We were the first guests in the evening. The table we wanted to sit at had not yet been cleared. This was then done and the table was also wiped down, but the cloth smelled musty. We each ordered a drink and a pizza. That went pretty quickly. However, the pizza was bigger than the plate and was extremely unpleasant to eat, and everything was covered in crumbs. Nobody came to see us until we requested payment. Service very inattentive. As we drove out of the parking lot, we saw that the service was busy smoking. That explains a lot. After the change of ownership from Mario to Erika, things really went downhill.

I actually always liked you. Nice atmosphere, attentive, nice, fast waiters, but after my latte with "soy" milk gave me an incredible stomach ache like never before: No thanks. :) Guys, vegan may be a lifestyle, but lactose intolerance is not.

The food is of a high level in terms of quality and taste. Price/performance ratio is appropriate. The service is very good, the atmosphere is great.

Today we were on a stopover at the guild hall. When we came in and asked for a seat because it was apparently very full, the employee rudely told us that we should see if there was anything available. We had to wait over 40 minutes before we could order something because the service seemed to be completely overwhelmed. Only after another employee came did things get better. This younger employee was also responsible for us and she was also super nice. After a total of about 1.5 hours we got our food, and not even completely. The fried potatoes took longer than the rest. The employee apologized several times for that. The food itself was very good, but the service and the friendliness of certain people should be reconsidered.

I ordered a box with 4 subs there. According to the picture and info, these were supposed to be quartered, but were only cut into three parts. That was annoying because we wanted to divide this expensive box (40€) between us. In addition, the amounts of sauce that are delivered separately in this box correspond to approximately 5ml per sauce, which corresponds to 2 teaspoons per sauce, I don't know how to divide a sauce into a sub. You order from Subway because you think you will get the products with the quality that you have known for years. But that's how you lose customers. Won't happen again. I absolutely do not recommend.
