We recently stayed here with a group of six people. Our table was hidden in a niche, which unfortunately meant we were out of sight of the waitress. Only after asking twice were we served the second round of drinks, which was a bit disappointing and annoying.
Overall, the food was good and we enjoyed it, but one out of 6 meals was forgotten and it took longer than 1.5 hours for everything to be served.
The first drink was also lukewarm and non-carbonated, which was also a shame.
Overall, we all felt that the service was not satisfactory. There were several small discrepancies that marred the stay somewhat. It's a shame, because the food and the atmosphere could be much better if the service was appropriate - because the billing is 100%.
Still the best sushi in Aachen, even though there are over 40 sushi restaurants in Aachen. I've been going from Hückelhoven to Aachen to Crazy Sushi for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.
Warm, Italian, enjoyment
A small restaurant with such warm people and delicious and tastefully balanced dishes. When the weather is right and you can sit outside (it's nice inside too 😉) it really feels like Italy.
I wasn't that impressed at first because it didn't look that clean in the window, but I was positively surprised and very friendly
and the food was very tasty at least what we had
and my wife was thrilled so she's happy to go. Price/performance ratio is 100%
Recommendation Duck in crocus sauce is simply amazing
We were visiting our daughter. On her recommendation, we ate here. Simply amazing. Food and drinks simply delicious. Extra requests were taken into account and very good service. We can highly recommend it.
Matze and Beate from Asl
Super friendly staff and landlady. She served us with a smile and make us comfortable to dine there. She recommended us the Aachen cuisines which are perfect to taste. Food is fantastic plus with nice German interior decorations.
If you want to have German pork leg, they don’t have it. We had Schnitzel Wienerart
mit Pommes frites und kleinem Beilagensalat, „Einhorn-Teller", Aachener Sauerbraten in Printensauce and Paniertes Seehechtfilet. They are good and tasty local food. I will surely be there again.
