨ ❤️

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von neun Personen an einem Freitagabemd da. Gut was los, viele Gäste. Die Pizzen sind riesig, geschmacklich gut. Man kann den Pizzabäckern bei der Arbeit zugucke;, auch ganz nett und schafft Vertrauen. Wir hatten zwei Bedienungen, die anscheinend noch nicht so lange dabei waren, aber ihr bestes getan haben. Leider wurden sie nicht von den erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen unterstützt. Einiges lief ein bisschen schief: Ein paar falsche Getränke, mehrmaliges eigentlich überflüssiges Nachfragen, und die komische Situation, dass wir 5-6 mal gefragt wurden, ob wir denn die Gruppe wären, die genau DIESEN Tisch reserviert haben (keine Ahnung, wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert und würden halt an einen Tisch gesetzt von der ersten Dame. Ob der Tisch jetzt für uns gedacht war, können wir schlecht wissen). Aber alles in allem haben die neuen Servicekräfte das beste draus gemacht und der Abend war gut.

Leckere riesen Pizza! Italienischer Art. Schmeckt wie in Italien

Insgesamt war es ein guter Besuch. Es war nicht herausragend, aber dennoch angenehm. Die Portion der Pasta hätte meiner Meinung nach etwas größer sein können. Bei der Pizza waren die Champignons etwas wässrig, wodurch der Teig und auch der Teller etwas durchweicht waren. Trotzdem möchte ich betonen, dass ich als Reisender insgesamt eine positive Erfahrung gemacht habe und das Restaurant als gut bewerten kann.

Das Essen war wie immer in der L'Osteria top. Das Servicepersonal war zwar freundlich, aber überfordert und wir haben mehr als 13min gewartet, bis wir bestellen konnten.

The pizza was delicious and very large; I ate it for breakfast the next morning. The service was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Typical chain restaurant: you get what you pay for and expect.

Although it's a chain restaurant, the pizzas, while large, arrived lukewarm and were only average in taste. So, nothing to complain about, but not exactly great either. The place was packed and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. We had to actively request additional drinks, which then sometimes arrived incorrectly, just like the extra toppings we ordered for the pizza were either wrong or missing. Overall, it was just an average evening and doesn't exactly motivate us to return.

We were there today with five people and had made a reservation. We were given a 1.5-hour time slot, which today would have barely been enough time to get our food, let alone eat it. Our server was difficult to understand. She seemed overwhelmed but wouldn't accept help from her colleagues; on the contrary, she was quite rude when one of them noticed our glasses had been empty for a while and tried to take our drink order. Almost every one of our orders was a complete surprise: wrong drinks were brought, and changes to our food requests were ignored. Incidentally, Ramazotti and Martini can also be served perfectly well with an ice cube, especially given the extremely poor air quality in the restaurant. The food was really good, but the pizzas were definitely too big for the space we were given; some clever folding techniques were required. Speaking of space: a sofa in a café is great, but perhaps not the best solution in a restaurant. The expected tip of at least 10% didn't reflect the service we received, at least not today. I paid anyway; I think the young woman was just having a bad day, and she wasn't unfriendly to us. In conclusion: I was really looking forward to the evening at L'Osteria in Bielefeld, but I'll probably get my next pizzas at our local Italian restaurant and invest the money I saved on parking and the lower prices in a few extra drinks.

Simply cozy – whether inside or outside: Losteria in Bielefeld. We love coming back again and again! One small drawback: why is the music so loud?

The food is delicious, and the service staff is excellent. Unfortunately, it's always full, so reservations are highly recommended on Fridays and Saturdays.

Im großen und ganzen kann ich den Standort empfehlen. Leider sind die Pizzen zur Abholung oft noch nicht fertig und die Verteilung der Beläge bei Halb/Halb total willkürlich. Geschmacklich passt jedoch alles und man kann dort super lecker essen. Vor Ort ist es oft sehr voll, daher ist eine vorherige Reservierung zu empfehlen.

It's always nice to go there, I recommend it. But after a while, we went back. The staff had changed, very cold and hasty. Too bad.

The pizzas are good, but the service is slow, like they're trying to bloom. I went there last summer, they made us wait for everything and it was forever. They made us wait to be seated (despite having many free and unreserved tables), to bring us the menu, to ask us what we wanted (we had to go get them twice), and then to be able to pay (which we had to go get them again). In total we were there for almost two hours to share a pizza and two glasses of wine between the two of us. The truth is that we had already been to other restaurants in the Osteria and we like it, but this time we really screwed up... :(

Delicious pizza, just like any other L'Osteria. Great staff. The location is like a train station concourse, cramped, and way too loud.

I'm really disappointed. This is my second time here with my boyfriend, and I'm having the same problem again: I rely on Google's opening hours, pay extra for parking, just to eat at Lusteré – and then they close early. The first time, we were turned away at 10 p.m., even though they were officially open until 11 p.m. Today, on the second attempt, they told us at 9 p.m. that there was no more food, only drinks. Meanwhile, the staff preferred to stand around flirting instead of working. The place was half empty, and the excuse of being understaffed was really weak. I don't understand how a brand like Losteria can allow this to happen. It's a shame – I was always really looking forward to the food.

We got a seat without a reservation, which was very straightforward. The service was friendly, but it took a while. The pizza was huge, as usual at L'Osteria, but the Caprese lacked a bit of flavor. All in all, it wasn't bad, but it's just a little lacking to get 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the food arrived 20 minutes late, which was fine for us, but the pizzas weren't cooked through. We had to put them in the oven ourselves... raw dough isn't so great. It's been better the last few times.

I visited L'Osteria Bielefeld with my son, who has a disability, and we received an incredibly friendly welcome from the very beginning. The entire team was attentive, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was also excellent. The service was fast, professional, and always friendly. A big thank you to the team; we would love to come back.

We were here for lunch during the week as a large group, and it was accordingly empty. We didn't have to wait long for our food. The pizzas are very large, but thin. Most people found them tasty. The bruschetta and salads were also delicious. We were a bit disappointed with the lasagna. It was very bland and had hardly any flavor.

The pizza tastes delicious. Thin crust, crispy crust, and well-topped. The pizza is quite large. The pizza can be made with two different toppings. Then it's perfectly enough for two. Unfortunately, the staff weren't quite on their toes. The outdoor area is at the end of the pedestrian zone, on a street. The Kunsthallenpark is across the street.

We went there spontaneously for dinner and were unfortunately very disappointed. The service was very pleasant. However, our order was not executed very well. Many products that we had deselected were not included, and products that we had requested were not included. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed; we will not be eating at L'Osteria in Bielefeld again.

Delicious food in a beautiful setting L'Osteria in Bielefeld impresses with truly excellent food – especially the huge pizzas and fresh pasta dishes are highly recommended. The restaurant is stylishly decorated and has a pleasant, homely atmosphere. My only minor criticism: the service could be a bit more attentive. While everyone was friendly, there were occasional waits for someone to come. Nevertheless, it was a lovely evening, and I'd be happy to come back!

We sat at our table for 10 minutes on a Friday evening without being served. After actively asking, the menus were forced upon us. We then went somewhere else for a delicious meal.

Entsprechend dem Konzept lecker Pizzen und Salate. Limo's waren sehr lecker und der Salat mit Rind hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Nachteil ist, das durch die anderen Gäste sehr laut war und der Service die Jungs in der Küche sehr angefeuert hat. Aber dies gehört dazu und fand es nicht schlimm.

L'Osteria in Bielefeld definitely impresses with its portions – huge pizzas, decent amounts of pasta, and all at really fair prices. You'll be truly filling, so the value for money is absolutely spot on. However, our lunchtime visit was a bit hit and miss. The service was friendly, but didn't really keep up – long waits for orders and questions. It seemed a bit understaffed. Therefore, one star deducted. Nevertheless: If you're hungry and looking for good portions for a fair price, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back!

The food tastes very good (whether it's pasta 🍝 or pizza 🍕). The prices are mostly very fair. The portions are filling, and the staff is very friendly and takes good care of you. The ambiance is also very pleasant. The only negative thing was the restrooms. Unfortunately, it smelled very strange. Otherwise, I'd be happy to go back.

We were at L'Osteria Bielefeld on a Monday evening around 6:30 p.m. At the entrance, we were told there were currently no tables for two available and that we could wait at the bar or sit at a long, high table with other guests. We decided to wait at the bar; no one asked if we wanted a drink. After 20 minutes, we were assigned a table for two. We waited there for another 25 minutes, hoping someone would take our order, but none happened. It was also not clear who would be serving us. We then left, paid for the one-hour parking ticket, and didn't eat anything. We've been to L'Osteria in various cities and have always been very satisfied, but we've never experienced such poor or no service.

Overall, it's good here, the pizza tastes good and its size is impressive.

The pizza we ordered was really cold. We asked the waiter to bring it back, and he told us to reheat the same pizza. If you reheat the same pizza, it gets hard. Then he said we should talk to the manager to see what would happen. In the end, they didn't bring back the cold pizza, and of course, the problem was forgotten, and we ate it cold. Unacceptable behavior.

The quality of the food is of a good standard. The service is excellent, but the prices are a bit high compared to the quality of the food. The ambiance is pleasant.

There were two of us and we got a table right away on a Saturday afternoon without a reservation. Parking at L'osteria is a bit tricky, so we parked in the parking garage about 300 meters away. The service was very friendly, and the wait time of about 15 minutes was perfectly acceptable.

The pizza is very large, extending beyond the edge of the plate onto the table. Cutting it is very inconvenient. Because the pizza is very thin, it also gets cold quickly. There's plenty of space, with plenty of seating inside and outside.

The waitress was rude. Four people wanted to eat and drink. Despite free seats, we were asked to leave.

Very, very bad service. My husband had to get the menu himself. We thought someone would come after that but nothing like that. I had to go in and was only then told that my colleague was alone today?! Yes, but what do all the other people behind the counter do then? The young man (new and alone) came in and took our order, fine, we thought, but we waited ages for the drinks, then we went in and one of the colleagues said with our food in her hand "I've just come", which I found very cheeky. The drinks only came 5 minutes after the meal and my husband had ordered a wheat beer and said it would be right there! We waited another 15 minutes and then we said we didn't want any more wheat beer and they just gave us a thumbs up?!? You have to be a bit more organized and professional in your work and also support the new person and not smoke or stand behind the counter!!!

We were there on a Sunday around 5 p.m., and were neither greeted warmly nor were our 3-year-old daughter considered (we were given a table for two, even though the restaurant was only 40% full). The glasses came without ice or lemon, and the fish salad came without lemon, but the waitress rolled her eyes when we asked for it. The salad was definitely not fresh - the pasta was acceptable, but unfortunately very little compared to the enormous pizzas.

We went with a group of 29 motorcyclists, and it was no problem at all. Friendly and helpful service, and it felt like we'd been coming here for years, so it was a great experience.

The food was okay, the pizza was simply enormous, about 1.5 times bigger than the plates beneath it. I've rarely experienced such poor service. We waited forever for our drinks and bill. Since our daughter wanted to sleep, I tried to pay quickly, approached three waiters, and none could help me.

We were here two days in a row. We've eaten at various L'Osteria restaurants before and have generally always been satisfied. The quality of the food is actually always good. It's not top-notch quality and it's not an ultra-pizza restaurant, but you can always enjoy visiting. And I would actually recommend it. Regarding the service, I have to say (even though they were nice on both days), we felt a bit neglected as customers. Perhaps there was a shortage of staff at this branch. It just doesn't come across as good for the customer. Please improve; otherwise, it was a good experience.

Delicious, generously portioned food, typical of an osteria. You can't go wrong with the selection - everything tastes good 👍 Service is good and friendly. When it gets busy, things get a little disorganized, but the wait times are still perfectly acceptable.

Unfortunately, this L'Osteria branch lost the sympathy of the entire chain within two days. As someone who visits L'Osteria in various cities, I discovered this weekend in Bielefeld that this branch places absolutely no value on customer service. While you can spend over three hours on the phone and make 15 calls one day without reaching anyone, the next day you have to experience how a shared pizza is only topped two-thirds (the middle third had no toppings – basically a margarita) and then pay an outrageous price for pasta (17 euros), which we ordered without the beef fillet strips. It should also be mentioned that if you want to order beef fillet strips in addition to a pasta dish, you have to pay a full 5 euros extra. We didn't expect to pay 5 euros less, but at least we didn't have to pay the full price for the same amount without the main ingredient. When we asked, the answer was very brief and rather unfriendly: that pizzas sometimes happen when they're full (which can happen sometimes), and that pasta costs full price, whether with or without beef. So, a few noodles with a bit of paprika in a lemon and cream sauce (where you couldn't really taste the lemon) for 17 euros. Since we had already paid and only saw the list with the service receipt, we didn't want to make a big deal. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this branch - whether for business or pleasure. (It's a minor thing, but taken as a whole, it's unfortunately another sign of poor service that we weren't given the daily special – that's also never happened to me before at a L'Osteria.)

Good, very large pizza, ideal for sharing.

I've been to L'Osteria Bielefeld many times and always enjoy coming back. The food is consistently delicious, the quality of the ingredients is impressive, and the seating is very pleasant both inside and outside. It can sometimes be a bit noisy outside due to the nearby street, but that's not the restaurant's fault. The staff is always friendly – all in all, a place you'll gladly return to!
