Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Tolles Essen, freundliches Team und eine angenehme Atmosphäre

Essen war lecker, allerdings war das Gyros schon tdcht trocken und eine 1l Coca Cola für 6€ grenzwertig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben im April ein Essen nach einer standesamtlichen Hochzeit mit Familie und Freunden zusammen im Asado gefeiert. Von der Planung bis zum großen Tag hat sich das Team wirklich tolle Gedanken gemacht und uns viel Arbeit abgenommen. Das Essen war hervorragend und super angerichtet, sodass auch für jeden von Groß bis Klein was dabei war. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen das Asado sehr gerne weiter!

Von aussen absolut schöne Location. Ambiente leider vermschmutzz und teilweise in keinem guten Zustand. Das Frühstück ist recht hochpreisig, dafür aber ganz lecker. Pro: Obst und Gemüse frisch. Aufschnitt und Käse standart. Curry Mouse und Youghurt sehr lecker. Absolutes Ni-Go bei dem Preis sind die Brötchen. Billige Discounter Aufback Ware, nicht gut zubereitet, dem Preis absolut angemessen. Der Tisch war verschmutzt. Auf Nachfrage wurde der zwar abgewischt, aber leider nicht wirklich sauber. Auch Tassen, Kännchen und Untertassen entsprechen nicht dem standart für Sauberkeit was der Preis und das Ambiente vermuten lassen. Ausserdem: Bei dem Frühstücksangebot war im Preis nicht ein einziges Getränk inkludiert, kein Kaffee, kein O-Saft. Aber die Servicekraft war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Schon beim ersten Eindruck fällt der außergewöhnlich sympathische Empfang auf – gerade um 9:00 Uhr morgens ist das alles andere als selbstverständlich. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen, ohne Hektik, sondern mit ehrlicher, angenehmer Freundlichkeit. Ich habe mich für ein Frühstück entschieden: Matcha Latte und Porridge. Beides wurde sehr schnell zubereitet und kam perfekt temperiert an den Tisch – warm, frisch und qualitativ genau so, wie es sein sollte. Das Ambiente ist wirklich stimmig. Eine angenehme Musikkulisse im Hintergrund sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, ohne Gespräche zu stören. Insgesamt sehr harmonisch – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Die Vibes sind durchweg ruhig, angenehm und einladend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Bedienung: aufmerksam, freundlich und gleichzeitig unaufdringlich. Genau die richtige Balance. Ein echtes Highlight war die singende Dame im Service – sie hat einfach richtig gute Vibes verbreitet. Es hat tatsächlich Spaß gemacht, ihr nebenbei zuzuhören, und ihre Stimme war wirklich schön. Das gibt dem Ganzen nochmal eine ganz besondere, persönliche Note.Aus veganer Sicht: Für jemanden wie mich ist das Angebot gut gestaltet. Es ist kein rein veganes Restaurant, aber es gibt mehrere vegane Alternativen sowie vegetarische Optionen und klassische Gerichte für Allesesser. Dadurch ist es auch ideal, wenn man gemischt essen geht – jeder findet etwas Passendes. Ich kann das Restaurant klar empfehlen und habe mich tatsächlich entschieden, wiederzukommen.

Ich besuche das Asado regelmäßig. Das Essen hat stets eine gute Qualität und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Service ist immer freundlich und wirkt äußerst professionell. Ich komme gern wieder.

In Uelzen sicherlich der modernste Laden, allerdings mittlerweile auch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bedienung war leider nicht sehr freundlich, auf die Bestellung mussten wir leider 45 Minuten warten, bei geringer Auslastung. Das Essen hat leider nicht geschmeckt, muss aber nicht auf jedes Essen zutreffen und Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Gesamteindruck Ok.

Wir sind öfters hier um einen Matcha zu trinken, heute war der Matcha sehr unappetitlich, hat leider null danach geschmeckt, sondern nur nach Wasser. Das empfand nicht nur ich so, sondern 2 weitere Personen auch. Das haben wir auch so weiter gegeben nur kam da leider nicht viel bei rum. Finden sehr schade aber so ist das leider, am Anfang schmeckt der perfekt und dann lässt das an Geschmack nach.

Eigentlich schreibe ich ungern schlechte Bewertungen, jedoch war die Erfahrung gestern leider super schade. Der Laden ist gerade von der Preisklasse eher gehoben, wo man gewisse Standards erwartet. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut das vegane Steak zu bekommen, was ich bekam war ein Gemüsepancake, der sich einfach zermatschen lies. Auf Rückfrage hieß es, dass es ja in der Karte ersichtlich wäre, was man erwarten kann. Es war ungenießbar. Die äußere „Kruste“ schmecke noch schlimmer als die Rohe Mitte. Es gibt heutzutage so viele tolle Rezepte und Ersatzprodukte und dann bekommt man so etwas serviert. Wenn man keine Lust oder Kompetenz für vernünftige Vegane Auswahl hat, dann soll man es sein lassen. Sowas würde ich niemals jemanden anbieten. In 2026 muss sowas wirklich nicht mehr sein. Ansonsten war das essen zufrieden stellend. Die Getränkeauswahl war okay. Es gab viele Weine, die Cocktailauswahl war eher langweilig. Wer also irgendwo nett was trinken will, ist hier eher falsch, Getränke sind halt eher nebensächlich. Ich sehe hier viel Potenzial was man sehr simple ausbauen kann. Ich würde mich freuen meine Meinung zum Lokal eines Tages ändern zu können, da Uelzen eigentlich einen Laden wie das Asado bräuchte, nur gerne so dass sich das Geld auch lohnt….

Alles bestens und sehr geeignet zum Wiederholen.

Eine La Cimbali Maschine für tollen Cappu. Sehr zu empfehlen der " Vitamin C Booster" mit Chili 🔥 Auch die Quiche ist sehr zu Empfehlen.

​Wir waren zu zweit hier und haben das 3-Gänge-Menü probiert. Kurz gesagt: Fantastisch! Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zudem ist das Restaurant sehr sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Wer Wert auf Qualität und Gastfreundschaft in einem gepflegten Ambiente legt, ist hier genau richtig. ​Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!

Tisch um 18.00 Uhr für zwei Personen reserviert. Der Service ist an sich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Vorspeise kam relativ schnell, nach etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten. Allerdings warteten wir ÜBER 1 h!!! auf unsere Hauptgerichte; Entrecote und Trüffelpasta mit Rumpsteak, beides durchaus genießbar, jedoch dem hohen Preis nicht gerecht. Zurück zur langen Wartezeit: Nach 1 h fragten wir, ob wir ggf. vergessen worden sind, der Kellner, bzw. gleichzeitig auch Inhaber verneinte dies nach kurzer Wartezeit und beruhigte uns damit, dass das Essen jeden Moment kommen würde. Weitere 20 Minuten später immer noch kein Essen in Sicht, fragten wir erneut nach - diesmal bei einer anderen Servicekraft. Zehn Minuten später kam dann endlich unser Essen, nach sage und schreibe 1.25 h!!! Wartezeit. Nach dem Essen wollten wir dann nur noch schnellstens bezahlen - siehe da, nicht mal ein Glas Wein oder das Alkoholfreie Weizen von der Rechnung (130€!) gestrichen. Zumindest eine Entschuldigung hätte es schon geben müssen, bei dieser langen Wartezeit. Der Chef würdigte uns übrigens auch keines Blickes mehr, nachdem wir das zweite Mal nach unserem Essen gefragt haben. Wir sind ehrlich gesagt sehr enttäuscht und werden nicht wieder kommen. Absolut kein Vergleich zum alten Asado! Wir geben gerne Geld für vernünftiges Essen, sowie Service aus. Nach solch einem Abend jedoch, überlegen wir uns es in Zukunft noch genauer, ob wir nicht lieber zuhause selbst lecker kochen, oder in alt bekannte Restaurants gehen. Wirklich schade!

Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend im Asado. Das Fleisch war ausgezeichnet und hat uns sehr überzeugt. Kleine Punkte zur Verbesserung: Die laut Karte servierte Aioli zu den Garnelen fehlte leider, und eine kurze Nachfrage des Services ob alles passt, hätte das Erlebnis abgerundet. Die grünen Bohnen waren sehr weich und der Speckanteil recht dominant. Das Verhältnis könnte man optimieren. Beilagen zu viel und hochpreisig. Insgesamt ist vieles richtig gemacht – mit etwas mehr Herzlichkeit und Frische wäre es perfekt.

Essen war einmal gut, ist lange her. Die Arroganz des Personals ist unglaublich. Das Frühstück hätte jedes Bahnhofsrestaurant besser gemacht. So etwas für den Preis brauche ich nicht. Leider antwortet der Betreiber nur auf 5 Sterne Bewertungen, nur manchmal auch auf andere. Es ist ja auch einfacher schlechte Bewertungen zu ignorieren. Nachtrag: ständig wird sich nur noch entschuldigt in den Bewertungen. Es ist nicht ernst zu nehmen, da immer nur alles beschönigt, aber nicht beseitigt wird. Die Antworten sind einfach nur lächerlich, da der Gast im Hintergrund und der Besitzer sich immer in den Vordergrund stellen drängt (Oh, der Arme)

Ich war im Dezember dort auf einer privaten Feier. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen (Buffet) war reichlich und auch geschmacklich sehr gut. Das Restaurant besteht, soweit ich es mitbekommen habe, aus 2 Räumen, in denen wohl im Alltag auch gegessen werden kann. Komme bestimmt noch mal wieder um es im "Normalbetrieb" zu erleben. Großes Danke an das Serviceteam👍🏻

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant... kann ich nur jedem empfehlen hier einzukehren und sich kulinarisch verwöhnen zu lassen. Service, Ambiente vom Feinsten... ich gehe hier gerne hin, auch die verschiedenen Events bereiten mir immer ein großes Vergnügen. Das Essen ist geschmacklich sehr gut und lecker; die Bedienung ist stets freundlich und aufmerksam, so wie es sich der Gast wünscht. Danke... Dem Team vom Asado Deli/Nova wünsche ich weiterhin gutes Gelingen und viel Erfolg.

Compared to other local restaurants, Asado certainly sees itself as an upscale restaurant, a place to visit for a special evening. Unfortunately, the offerings don't correlate with the prices, even if it's sometimes just a matter of details. If both people at the table order beer (because even passionate wine drinkers are put off by the price of wine), then the question of whether a bottle of water is actually superfluous to the (otherwise attentive) service. The fact that you can pay €23 for a medium cheeseburger with (admittedly plentiful and delicious) fries these days is something you have to accept. But then it just doesn't fit with the fact that the burger is covered in ice-cold tomato slices. We were particularly disappointed with the steak. It really wasn't as well cooked as you might expect in a designated steakhouse. You can certainly get much better quality at other local restaurants – at more reasonable prices. Of course, this experience is just a snapshot, but previous visits have been similar. And I'd draw a comparison with restaurants in the Uelzen area, which are at least in the same price range. But they also demonstrate craftsmanship, so you can truly experience a well-rounded evening.

I enjoyed sitting outside, the service was friendly, but the food was poor. The salad had brown edges throughout, the pasta was okay, a bit bland. The dessert was mushy (plum crumble), and the cream tasted old or stale, making it inedible. What a shame!

A wonderful place, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The ambiance is lovely, and the service is friendly and polite. The food is delicious, and there's a wide selection, so there's something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

A very long wait – we had to sit or stand on the summer terrace for 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table. Yes, the terrace was full (Sunday, breakfast), but not seeing anyone for 15 minutes, even though the terrace is completely full, is not normal – really not normal. Overall, our visit was very disappointing: a breakfast for 14 euros that offers almost nothing. A small piece of sausage, two slices of ham, a piece of cheese, very bland vegetables – and those two sad strips of pepper with parsley are really worth the effort. For 14 euros, you get practically nothing. There were only gray rolls, with no option to choose between white or dark – it wasn't even discussed. The whole thing was more reminiscent of a simple cafeteria. On top of that, the terrace was full of wasps – very unpleasant. The breakfasts themselves also seem to vary depending on the chef or the day, which is also confusing. We won't be coming back, as we have no interest in such an experience – there are plenty of other places to eat. The waiters were friendly, but also unprofessional.

Unfriendly service, forgetting they're waiters and not owners. That's no way to treat customers! We waited over 15 minutes for two cups of coffee, even though there was only one other couple besides us. The drinks contained more water than coffee, and the service was utterly arrogant. The glass straws smelled very strong and were probably not cleaned properly. Just because the furniture is more modern and cake is served on a slate platter doesn't mean it's high-society coffee—but the SERVERS are doing the same. Furthermore, nothing is being done about the numerous wasps: The day before yesterday, they put mint in water, but today they said, "We don't do that"...?

The food was delicious; the rump steak was excellent and well-prepared. The fries were lovely with the skins on and a nice salad. The schnitzel was also good, as were the bratwurst potatoes and pickled cucumber. A solid 10 from us.

We went there for brunch. Delicious food, plenty of choice. Super friendly staff, and they catered to our every need. We'll definitely be back.

We were at a friend's house for a birthday party and were able to enjoy both the excellent catering and a fantastic brunch the following day. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, we live 700km further south, otherwise we would definitely be guests more often. Great, thank you so much!

Unfortunately disappointing – not recommended I was looking forward to a visit to a restaurant, but was disappointed in several respects. The fries were clearly over-fried and tasted of old oil – neither fresh nor edible. The rosemary potatoes seemed old and dry. The steak I ordered was also of poor quality, tough, and had an unpleasant aftertaste – it seemed old and was simply inedible. The pasta dish was particularly disappointing: The pasta was overcooked, swimming in fat, and had a spongy texture. Given this quality, the prices are unfortunately incomprehensible. For what was offered, the value for money is very poor. I hope the restaurant works on the quality and freshness of the food – unfortunately, I cannot recommend it as it is currently.

Nice terrace. The breakfast menu has been changed. Personally, I don't like it.

We always enjoy coming back to Asado Deli because of the ambiance and the basic quality of the food. However, we noticed a disappointing change on our last visits: The Eggs Benedict, which used to be served with two brioche halves and a poached egg, was then served on one brioche half and now comes with just one slice of toast and a boiled egg – halved. For the same price, we expect the usual quality and care that has distinguished Asado Deli so far. We appreciate the restaurant and will continue to recommend it, but such changes seem unloving and not in the best interests of the guests. Perhaps it's worth taking a look at @benedict.world in Berlin – the quality there remains consistently high. We hope to see Asado Deli return to its former strengths.

If you decide to sit outside on the periphery of the asado, and the waitress is male, you'll "almost" be forgotten. Somehow, the guys manage to keep their eyes firmly fixed on the surroundings, so that even wild waving often goes unanswered. When visiting the asado, with male waitresses and goodwill, you can certainly train your patience. But, that deserves respect too; even this lack of attention speaks for inner discipline and a certain talent. The tall girl, on the other hand, whose name I don't know and that should be emphasized, is always friendly and relaxed, and very attentive 👍🏼... The bottom line: you can stop by the asado, but you don't have to. This applies, by the way, to all outdoor dining in Uelzen. Somehow, the waitresses often don't understand that a friendly, somewhat smiling, and attentive demeanor could definitely affect the tip. So be it.

We had a very nice evening here with great food in a pleasant atmosphere. The waitresses were a bit stressed due to illness, but the service never suffered. When I ordered a rhubarb spritzer, not knowing that there were several sizes, and they brought me the largest, the waitress wanted to remove it from the bill. That gets an A+ for that! I've only ever had asparagus cooked thoroughly, but here it was firm to the bite. A small deduction there, but otherwise everything was excellent!

2. You're clairvoyant and know every guest by name, even though you never asked. The second chance was also very poor, and the review from my friend who was there is still to come. You can look under the comment; the approval rating is high, and you have a bad reputation throughout Uelzen. I couldn't convince my husband to go to your restaurant after the first huge disappointment... they never learn, he said! And he was right, and your sad comment shows that even more clearly... 1. The price-performance ratio is completely unmatched. My husband ordered a platter for himself and his business partner for €90. The two men were supposed to cut the three tiny pieces of meat on the platter and share them. My husband was very embarrassed. The prices there are more expensive than at the Hotel Atlantik in Hamburg, although the portions at the Asado are much too small. But people are very easily fooled...

I always enjoy going there, especially for breakfast! So far, I've had nothing but good experiences with the service and the food.

A nice place, I visited it after an appointment at the nearby eye clinic. Since I only drank a cappuccino, I can't comment on the quality of the food. However, what was served at the neighboring tables while I was there looked good. The staff is very attentive without being intrusive. Everyone seemed friendly and relaxed.

Spent a nice weekend in my hometown with friends. Reserved a table for the four of us at Asado Nova. I remembered the restaurant from before and almost went to Bahnhofstrasse, where it used to be. Good thing I noticed the new address in the reservation confirmation. We absolutely loved the restaurant. We had a cozy table in a really nice atmosphere. The waiters and waitresses were attentive, kind and professional. And the food was simply fantastic in terms of taste and appearance. All 4 of us were thrilled! I can 100% recommend

We had reserved a table and the staff had difficulty giving us a table. They then spontaneously sat us right next to the door and near the cake on display etc.. no problem in itself, but when people look at the cake there, you just feel the bottom in your face 😂 After 10 minutes, when the waitress finally came, I asked for another table and she initially said that it was very difficult to move because our table, which was intended for us, was still occupied. But then we got another table in the back area. The table was also super comfortable. Unfortunately it took another 10-15 minutes until the waitress came back. That was a bit annoying. The food came very quickly, but the drinks only came later during the meal, which I personally find very bad. The breakfast was okay, the rolls were very small, which wasn't enough for the number expected. When I then ordered 2 grain rolls and a normal roll, we got completely different rolls that were much larger and super crumbly, as if they had been the ones left over. Price performance is simply not right in this restaurant. It's made in a super cool fancy way, but somehow there's hardly any quality behind it for the price. The two of us paid €45 for breakfast, which I think is a lot for this experience. We like to go to really expensive cafés or restaurants, but this place completely fails in comparison. The waitress was definitely very nice. I've always wanted to try the restaurant in the evening, but to be honest I'm a bit afraid of the experience as I've read a lot of bad reviews here now.

I had dinner at Asado Nova with my friends on Saturday. Unfortunately it was very disappointing there. We had to wait 2 hours! Waiting for our food. After asking several times, we were lied to twice that the food would be coming soon. It was only the third time that we were told the truth, that the kitchen had probably messed up our order and that the food was now being prepared. Walnuts were sprinkled over a salad, which wasn't on the menu, and the feta that was specified wasn't even on it. Such information must be included, my girlfriend is allergic to walnuts and so the plate had to be returned and she was given her dish again with twice as much salad on it. My dish had parmesan on top, which wasn't on the menu either. Not bad for me personally because I like eating it, but rather bad for someone who doesn't like it. Then fries were served with a dish even though it had been previously stated that there shouldn't be any fries but rosemary potatoes. They were then brought back. The second drink order was completely forgotten again. It only worked when we asked. Then we ordered a round of Berliner Luft. The waiter then arrived with a small puddle in the bottle and said there would only be enough for two. The other 4 simply got strawberry limes. When we said that it couldn't get any worse, the waitress said why? It wouldn't have been anything. We thought that was really cheeky. As compensation we were allowed to choose a dessert which was on the house. That was the least of it. We were all very disappointed with the restaurant. I mean, given the prices, something like that shouldn't happen. We won't eat there anymore

We had two very good Wiener Schnitzels and saw very good meat dishes at the other tables. If you want to eat meat again, Asado is the right place.

We really enjoy coming here. Food was super tasty and no long waiting times. Small, manageable menu, something for everyone. The only thing I don't like is that the pork fillet (no pork at all) was completely taken off the menu, which was always my personal highlight. I always find the staff very nice, polite and attentive. See you next time.

It was supposed to be a wonderful day, but we were proven wrong. Despite a reservation, we were shown to a dirty table, then the wrong drinks were delivered, breakfast was brought without rolls, which were only brought when requested. The service was totally overwhelmed, even though they brought us the wrong drinks, we didn't get a replacement, on the contrary, we were fobbed off with excuses. For the price you can expect good service. We were very disappointed.

A great place: whether it's a café or a restaurant, both stand for themselves with high quality, a great ambience and a lot of personal commitment from a great team. A jewel for the city and region. We always enjoy coming to this relaxed place.

Friendly welcome, great espresso and delicious cake! I recently moved back to Uelzen from Frankfurt and became a fan of the deli. A place to feel good.

I actually always liked you. Nice atmosphere, attentive, nice, fast waiters, but after my latte with "soy" milk gave me an incredible stomach ache like never before: No thanks. :) Guys, vegan may be a lifestyle, but lactose intolerance is not.

Wow, that was really nice! Finally a restaurant that understands that seating niches create a really nice atmosphere. Despite the closing time, we were not turned out at night with bad music and the like. The service was wonderful. The whole evening - from the aperitif to the digestif - was a great pleasure!

Very nice and friendly staff. The restaurant is very modern, but it's a matter of taste. There is a large selection of drinks, unfortunately only a small selection of beers. The food is very tasty and the portions are also large. Of course, the chimichurri is particularly delicious. I can also only recommend the tapas.

We went to both Deli for breakfast and Nova for dinner. We really liked and enjoyed both. The furnishings are modern, e.g. Sometimes dark, but cozy and clean. The (small) breakfast is very nicely prepared with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The bread is very tasty, the rolls are crunchy. The price is reasonable. Steakhouse Nova also serves dishes without steak! My husband had fish, I had pasta. Both are beautifully presented and there is plenty of space. We enjoyed it! And there was also room for a very delicious dessert! The price is absolutely reasonable, but not for those on a tight budget! Our dog was also allowed to come along to both Asados! If we come to Uelzen again, we'll be happy to come back!

Totally overpriced, totally unfriendly, they have a laugh on their faces but when you ask them about something (plates = slate).

When I was asked if I wanted ketchup or mayonnaise with the fries that came out of the bag, I knew what I was in for. 2.50 for a mini bowl. A huge plate with a mini steak and a leaf of salad with butter from the Kaufland packaging. Everything is more expensive than in HH. It's a mystery to me how a shop like this can exist in Uelzen. And that was the 40th birthday offer. We always enjoyed being guests on Bahnhofstrasse back then, but since the restaurant changed location, the quality has fallen by the wayside. What a pity. We always enjoyed being there.

We were there for breakfast on Mother's Day. It was very busy and we were glad we had reserved. Everything went well with the drink order, we only had to wait almost an hour for our breakfast! The kitchen doesn't seem to be geared up for the number of orders. It wasn't due to the number or friendliness of the service staff. Unfortunately, mass of customers does not mean class here. Upscale atmosphere, unfortunately with broken dishes. I'm really disappointed...
